Abstract

Design model on this research based learning style questionaire of 66 items that consist of 22 statements it is taken from learning style questionaire of visual, auditorial and kinestetic and the learning creativity consist of 48 items. Learning style is a way when students accepting the process of learning, it is very important to be studied with the aim of helping students understand the learning model of interest in the learning process because it is very effected on the result obtained by students. The valicity test is used for learning style questionaire learning creativity, the testing for consist of internal consistency, determining the item instrument, and reliability. The validity test for questionaire is by using content validity. Validator for both questionaire is the actual output from the forward chaining method. There are go students who chose to be the respondents of learning stlye questionaire and 64 students became the respondent of learning creativity questionaire. There are 45 items that ful fill requirement , 15 items represent the learning style questionaire of visual, auditorial, kinestetic and learning creativity. It is shown that there 35 items require the test and the assesment of forward chaining method. The forward chaining method has the actual result in validity test and used in search technique, then by integrating actual information with the result of validity test of questionaire. Based on the calculation result, reliability questionaire creativity studied index obtained for 0.88. It shows that the questionaire instrument of students’s learning creativity meets the criteria reliable and feasible to be used with forward chaining method.

Abstract

This paper discusses the application of solar cell (solar cell) as a power plant with solar energy source. The electricity generated is used as the Hanphone Charger. The working principle of a solar power plant is from sunlight that contains energy in the form of photons. When this photon concerns the surface of the solar cell, its electrons will be excited and generate electrical voltage. The electric current generated from the solar cell is the direct current (DC) as the battery charger, which is then the DC (DC) current output of the 12 Volt battery is lowered to 5 Volts and becomes an alternating current (AC) using an inverter. The testing stage is carried out in the installation field with test parameters such as voltage and electric current. The battery is filled by solar cells as a result of converting solar energy into electrical energy. The resulting voltage of the solar cell ranges from 14.8 - 17.5 volts DC. Solar cell used in the form of panel type Policristal (Poly-crystalline) with 50 wp power. At the current and voltage distribution from the solar cell source, although the voltage generated by the solar cell is ± 17V, but when the battery is very stable with an average voltage of 13.5V as regulated by solar charger controller. Voltages and currents will begin to increase in the morning at 07.00 WIB, then will reach the maximum level during the day at 10:00 to 13:00 pm, and began to fall in the afternoon.

Abstract

Rapid Application Development (RAD) is a method of developing user interfaces that prioritize activities in analyzing data, designing and building an information system. In the Marketing Information System research, the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) products in Palembang City are in desperate need of a process of data analysis that needed by SMEs in Palembang in marketing their products. In this Information System is also equipped with transaction and chat features so that consumers who are interested in SMEs products can directly make purchase transactions directly with producers of the product, with this Information System expected the marketing process in distributing and introducing products that have been produced by SMEs in Palembang City is able to reach consumers outside the city of Palembang and is able to improve the standard of living of SMEs in the city of Palembang, because SMEs are one of the economic sectors that provide considerable contribution to the growth of micro-economies both regionally and nationally

Abstract

Development of current computer technology to speed the process has enabled the development of computer-based information systems. This study discusses the creation of academic Web applications subjected to a secondary vocational school, considering the quality of the processing of the data used is still a manual that is still using paper and a pen. The methods used to design this academic information system is a method of web engineering, Web Engineering is a process that is used to create a system of web-based applications by using the science of engineering, principles of management and systematic approach so that the system can be obtained and web applications with high quality. include Activities Formulation, Planning, Analysis, Engineering, Page Generation and Testing, with academic information system design of establishing a web-based it can improve the quality of academic data processing at that school. The design of this application using PHP and MySQL. System testing done by adjusting the entire needs that have been defined previously with the created function. The existence of this school's academic information systems, It is hoped that it can help and facilitate the processing of school academic data with maximum and practical because it can be accessed anywhere while keeping the data safe which was previously done manually and data is easily lost. With the existence of academic information system is expected that the deficiencies that have occurred can be overcome and the process of presenting the report can be done quickly and accurately. So that the service to students, teachers and principals will be more leverage.

Abstract

Utilization of information technology today is felt very helpful for various activities and human needs. One of the benefits is the job becomes more effective and efficient, simplify, and speed up a job. But behind the ease can not be felt optimally by the administration of the sub-district kemuning Palembang city, this is caused by the data management of the population who received help from poor rice in the city of palembang kemuning not system properly, data collection has been done by doing manual recording on the ledger , large document storage, data search process also requires time because the data sought is documented in physical form. Therefore, the authors feel the need to do this research by building a system that specifically manages the data of the people who receive rice assistance raskin. The research method used in this research is descriptive and for software development using SDLC (System Development Live Cycle) as for the stages are: planning, analysis, designing, coding, testing, deployment. The benefit of this research is as a container for data storage of the population and the residents who receive assistance, facilitate the process of data collection because it can be input directly into the system, data search effectively when data is needed at any time, data can be stored well in the database system many.

Abstract

The selection process of research proposals is one of the important aspects carried out by each research institution in the University. The proposal selection phase is carried out so that each proposal submitted by each lecturer has the priority results of research proposals that meet the standard research standards that have been set, and the proposals submitted are eligible to obtain research funding. In this study used a combination of TOPSIS method (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) and the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method in selecting research proposals submitted by lecturers. For the parameters used are the results of a review of the research proposal with the aim of looking at the suitability of the manual calculation with the method of the system being built. The results obtained by using 5 assessment criteria, it was found that the TOPSIS and SAW methods have a percentage of conformity between manual calculations with TOPSIS and SAW systems by 100%, this value was obtained from the test performed using 20 test samples by comparing manual calculations and system calculations who apply a combination of TOPSIS and SAW methods. The final stage of this study produces a prototype decision support system that can do the ranking in selecting the feasibility of the research proposal submitted by the lecturer by recommending proposals that are eligible to receive research funds based on the criteria and assessment weights set by each university.

Abstract

The increasing development of data communication technology is certainly directly proportional to the security and data confidentiality aspects. There are some ways to protect information from unauthorized parties. Some of these ways are using steganography techniques and cryptographic techniques. Nowadays steganography technique is commonly used, so it still allows the inserted secret information is solved by other parties. This problem may reduce the level of data security and confidentiality. To overcome these problem, in this study steganography techniques will be combined with cryptographic techniques. Design of the built system is done by combining the application of Rivest-Shamir-Adleman (RSA) cryptography algorithm in encrypting the message on application of the image steganography method in concealing the encrypted messages generated into a color image (RGB) on the Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT). The results to be obtained from this project is an image that has an encrypted message on the subband frequency of the image. Based on some tests that have been done on the system, the result of average performances score is showed by Avalanche Effect of 43,486%, Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) of 67,2755%, Bit Error Rate (BER) and Character Error Rate (CER) of 0%. The conclusion is, the implementation of a combination between RSA cryptographic methods and steganography of DWT transformation image is successfully performed.

Abstract

Congenital Heart Disease(CHD) is an abnormality of the structure and function of the heart circulation that occurs since the pregnancy.This disease has a very high risk and suffered 8 out of 1000 babies born.The high risk of this disease is not rateable with existing facilities.One of efforts that can be done to overcome the existing problems is to take advantage of technological progress.Electronic Pocket Book for PJB is the result of technology utilization for PJB problem.This Pocketbook-based mobile phone is more flexible,concise,as a reminder and can also be used to store data in the form of images and files.All the features are also the result of interviews with pediatric consultants child heart and 10 parents who have children with PJB. The features available in this application are medical records from doctors,daily needs records of children,daily medication reminders and immunizations,and growth charts of children. This app uses the SCRUM method in its creation and has been tested for safety.In the testing there are two variables of comparison to test the efficiency.This application can be one alternative to solve the existing problems and help deal with the difficulties that have been faced by doctors and parents of children PJB.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the current economic and information technology systems, people are busy with routine work so don't have a lot of time to wash clothes. Employees and students who live in boarding houses spent much time outdoors so it has less time to perform washing and ironing, especially during the rainy season which will be difficult to dry the clothes. This condition is used by some people to open a laundry service. The rise of the laundry business does not only make it easy for customers to reach that service, but time limitations and the availability of motor vehicles makes customers cannot be delivering his clothes to where the laundry services. Therefore, it takes an application searches all at once between services – shuttles clothing from home to the place of laundry. The research for designing search applications and laundry as well as analyze business development strategy with the SWOT method and PIECES. The results of the analysis in the form of advice on the draft information technology infrastructure which can be implemented at the time of making the application searches and laundry. And some applications that need to be developed for the good use by every laundry business when the implementation can be done optimally and the development of HR management to implement the necessary applications.

Abstract

trocardiogram (ECG) is a medical test to detect heart abnormalities by measuring the electrical activity produced by the heart, as the heart contracts. ECG can help diagnose various health conditions such as cardiac arrhythmias, heart enlargement, heart inflammation (pericarditis or myocarditis), and coronary heart disease. In general, detection of heart disease can only be done in a hospital using ECG. The system that is used now also cannot be used to automatically detect the patient's illness when using the ECG. In this paper the author makes a tool that can detect portable heart signals. From the detected heart signal we can determine that the heart's condition is normal or there is an abnormality in the heart. The heart signal was detected from the electrode clamp sensor mounted on the right arm (RA), left arm (LA) and right leg (RL). The signal from the sensor is amplified with an amplifier amplifier circuit so that it can be read by the STM32F4 ARM microcontroller. The microcontroller processes the signal from the sensor and will be displayed on the Computer Application. Connection between Microcontroller and PC using a Bluetooth serial connection. The final appearance in this final project can display the shape of the ECG signal and determine that the heart is normal or abnormal. Based on the test results obtained from the comparison of ECG devices made with the ECG type BTL-08 SD there is an error of 1.06%.
