Abstract

Objectives – This study aims to determine the effect of education level and physical work environment on the work productivity of production employees at PT. X. Design/Methodology/Approach – In this study, the authors used a quantitative method. The number of employees in this study were 111 production employees at PT. X. Analysis testing using SPSS Version 26. Findings – The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the level of education and the physical work environment on employee work productivity. Conclusions and Implications - The level of education and physical work environment have a positive effect on employee work productivity, thereby increasing the work productivity of employees PT. X needs to consider higher levels of employee education as well as improving the company's physical work environment.

Abstract

Objectives – This purpose’s research to determine the influence of reference group and testimonial on interest of buying exploration both partially and simultaneously toward Nmax motorcycle users in Tasikmalaya City. Design/Methodology/Approach – This research used a purposive sampling size of 100 people from Nmax motorcycle users in Tasikmalaya City as the unit of analysis. Findings – The results of these research conclude that variable of reference group and testimony partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on intereset of buying exploration among Nmax motorcycle users in Tasikmalaya City. Conclusions and Implications - Reference Groups and Testimonials have a significant positive effect on Purchase Exploration Interest among Nmax motorbike users in Tasikmalaya City. For Nmax motorbike sellers in Tasikmalaya, they can increase the Reference Group and Testimonials to increase consumer interest in buying Nmax products.

Abstract

Objectives – This study aims to provide an empirical explanation of the influence of the work-life balance on civil servants performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Design/Methodology/Approach – This  study  used  a  saturating  sample  size  of  59 sample  from  the Central Borneo Regional Development Planning and Regional Research and Development Agency  as  its  unit  of analysis. SmartPLS 4.0.9.5 was used to perform a Likert-scale analysis on the gathered data. Findings – The results showed that the Work-life Balance has a significant effect on the performance of the employees, and the Organizational Commitment variable has a significant effect in strengthening the relationship between Work-life Balance and the Performance of employees. Conclusions and Implications - Work-life balance directly or through organizational commitment has a positive influence on ASN performance. Bappedalitbang of Central Kalimantan Province can maintain work-life balance and maintain organizational commitment to improve ASN performance.

Abstract

Objectives – This research aims to determine the influence of company size, EPS, and leverage on the financial performance of manufacturing industry companies in the pharmaceutical sub-sector listed on the IDX. Design/Methodology/Approach – This research uses secondary data from financial reports of pharmaceutical companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 - 2022. The sample used was 8 companies with sample selection using purposive sampling technique. The analysis used is multiple linear regression with the Eviews 9.0 analysis tool. Findings – The results of this study show that Company Size has no effect on financial performance, EPS has a significant effect on financial performance, Leverage has no effect on financial performance. Conclusions and Implications - Based on the results, it is found that company size has no effect on financial performance, while EPS has a positive effect on financial performance and leverage has a negative effect on financial performance. Pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the IDX can increase EPS and reduce leverage to improve financial performance.
