Abstract

The Muhammad Cheng Ho Mosque is one of the mosques that has a unique architectural form with Chinese characteristics, this mosque is often also called a tourist mosque because many visitors come with offers of strategic places, and there is also a souvenir center and the Cuggrang museum next to it  , but it is a challenge for takmir and administrators in managin g the mosque to remain attractive to local residents with residents who can be said to be not so close.  So the first question to be answered in this study is "How is the portrait of the management of the da'wah used at the Muhammad Cheng Ho mosque to continue to preserve the mosque?  This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, with a research design of data collection, analyzing and then describing.  With the following research results, there is an application of sharia strategic management that is enforced in organizing the takmir of this mosque, first;  tasks that are initiated based on monotheism, Second;  the profit is balanced between the world - ukhrawi.  Third;  fourth mardatillah motivation;  ubudiyah's belief in carrying out the fifth responsibility;  ihsaniyah awareness.  By procuring activities, starting from weekly, such as women's taklim assemblies, monthly activities, in the form of sholawat assemblies, qiyamullail prayers in congregation, as well as annual activities, PBHI celebrations for example.  As well as the preparation of free guidance for converts.  As well as financial management apart from special charity boxes to utilization of facilities.

Abstract

People in Indonesia have tolerance. Even not all of them can build and implement it. One of Ustadz that can build and implement the tolerance is Gus Miftah. There was a video when he conveyed national oration in official announcement of Indonesia Bethel Church (GBI) Amanat Agung Jakarta Utara. Basically that oration contained representation of tolerance religion value, but there were some bad responses about it, even they said He was an unbeliever by some people. That video became viral after uploaded in Youtube and Instagram.  About that video, representation of tolerance religion interested to be researched. Research objectives are to know the representation of religion tolerance on national oration by Gus Miftah in GBI Amanat agung Jakarta Utara official announcement. This research was qualitative and used descriptive approach and semiotic analysis method. There were two data sources in this research, primary and secondary data source. Data collection techniques were observation and documentation. While, data analysis technique used model semiotic by Charles Sanders Peirce. Then for data validation technique used to increase perseverance and peer discussion. The results showed that representation of religion tolerance that appeared in that oration contained element and principle to admit other people right, respect other people belief, agree in disagreement, understand each other, and religious freedom.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang implementasi green marketing mix dalam pengelolaan green Masjid belum ditemukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengeksplorasi bagaimana bentuk dan proses implementasi green marketing mix dalam pengelolaan green masjid studi kasus di masjid Nurul Jannah PT Petrokimia Gresik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif eksploratif, Strategi Green marketing mix yang dimaksud adalah yang biasa dikenal dengan akronim 4P (green Product, green Price, green Place, green Promotion). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; Pertama adalah Produk hijau; meliputi Gedung dan area hijau yang mampu menghemat listrik dan air. Dari produk hijau ini masjid mampu menghasilkan pendapatan alternatif diluar donasi yang sudah biasa menjadi sumber pendapatan operasionalnya, bahkan masjid mampu memberdayakan masyarakat tidak mampu di sekitarnya. Kedua, harga hijau hanya bisa dieksplor dari penjualan hasil kebun dan kolam ikan, selebihnya dalam perspektif pelanggan, mereka cukup berdonasi untuk menikmati produk layanan masjid. Ketiga, tempat hijau adalah Masjid dan seluruh kebun dan kolam di sekitarnya untuk bisa bertemu (bertransaksi) dengan pelanggan (Jemaah) karena masjid merupakan tempat ibadah yang merupakan lembaga jasa non-profit. Keempat, Dalam mengenalkan progran atau produk dan prasarananya kepada masyarakat ada dua cara promosi yaitu aktif dan pasif. Pengelolaan green masjid dengan mengimplementasikan green marketing mix bisa meningkatkan profesionalisme pengelolaannya dalam hal mendesain produk jasanya agar sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggannya untuk beribadah kepada Tuhannya, senantiasa berkomunikasi sehingga mereka puas dan siap membeli (walaupun dalam bentuk donasi) dengan harga yang pantas. Ini sebuah inovasi pengelolaan Masjid berwawasan lingkungan yang bisa diduplikasi, dengan demikian akan menjadi kontribusi yang nyata bagi upaya dunia dalam pelestarian lingkungan.

Abstract

Aktivitas dakwah di era modern semakin mudah ditemui terutama semenjak media sosial menjadi konsumsi utama masyarakat dari berbagai lini. Namun, kegiatan amr makruf di era modern belum mampu mengurangi nahi mungkar sepenuhnya. Terbukti, kasus-kasus kejahatan sering dijumpai dikehidupan masyarakat. Satu di antara penyebab menjamurnya nahi mungkar dikehidupan masyarakat yaitu belum adanya dai yang memiliki perhatian khusus terhadap mad’u golongan muqtashid. Di Sidoarjo, terdapat da’i yang berdakwah dengan memerhatikan kondisi mad’u dari aspek sosio-teologisnya. Meskipun demikian, era modern menjadi tantangan sendiri bagi Kiai Asrofudin dalam berdakwah karena remaja era sekarang terpengaruh dengan arus media teknologi. Strategi komunikasi persuasif, adalah mempengaruhi dengan jalan membujuk. Dalam pemikiran kemudian yang utama adalah perasaanya. Pendekatan yang dipilih oleh Kiai Asrof adalah pendekatan kultural menggunakan metode irshad, pemilihan metode ini karena jamaah yang diasuh oleh Kiai Asrof adalah sebagian besar mad’u muqtashiq.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh akuntabilitas dan transparansi laporan keuangan terhadap motivasi berdonasi jemaah masjid di Surabaya, Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah jemaah masjid di kota Surabaya sebanyak 75 responden yang tersebar di 28 masid. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif. Sumber data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini data primer yang diperoleh dari pengisian kuesioner. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah gambaran umum objek penelitian, analisis deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan akuntabilitas terhadap motivasi berdonasi jemaah dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0.650, nilai t-statistik 5.446 (>1.96) dan p-value sebesar 0.000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05, temuan ini menunjukan semakin baik tingkat akuntabilitas masjid maka jemaah akan termotivasi untuk berdonasi. Transparansi tidak berpengaruh terhadap motivasi berdonasi jemaah dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0.110, nilai t-statistik 0.854 (<1.96) dan p-value sebesar 0.393 yang lebih besar dari 0,05. Temuan mengindikasikan bahwa ada faktor lain yang mempengaruhi donasi jemaah.

Abstract

This research explores the implementation of green marketing mix in the management of Green Mosque, especially in Nurul Jannah Mosque of PT Petrokimia Gresik. Using explorative qualitative method, this research focuses on 4P green marketing mix strategy (green Product, green Price, green Place, green Promotion). The results show that green products, such as green buildings and areas, not only save electricity and water but also create alternative income and community empowerment. The green price mainly comes from the sale of garden produce and fish ponds, with donations from the congregation as a contribution. Green premises include the mosque and the entire green area for transactions with congregants. In terms of promotion, active and passive methods are used to introduce programs and products to the community. The implementation of green marketing mix in the management of the Green Mosque improves management professionalism, designs products according to customer needs, and communicates effectively. This innovation can be duplicated to make a real contribution to global environmental conservation efforts.

Abstract

Da'wah activities in the modern era are increasingly easy to find, especially since social media has become the main consumption of people from various sectors. However, amr makruf activities in the modern era have not been able to reduce evil evil completely. It has been proven that crime cases are often encountered in people's lives. One of the causes of the proliferation of nahi mungkar in people's lives is the absence of preachers who have special attention to the mad'u of the muqtashid group. In Sidoarjo, there are preachers who preach by paying attention to the condition of mad'u from its socio-theological aspect. However, the modern era is a challenge for Kiai Asrofudin in preaching because today's teenagers are influenced by the flow of technological media. A persuasive communication strategy is to influence by persuading. In thinking then the main thing is the feeling. The approach chosen by Kiai Asrof is a cultural approach using the irshad method. This method was chosen because the congregation cared for by Kiai Asrof was mostly mad'u muqtashiq.

Abstract

Changes The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of accountability and transparency in financial reports on the motivation to donate among mosque congregants in Surabaya. The population in this study consists of mosque congregants in the city of Surabaya, totaling 75 respondents spread across 28 mosques. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data. The data source obtained in this research is primary data obtained from questionnaire responses. The data collection techniques used in this study include an overview of the research object, descriptive analysis, validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing. The research findings indicate that there is a positive and significant influence of accountability on congregants' donation motivation, with a path coefficient value of 0.650, a t-statistic value of 5.446 (>1.96), and a p-value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. These findings suggest that the higher the level of mosque accountability, the more motivated congregants are to donate. Transparency does not affect congregants' donation motivation, with a path coefficient value of 0.110, a t-statistic value of 0.854 (<1.96), and a p-value of 0.393, which is greater than 0.05. The findings indicate that there are other factors influencing congregants' donations
