Semakin berkembangnya kemajuan teknologi tidak dipungkiri membawa pengaruh budaya asing turut andil masuk dalam lini kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia yang menyebabkan terjadinya goncangan budaya. Budaya yang memiliki nilai seni tinggi, kini dihadapkan pada dinamika budaya barat yang membawa dampak buruk dalam kehidupan. Banyak ditemukan ketidakcintaan generasi muda pada budaya sendiri, mereka lebih suka terhadap produk dan budaya dari luar. Memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi untuk memperkenalkan budaya pada anak melalui tokoh wayang punakawan merupakan salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk melestarikan budaya Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, dikembangkan sebuah aplikasi game berjenis puzzle sebagai media pengenalan seni dan budaya melalui tokoh wayang punakawan pada anak. Game terdiri dari 3 level dimana tiap level menawarkan tingkat kesulitan yang berbeda. Adapun hasil pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap game menggunakan metode blackbox test menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi dapat diterima dan berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan fungsi.

The growing development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), especiallywith the presence of the internet has an impact on various aspects of life including trade.The rapid development of online stores has made some social media develop marketplacefeatures as a means of buying and selling transactions. Marketplace with a wider marketreach and no time limit makes it a good choice in marketing products. Providing knowledgeon how to market products via the internet can provide the community with ways to promoteproducts through marketplace features available on social media. The implementation ofcommunity service carried out at the Communication and Information Office (KOMINFO)of Bantul Regency aims to provide knowledge to the community on how to promote Microand Small Medium Enterprises (MSME) products through social media. From the results ofdiscussions with administrators and the Village Apparatus Operators (VAO) representingthe Community Information Group (CIG) in Bantul district, the community does not yet knowmuch about how to promote MSME products in each village through social media.Therefore, through this community service activity VAO representing CIG in Bantul districtis equipped with ways to promote products through social media.

Load balancing merupakan salah satu upaya untuk memaksimalkan kualitas jaringan. Dengan diterapkannya load balancing dalam suatu jaringan maka traffic akan berjalan optimal, throughput dapat maksimal, memperkecil waktu tanggap dan menghindari overload pada salah satu jalur koneksi. Penelitian ini membahas perbandingan kinerja load balancing dengan metode Per Connection Classifer (PCC), Equal Cost Multi Path (ECMP) dan Nth menggunakan aplikasi simulasi GNS3 dengan sistem oprasi MikrotikOS dalam implementasinya. Penelitian menggunakan studi kasus topologi jaringan Kampus Institut Sains dan Teknologi AKPRIND Yogyakarta. Penelitian diterapkan dengan melakukan konfigurasi pada masing-masing metode kemudian dilakukan pengujian Quality of Service dengan parameter delay, jitter, packet loss, throughput, pengujian pembagian jalur traffic dan pengujian beban CPU Load pada sisi router. Hasil penelitian berupa perbandingan kualitas jaringan berdasarkan pengujian yang digunakan dengan hasil pengujian Quality of Service parameter delay, jitter, packet loss dan throughput metode PCC mendapat nilai lebih baik diantra metode lainnya, pada pengujian CPU Load metode Nth lebih baik diantara metode lainnya dengan nilai CPU Load mencapai 32%, metode ECMP 34% dan metode PCC 61%. Pada pengujian pembagian traffic metode PCC dan Nth dapat melakukan pembagian traffic secara merata melalui kedua sumber internet sedangkan metode ECMP hanya menggunakan salah satu jalur ketika melakukan aktifitas.

The Environmental Laboratory Office is one of the Technical Implementation Units under the Environment and Forestry Service of the Special Region of Yogyakarta, which is tasked with conducting sample testing including drinking water, waste water and surface water. Previous services were still manual, so to support services to consumers, an online information system for testing waste samples was developed. The information system developed is designed according to the existing flow in the Environmental Laboratory Office using the PHP Codeigniter framework to accelerate the customer service process, designed with a comfortable appearance for officers and consumers. Technical guidance is carried out to provide information and use of online information systems for staff or admins as well as consumers who test samples to the environmental laboratory office which is divided into two shifts, the first shift is for environmental laboratory staff which includes checking consumer data and test samples to producing results reports the test required by consumers, while the second shift is for consumers who will test the sample which includes account registration and test samples to the process of sending proof of payment.

Internet service is an important thing during the Covid 19 Pandemic to do work from home, especially video conferencing and video streaming applications. This study aims to analyze the quality of internet network services on the Telkomsel cellular network internet network provider for video streaming and video conferencing web application services. Parameters measured on the quality of service are delay, jitter, packet loss. The method used in this research is to take samples of video streaming and video conferencing applications for one week at different times and captured using the Wireshark application. Data collection was carried out in Mojayan, Klaten, Central Java. The results of this study showed video streaming and video conferencing applications have an average delay value of 37 ms in the "very good" category, jitter 223 ms in the "bad" category and 0% packetloss in the "very good" category. The results of this study indicate that the quality of web video streaming and video conferencing services from the Telkomsel provider at that location is running quite well according to the TIPHON standard. Service improvement needs to be done on the quality of loading so as to reduce buffering when the service is running

Abstrak: Pandemi COVID-19 telah merubah berbagai sektor kehidupan, tak terkecuali Pendidikan. Di tutupnya lembaga pendidiakn secara fisik disemua jenjang membuat transformasi menyeluruh pada kegiatan pembelajaran. Proses belajar mengajar harus dilakukan secara online guna mendukung pemerintah dalam menekan laju penyebaran COVID-19. Guru yang merupaka elemen vital dalam pengajaran harus turut serta mengikuti alur perubahan tersebut. Memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi informasi merupakan solusi yang paling efektif yang dapat digunakan guru dalam mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan kepada para peserta didik. SMA Negeri 7 Yogyakarta sebagai salah satu sekolah yang harus melakukan proses pembelajaran secara online, tentu memerlukan beragam refrensi platform guna menunjang proses pembelajaran selama pandemi. Beragam pilihan platform online dapat digunakan dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran baik yang tersedia secara berbayar maupun gratis, salah satunya adalah WordPress. Dengan platform ini, guru dapat membangun dan bebas memodifikasi konten-konten pembelajaran yang akan di sampaikan kepada para peserta didik sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang diinginkan.Abstract: The COVID-19 pandemic has changed various sectors of life, including education. The closing of educational institutions physically at all levels makes a complete transformation of learning activities. The teaching and learning process must be carried out online to support the government in suppressing the spread of COVID-19. The teacher who is a vital element in teaching must participate in following the flow of these changes. Utilizing the development of information technology is the most effective solution that can be used by teachers in transferring knowledge to students. SMA Negeri 7 Yogyakarta as one of the schools that must carry out the online learning process, of course requires a variety of platform references to support the learning process during the pandemic. Various choices of online platforms can be used to deliver learning materials, both paid and free, one of which is WordPress. With this platform, teachers can build and freely modify learning content that will be conveyed to students according to their desired needs.

Utilizing Augmented Reality (AR) technology which is currently developing in presenting the material to be taught to students is one method that can be used in innovating learning materials. SMK Negeri 1 Magelang as one of the schools that wants to present more interesting learning materials certainly requires technology references to develop effective, creative and innovative learning media. Utilizing AR technology by providing knowledge on how to package learning using AR technology is certainly very beneficial for teachers and students of SMK Negeri 1 Magelang. Conducting community service by providing AR technology introduction materials, especially for the world of education, will certainly be very useful. The method used in the implementation is by online seminars. The results obtained from this activity are a positive impact for students and teachers, because they have additional knowledge related to AR technology that can be used in the teaching and learning process. Students and teachers can also find out tools and device specifications in developing AR.

The existence of a blood exchange transaction process through a system carried out by the community, causing storing and managing data on a large scale is now causing problems in terms of scalability for blood bank managers in Yogyakarta. The process of blood transactions carried out by PMI units and hospitals at any time, makes the structure of relations in the blood banking system more complicated. In fact, every PMI unit and hospital in Yogyakarta requires a real-time data collection and storage process, considering that access to mobility of blood transactions is carried out almost 24 hours a day. Implementing an information system using a non-relational database model, is an alternative in the process of simplifying the relational structure in data relationships, this is because the non-relational database uses a NoSQL database model that provides support for database speed so that it remains optimal. In the research conducted, an information system was created that applied a non-relational database model to a case study of a blood bank information system. Where the NoSQL database is suitable for blood bank systems because it has high performance and is non-relational with real-time data storage and retrieval processes. The research conducted resulted in a blood bank information system that was developed using the Firebase database, where this system can display some data from the database such as viewing blood stocks, hospitals, blood donor events, and other information that is carried out in real time.

Database design plays a very important role in the success and strength of an application. Factor normalization of design, non-duplication and optimization of memory usage become the main factor in assessment of a database. Research on location-based applications applied to mobile device system has been done by using object-based database and relational database, but the use of real time database has not been done. This study aims to build a real time database based (real time database) that will be applied to location-based applications. The method that will be used in this research is to design a database using Unified Modified Language (UML) by creating a Use Case, Class Diagram to explain the structure and activities of users and using Firebase to build a real time database and create an activity scenario for all actors involved. This research also builds a prototype of location-based applications for delivery and pick-up of goods within the scope of the Yogyakarta location. Location data is taken from Google Maps and uses several libraries from the Application Programming Interface (API). Testing of the database design is carried out with prototypes in the form of applications for delivery and pick-up of goods, where the inter location and pick-up is valid in real time on the officers. Database updates can be done in real time.

The selection process of research proposals is one of the important aspects carried out by each research institution in the University. The proposal selection phase is carried out so that each proposal submitted by each lecturer has the priority results of research proposals that meet the standard research standards that have been set, and the proposals submitted are eligible to obtain research funding. The proposal selection phase is carried out so that each proposal submitted by each lecturer has the priority results of research proposals that meet the standard research standards that have been set, and the proposals submitted are eligible to obtain research funding. In this study used a combination of TOPSIS method (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) and the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method in selecting research proposals submitted by lecturers. For the parameters used are the results of a review of the research proposal with the aim of looking at the suitability of the manual calculation with the method of the system being built. The results obtained by using 5 assessment criteria, it was found that the TOPSIS and SAW methods have a percentage of conformity between manual calculations with TOPSIS and SAW systems by 100%, this value was obtained from the test performed using 20 test samples by comparing manual calculations and system calculations who apply a combination of TOPSIS and SAW methods. The final stage of this study produces a prototype decision support system that can do the ranking in selecting the feasibility of the research proposal submitted by the lecturer by recommending proposals that are eligible to receive research funds based on the criteria and assessment weights set by each university.
