<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to know the description about work training, incentive, work satisfaction, and organizational commitment variable and also to know the influence between those variables in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. in the Branch Office of Malang Martadinata. This research takes sample for 52 people/respondents, in which all of them are employee in BRI Bank. Data collection conducted by questionnaire that published to all employees. Research method that used in this research was quantitaive research with descriptive format and be analyzed by using path analysis Research result shows that: 1) incentive variable influenced significantly to the work satisfaction; 2) incentive variable influenced significantly to the organizational commitment; 3) work satisfaction influenced significantly to the organizational commitment.]]>

<![CDATA[The study aims to determine the risk of losses from foreign exchange rates faced by PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk., Implementing sharia forward hedging contract so that the risk of loss can be minimized. Type a descriptive quantitative research using secondary data that the financial statements and annual report of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. Companies that have been the object of research is one of the companies listed in JII (Jakarta Islamic Index). Research shows that the application of forward hedging contract on net liabilities in foreign currencies PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk in 2015 could reduce the value of a foreign exchange loss on the year. Accounts receivable balance of the contract will increase total assets, while the accounts payable balance of the contract will increase total liabilities. forward hedging contract Sharia can provide a positive influence on the company can be seen from the changes that make the financial statements for the better.]]>

<![CDATA[Consumer behavior is formed through various processes that have been passed since the early age. The initial process that contributes greatly in the formation of consumer behavior is at the stage of socialization conducted by an individual in the family environment. The family becomes the starting place of learning is done in addition to the influence of the surrounding environment or peers. Adolescence is one category of consumer age that has the potential to be the target consumers. Based on the socialization process experienced by adolescents it will be seen how their behavior becomes a consumer who can make decisions in making purchases.]]>

<![CDATA[Management actions to perform earnings management would reduce the reliability of reported earnings, thus reducing the quality of earnings because earnings information submitted does not show the actual economic realities. The sample in this study is based on purposive sampling, with specific criteria that a manufacturing company listed on the Stock Exchange during the period 2011-2014 which publishes annual financial statements (annual report) in complete accordance with the measurement variables to be studied in this research, manufacturing company whose financial statements are audited by KAP KAP Big 4 and non-Big 4. So in the get the 22 companies audited by the Big 4 accounting firm and the 28 companies audited by non-Big 4 accounting firm. With significance level of 5% can be summed Earnings Management ( (DA) has positive effect but not significant to the Company's Performance (ROA), variable firm size (SIZE) negative effect but not significant to the Company's performance (ROA), variable Quality Audit significant positive effect strengthens the relationship between Earnings Management (DA) with the Company's performance (ROA), and variable Audit Quality significant positive effect strengthen the relationship between firm size (SIZE) with Company performance (ROA).]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out how big the influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance; and How big influence of Work Motivation to Employee Work Achievement; The population in this study is all employees of Regional Office of Directorate General of Treasury in Kupang city. The sample in this research is 52 employees. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, observations and documentation. The results of the study showed that: 1) There is a positive and significant influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance, and There is a positive and significant influence Motivation Work on Job Performance Employees. In addition There are positive and significant influence of Leadership Style and Work Motivation collectively towards Employee Work Achievement.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted with the aim to know the growth of cash flow that existed in the Cash Flow Statement in Madiun city government during 2012-2106. By creating a Cash Flow Statement, it will know the real cash movement from the beginning of the year to the end of the year, otherwise it can be known how much cash is used, for what cash is used for one operational year. This research is quantitative descriptive by using municipal government of Madiun as its object, especially in Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) as the agency that manage the assets of local government and preparing financial report. The data used is secondary data obtained from the official website of Madiun city government as well as data taken directly from the office of BPKAD. In this study obtained the result that overall growth of cash flow in 2012-2016 of operating activities, investment activities and financing activities show the financial performance both from the government of Madiun City. And from the free cash flow analysis results obtained during 2012 -2016 there is substantial free cash flow, so that with a large free cash flow indicates that local governments have surplus cash that can be used to supplement the reserve fund, pay off the local debt or invest in the form of equity participation]]>

<![CDATA[This studyinvestigates correlation between audit quality, financial performance, debt default, size of the firm, and audit tenure on going concern opinion acceptance. Samples used all companies which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange beside manufacturing, banks and other financial institution during 2011-2013. Data collected by purposive sampling. The study provides empirical evidences that audit quality, financial performance had negative influences on audit going concern opinion acceptance, while leverage and audit tenure had positive ones. However, debt default and size of the entities had no relationship on it.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to strengthen Kampung Glintung Go Green (3G) as a brand destination of an educational tourism object in Malang – East Java. Employing a qualitative approach,the primary data were collectedthrough in-depth interview, observasion, and FGD with Community Unit (RW) managements,Neighborhood Unit (RT) managements, and 3G management. While the secondary data were collected fromrelated documents. The research findings showed that Kampung Glintung residents have developed 3Gmanagement to manage kampung educational tourism ; created short-term roadmap in three years; formulated vision and mission; anddeveloped an education tourism destination brand. Yet, thefindings indicated that the brand destination they created needed to be reinforced to get more visitors. Therefore, the researcher workedtogether with 3G management and residents representatives carried out the following steps: (1) reformulating brand elements by designing new vision and mission, developing brand essence and brand image; (2) designing new logo based on conceptsproposed by thecommunity ; (3) creating tagline based on the proposed concept; (4) developing an alternative campaign media using video profile and internet-based media.]]>

<![CDATA[Devaluation Yuan affect the global economy, this can be seen with the decline in currency exchange rates and falling stock prices in many countries. Based on this background, the authors do research event study. The selected time period is 11 days of exchange as the event period separated to 5 days before the event day (11 August 2015 as event day) and 5 days after the event day. The results showed that (1) by calculating the average abnormal return (AAR) is known to have a positive abnormal return during the event period; (2) different test results with paired sample test there is no significant difference of average abnormal return between before and after devaluation of Chinese Yuan currency; And (3) with different test using paired sample test there is no significant difference of average trading volume activity between before and after devaluation of Yuan Chinese currency.]]>

<![CDATA[The main objective of this study is: a) identify and analyze to Sales Promotion and Product Innovation Effect on Costumers Buying Decision and b). To find and analyze Sales Promotion and Product Innovation Effect on the Decision of Costumers Loyalty Purchasing through Gedang Ganteng. Location Mayjen Panjaitan Malang. while the sample amounted to 100 costumers which is the minimum threshold for path analysis. The results of this study indicate that: questionnaires were used valid and reliable, sweet model used for predection good and getting better service sales promotion innovation product services, the higher the stronger loyalty through costumer purchase decision as well as the influence of the total variables studied amount 65% Key words: sales promotion, innovation of product, decisions making and loyalty.]]>
