Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh laba akuntansidan arus kas operasi terhadap return saham melalui harga saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yangterdaftar di BEI Tahun 2011 – 2014. Data yang digunakan dala penelitian ini adalah data sekunderberupa laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2011- 2014. Data tersebut berupa laporan keuangan yang dapat diperoleh dari Indonesia CapitalMarket Directory (ICMD), website BEI www.idx.co.id serta dari berbagai sumber-sumber lain yang dapatmendukung penelitian ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftardi BEI periode 2011 - 2014. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik pengambilan sampelmenggunakan purposive sampling. Dari hasil pengujian dan analisa terhadap data dapat disimpulkanbahwa laba akuntansi dan arus kas operasi secara langsung dan tidak langsung tidak berpengaruhterhadap return saham melalui harga saham dengan menunjukkan hasil yang tidak signifi kan.indo

Abstract

AbstractBusiness activities that are members of UP2K - PKK mostly are food business. This is reasonable because the people inu very master the field. The previous IbM proponent team has provided assistance to UP2K-PKK in Kelurahan Gisikdrono, but is still general, not yet focused on each group. In general, all implementing groups of UP2K PKK Gisikdrono have high spirit and determination to move forward and develop. problems encountered and undertaking business development efforts, among others: (a) to provide input and guidance for improvement of quality, appearance and packaging of pastry products; (b) conducting Counseling on product and packaging development and innovation; (c) Provide counseling in building marketing and partnership networks; and (d) Assist group members to innovate both product, packaging and marketing network. The result of community service is the business group has been motivated to apply various extension materials that have been given in the framework of product development and marketing development of cake products and various snacks produced for the improvement of product quality and competitiveness Keywords: innovation, packaging, marketing Abstrak Kegiatan usaha yang digeluti anggota UP2K – PKK kebanyakan adalah usaha makanan. Hal ini wajar karena kaum inu sangat menguasai bidang tersebut. Tim pengusul IbM sebelumnya telah melakukan pendampingan terhadap UP2K-PKK di Kelurahan Gisikdrono ini, tetapi masih bersifat umum, belum terfokus pada tiap – tiap kelompok. Secara umum, semua kelompok pelaksana UP2K PKK Gisikdrono memiliki semangat dan tekad yang tinggi untuk terus maju dan berkembang. permasalahan yang dihadapi dan melakukan upaya – upaya pengembangan usaha, antara lain : (a) memberi masukan dan pembinaan untuk perbaikan kualitas, penampilan dan kemasan produk kue kering; (b) mengadakan Penyuluhan mengenai pengembangan dan inovasi produk maupun kemasan; (c) Memberi penyuluhan dalam membangun jaringan pemasaran dan kemitraan; dan (d) Membantu anggota kelompok untuk melakukan inovasi baik produk, kemasan dan jaringan pemasaran. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah pelaku kelompok usaha telah termotivasi menerapkan berbagai materi penyuluhan yang telah diberikan dalam rangka pengembangan produk dan pengembangan pemasaran dari produk kue kering dan aneka snack yang dihasilkan demi peningkatan kualitas dan daya saing produk Kata kunci : inovasi, kemasan, pemasaran

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the efforts made by the S1 Management Study Program of Economics Faculty of XYZ University in applying Total Quality Management to increase customers’ / students’ satisfaction. This study used a descriptive qualitative method, which described the experiences of the informants, namely structural officials, lecturers, administrative staff and students on the efforts that have been given to increase students’ satisfaction. The results of this study indicate the application of 10 elements of Total Quality Management, namely focusing on customers, obsession on quality, scientific approach, long-term commitment, teamwork, continuous system improvement, education and training, controlled freedom, unity of purpose, and involvement and empowerment of employees have been carried out well and managed to meet the expectations of the students.

Abstract

 The rapid development of information technology is the impact of globalization. The development of information technology requires that every organization needs information, not only business or government, but also the world of financial institutions. In accordance with this, the information technology has very important position in banking.  The purpose of this research is to analyze and to test empirically the influence of social factors, affect on intentions and its impact on financial behavior in utilizing internet banking technology as communication media. The method used in data collection is survey method by spreading the questionnaires. The research data obtained is based on the perception of students of Economics Faculty, University of Semarang on the use of internet banking technology implemented by Assistant Branch Bank of BNI Bank in University of Semarang environment as medium of communication between students and University of Semarang, with 96 respondents. The research method used validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test, hypothesis test, multiple linear regression models with SPSS 23. Result of testing and analysis found that social factor and affects directly and indirectly did not affect the financial behavior of internet banking technology utilization implemented by Assistant Branch Bank of BNI Bank in University of Semarang environment as communication media of students with university, through the intention of internet banking technology usage by showing insignificant results.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of implementation Good Government Governance, Government Accounting Standards, Monitoring, Quality of Local Government Reform, Human Resource Competency, and Financial Accounting System on the Quality of Financial Statements in DPKAD Semarang City. The object in this study is SKPD staff in DPKAD Semarang City. This study uses primary data obtained by spreading the questionnaire. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method and the sample size was 49 respondents. The data analysis was done by using multiple regression with the help of SPSS V20 software. The independent variables in this study consisted of Good Government Governance, Government Accounting Standards, Monitoring, Quality of Local Government Reform, Human Resource Competency, dan Financial Accounting System which the dependent variable is The Quality of The Financial Statements. The results of this study show that implementation of Monitoring to influence the quality of Financial Statements. But implementation of Good Good Government Governance, Government Accounting Standards, Quality of Local Government Reform, Human Resource Competency, dan Financial Accounting System have not influence the Quality of Financial Statements.

Abstract

This study aims to test and obtain empirical evidence on the influence of accountability, competence, task complexity, and organizational culture on auditor performance. Respondents in this study are auditors who work at the Audit Board and Development (BPKP) Representative of Central Java Province. The number of questionnaires distributed was 90 questionnaires from 5 sections of BPKP Central Java Provincial Representative Office, but only 80 questionnaires are used. Sampling the results showed that no deviations of classical assumptions were found. This study uses t test of multiple regression with Accountability, Competence, Task Complexity, and Organizational Culture as independent variables and Performance of Auditors as dependent variable. The results of regression shows that coefficient of determination is 0,540 which means 54% auditor performance can be influenced by four independent variables, and 46% influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Regional revenue (PAD) aims to give authority to the Regional Government to fund the implementation of regional autonomy in accordance with the regional potential as a manifestation of decentralization. In the method of applying science and technology through predictions of the realization of regional revenue (PAD) in Semarang City for 2019 an increase in the realization of regional revenue (PAD) in 2013-2018 with an average percentage growth rate of 12.15 %, and produces predictions Semarang's regional revenue (PAD) for 2019 has increased to Rp 2.031.430.000.000.

Abstract

The population in this study were all marketing employees of PT. Borobudur Oto Mobil which amounted to 36 employees and the sampling technique used in this study  was the census  method  and  the analysis  tool  used  in  this  study  was multiple linear regression. The regression test results show that the variables of work facilities, leadership, competence and division of labor have a positive effect on employee performance and the results of hypothesis testing indicate that the variables of work facilities, leadership, competence and division of labor have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the determination test produce the adjusted R square value in the regression model obtained at 0.610 which means that 61 percent of employee performance variables can be explained by variables of work facilities, leadership, competence and division of labor and the results of the accuracy test table obtained 0,000 smaller than 0, 05 which means that employee performance variables can be jointly explained by leadership variables, work facilities, competencies and division of labor.

Abstract

A college as a service company in carrying out business activities or educational activities, generally what must be considered is the orientation towards consumers, which concerns what companies must satisfy their consumers. In service companies, especially higher education institutions that are consumers are students, with more attention to aspects of customer orientation, of course, the goals to be achieved by the company will be realized. Problems that occur at the University of “X” make students feel dissatisfied and this causes complaints or complaints, including: inadequate parking, campus websites that are often slow, completeness of damaged facilities and infrastructure, administrative services that tend to be long.The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of service quality and university reputation on student satisfaction, with trust as a mediating variable. The population in this study were students from University “X” enrolled in the odd semester 2019/2020 Study Plan Card (KRS) of 22,753 students. The number of samples in this study were 99.56 students rounded up to 100 students (based on the Slovin formula). The analysis was carried out with the help of the SPSS program. The variable relationship model will be analyzed by path analysis. The result of research show service quality and university reputation have a direct effect on student trust at Universityof “X”. Service qualityand university reputation have a direct effect on student satisfaction at University of “X”. Trust has a direct influence on student satisfaction at the University of “X”. Keywords:  Trust, Service Quality, Reputation, Satisfaction
