Abstract

Objectives – This study aims to determine the effect of education level and physical work environment on the work productivity of production employees at PT. X. Design/Methodology/Approach – In this study, the authors used a quantitative method. The number of employees in this study were 111 production employees at PT. X. Analysis testing using SPSS Version 26. Findings – The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the level of education and the physical work environment on employee work productivity. Conclusions and Implications - The level of education and physical work environment have a positive effect on employee work productivity, thereby increasing the work productivity of employees PT. X needs to consider higher levels of employee education as well as improving the company's physical work environment.

Abstract

Objectives – This study aims to analyze the impact of three key factors, namely perceived convenience, usefulness and promotion on interest in using ShopeePay as a digital payment tool. Design/Methodology/Approach – Quantitative type research and the population used is the Sumenep community of ShopeePay users. Data collection techniques by distributing google form questionnaires to 100 respondents directly. Findings – The results of the study indicate that the perception of convenience, usefulness and promotion has a positive and significant influence partial and simultaneous on the interest in using ShopeePay digital payments for the Sumenep community. Conclusions and Implications – Perception of convenience, perception of usefulness and promotion have a positive influence on the use of Shopeepay in the Sumenep community. Shopee companies can consider the convenience and usefulness of Shopeepay and can increase promotions to increase Shopeepay users in the Sumenep community.

Abstract

Objective - This research aims to determine the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions and price bundling, both directly and indirectly, where price bundling is an intervening variable. Design/Methodology/Approach - This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this research were students of SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya who had used Shopee e-commerce at least 3 times. The number of respondents in this study was 70 people. Analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS), with the SmartPLS 3.0 analysis tool. Research findings - The results of this research show that brand image influences price bundling and purchasing decisions. Price bundling influences purchasing decisions. Price bundling mediates the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions. Conclusions and Implications – Brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Price bundling can positively mediate the relationship between brand image and purchasing decisions. Shopee can increase the role of price bundling and brand image to increase Shopee e-commerce users, especially for students at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangka Raya.

Abstract

Objective - This research aims to determine the influence of work ethic and self-efficacy on the performance of civil servants in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Service Design/Methodology/Approach - The analytical method used in this research is quantitative. The population and sample in this study were all Civil Servants of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Department of Gunung Mas Regency, totaling 69 people using census techniques. The analytical method used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS 4.0.9.3 analysis tool. Research findings - The results of this research show that work ethic has a positive and significant effect on performance and self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Gunung Mas Regency Public Works and Spatial Planning Service. Conclusions and Implications – Work ethic and self-efficacy have a positive influence on civil servant performance. The Public Works and Spatial Planning Department can improve the work ethic and self-efficacy of employees if they want to improve the performance of civil servants.

Abstract

Objectives – This purpose’s research to determine the influence of reference group and testimonial on interest of buying exploration both partially and simultaneously toward Nmax motorcycle users in Tasikmalaya City. Design/Methodology/Approach – This research used a purposive sampling size of 100 people from Nmax motorcycle users in Tasikmalaya City as the unit of analysis. Findings – The results of these research conclude that variable of reference group and testimony partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on intereset of buying exploration among Nmax motorcycle users in Tasikmalaya City. Conclusions and Implications - Reference Groups and Testimonials have a significant positive effect on Purchase Exploration Interest among Nmax motorbike users in Tasikmalaya City. For Nmax motorbike sellers in Tasikmalaya, they can increase the Reference Group and Testimonials to increase consumer interest in buying Nmax products.

Abstract

Objectives – This study aims to provide an empirical explanation of the influence of the work-life balance on civil servants performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Design/Methodology/Approach – This  study  used  a  saturating  sample  size  of  59 sample  from  the Central Borneo Regional Development Planning and Regional Research and Development Agency  as  its  unit  of analysis. SmartPLS 4.0.9.5 was used to perform a Likert-scale analysis on the gathered data. Findings – The results showed that the Work-life Balance has a significant effect on the performance of the employees, and the Organizational Commitment variable has a significant effect in strengthening the relationship between Work-life Balance and the Performance of employees. Conclusions and Implications - Work-life balance directly or through organizational commitment has a positive influence on ASN performance. Bappedalitbang of Central Kalimantan Province can maintain work-life balance and maintain organizational commitment to improve ASN performance.

Abstract

Objectives – This research aims to determine the influence of company size, EPS, and leverage on the financial performance of manufacturing industry companies in the pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on the IDX. Design/Methodology/Approach – This research uses secondary data from financial reports of pharmaceutical companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 - 2022. The sample used was 8 companies with sample selection using purposive sampling technique. The analysis used is multiple linear regression with the Eviews 9.0 analysis tool. Findings – The results of this study show that Company Size has no effect on financial performance, EPS has a significant effect on financial performance, Leverage has no effect on financial performance. Conclusions and Implications - Based on the results, it is found that company size has no effect on financial performance, while EPS has a positive effect on financial performance and leverage has a negative effect on financial performance. Pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the IDX can increase EPS and reduce leverage to improve financial performance.

Abstract

Objective - The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of advertising attractiveness, influencer marketing, online customer reviews, and brand image on purchase decisions for Somethinc products. Design/Methodology/Approach - The research was conducted using a purposive sampling technique on 100 students at Muhammadiyah University of Gresik who were/had used, and had purchased at least once, Somethinc products. Then, the data was processed using IBM SPSS Statistics 24. Research Findings - It was found that Advertising Attractiveness, Influencer Marketing, Online Customer Reviews, and Brand Image had a positive influence on Purchase Decisions. Conclusions and Implications - The Somethinc product company can increase its Advertising Attractiveness, Influencer Marketing, Online Customer Reviews, and Brand Image to increase purchasing decisions, especially for the target market of Muhammadiyah University Gresik students.

Abstract

Objective - This research was conducted to design a strategy model for increasing human resources towards the independence of MSMEs in Palangka Raya City in realizing Sustainable Development Goals. Design/Methodology/Approach - The method that will be used in this research is the soft system methodology (SSM). This method is almost the same as other systems approaches, where the essence of SSM is to provide a comparison between the real situation in the implementation of MSMEs and a model designed to represent the world itself. Research findings - based analysis, it is known that relevant human resource development in improving the development of MSMEs in Palangka Raya City includes business protection, business policies, business operational systems, business administration, ability to innovate, ability to identify opportunities, which can be done with openness and participatory and able to look for opportunities to anticipate change. Implications –The government needs to support the provision of infrastructure and learning instruments in the form of instructions and regulations, and the involvement of industry and the private sector needs to be encouraged to contribute through the provision of capital and business assistance.

Abstract

Objective - The aim of the researcher is to determine the factors that influence the decision to purchase Spotify Premium services. Design/Methodology/Approach - Researchers used a quantitative approach, collecting data using questionnaires among 100 respondents who were or had used Spotify premium at Muhammadiyah University Gresik. The analysis technique used was purposive sampling with the help of software, namely SPSS 24. Research Findings - From the results of the researchers' tests, it was found that visual merchandising had a positive but not significant effect, advertising creativity had a positive and significant effect, e-service quality had a positive but not significant effect, and perceived value had a positive and significant effect. Conclusions and Implications - Advertising creativity and perceived value have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for Spotify Premium services. Meanwhile, visual merchandising and e-service quality have no effect. So, to increase purchases of premium Spotify services, Spotify can increase advertising creativity and perceived value, especially for the target market of Muhammadiyah Gresik University students.
