Abstract

Model pembelajaran kooperatif adalah model pembelajaran yang diharapkan dapat memotivasi siswa untuk berperan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas karena pembelajaran kooperatif dapat meningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap pemahaman konsep dan juga dapat dapat meningkatkan kepekaan dan empati di antara siswa. Disiplin belajar merupakan bentuk kepatuhan dalam melaksanakan segala aturan-aturan yang ada dan diberlakukan di lingkungan pendidikan yang memang secara khusus bertujuan membentuk pribadi-pribadi yang beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan dengan kemestian melaksanakan aturan yang telah ada ditetapkan secara menyeluruh kepada siswanya supaya menjadi manusia yang disiplin. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen yang meneliti tentang pengaruh model pembelajarn koperatif dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Fiqih, dan diperoleh hasil penelitian : 1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar siswa, 2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara disiplin belajar dengan hasil belajar, dan 3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes by learning the Quick Short Strategy at the Darul Arafah Private Madrasah Tsanawiyah Pangkalan Berandan. This type of research is classroom action research. The object of this research is to improve student learning outcomes through the Quick Short Strategy in class VII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Private Darul Arafah Pangkalan Berandan. The research subjects were students of class VII.1, totaling 39 people. Before the action is carried out, observations are made which include giving tests and interviews to class teachers to find out the activities and student learning outcomes. The data provided was obtained from sheets from observation sheets of activities, attitudes, and student learning outcomes in the form of questions and descriptions given. The test is given twice at the end of each cycle. After being given action through the Quick Short Strategy in class action research carried out in class VII Madrasah Tsanawiyah Private Darul Arafah Pangkalan Berandan from the results of observations of student learning activities in cycle II there was an increase compared to cycle I. In cycle I the first meeting student learning outcomes obtained an average value average 63, 58 and the second meeting of student learning outcomes obtained an average value of 67, 30. In the second cycle the average learning outcomes increased, the first meeting of student learning outcomes obtained an average of 70, 20 and the second meeting of student learning outcomes obtained an average - average 75.00. From the results of the pre-test before the action obtained an average value of 67.61 and the results of the post-test after the action obtained an average value of 78.23. If measured by N-gain the average student's ability is 0.32 in the medium category. This shows that the Quick Short Strategy according to Darul Arafah Pangkalan Berandan Private Madrasah Tsanawiyah students is considered good, namely between 56-75% classification. Thus the application of the Quick Short Strategy can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Especially in the subjects of Fiqh, where in fiqh learning there are practices that must be seen by students so that it is easy to understand the learning, therefore development is needed in learning media, one way of developing this is by using the kinemaster application. The objectives of this research are: to find out how the learning media using the kinemaster application in fiqh lessons class XI MA Tarbiyah Waladiyah Pulau Banyak. This study uses a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were the principal of the madrasa, the teacher of moral aqidah and students. Collecting data in this research using observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are: in preparing for learning the teacher looks for videos related to learning material sourced from youtube, then downloads and makes edits with the kinemaster application. Before the fiqh learning process begins, the teacher first prepares supporting equipment for learning media that will be used such as laptops, infocus, and speakers, approximately the time used for preparation for this lesson is approximately 5 minutes. After the preparation is done, the teacher explains the big title of the material to be studied and asks students to pay attention to the learning video that the teacher has made using the kinemaster application. Next, the teacher asks the students for their responses about the video.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations and interviews with the head of MTs Ponpes Al-Ikhwan As-Salam Kec. Tanjung Pura who explained that the performance of teachers in kindergarten needs to be repaired and improved. This is because teachers at MTs Ponpes Al-Ikhwan As-Salam teaching techniques have not fully implemented innovative teaching techniques so that teaching and learning activities are still very monotonous, namely students are not actively involved in class. So that in response to this problem the school principal created a class to class system. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods to describe the results of research findings through observation, interviews and documentation techniques so that the following conclusions were obtained: Implementation of supervision applied by the head of the madrasa at MTs Ponpes Al-Ikhwan As-Salam, namely carried out as follows Coordinator, Consultant ( helper), Group leader, Evaluator. This implementation was carried out by means of the head of the madrasa as coordinator, consultant, group leader and evaluator as a step in implementing supervision at MTs Ponpes Al-Ikhwan As-Salam. The level of teacher professional performance in teaching activities is maximal and can be categorized as good based on the following findings: Teaching Aspects, namely teachers are able to manage student learning which is categorized as good. Aspects of personality, namely the ability of a solid personality, noble, wise, and authoritative as well as being a role model for students who are categorized as very good. The social aspect is the teacher's ability to communicate and interact effectively and efficiently. Professional aspect. and teaching techniques applied by some teachers are things that must be improved and get attention from the madrasah. Supporting Factors and Inhibiting Factors Implementation of Supervision of Madrasah Heads in Improving Teacher Performance at MTs Ponpes Al-Ikhwan As-Salam, namely increased student achievement, teacher and student psychology in good condition, communicative teacher and student responses and the creation of a conducive learning atmosphere. The inhibiting factor for supervision is the limited time allocation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan suatu deskriptif tentang implementasi manajemen keuangan di Pondok Pesantren Darul Iman Aceh Tenggara. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupaya untuk memberikan gambaran tentang konsep Islam dalam pembiyaan pendidikan di lembaga pendidikan islam. Metode penelitian dalam memproleh data digunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pertanggungjawaban keuangan di Pondok Pesantren Darul Iman dalam bentuk laporan bulanan dan tahunan yang dilaporkan kepada pimpinan,pengawasanbulanan khususnya dilakukan bendahara kepada Kyai. Bendahara melaporakan setiap laporan kegiatan yang menyangkutkeuangan dari setiap kegiatan dan bagian, yangdilaporkan berupapembuktian penerimaan, penyimpanan dan pembayaran kepada pihakpihakyang bersangkutan yang kemudian dilaporkan bendahara kepada Pimpinan Pondok Pesantren Darul Iman Aceh Tenggara. Sedangkan untuk operasional yang berasaldari pemerintahseperti dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) dikoreksioleh masing-masing Kepala Sekolah Madrasah baik jenjang Aliyah maupun Tsanawiyah tanpa melibatkan PimpinanPondok Pesantren dalam halpengoreksian BOS dan langsung diserahkan kepadapemerintah. Hal yang utama dilakukan pembiayaan pendidikan Islam adalah dengan melibatkan seluruh komponen Pesantren dan madrasah dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan pendidikan. Abstract

Pendidikan sesungguhnya merupakan media untuk menyiapkan manusiamemiliki otonomi, kemandirian, dan kemampuan untuk tidak sekedar hidup di dunia tapi jugaterlibat dalam proses transformasi dunia. Dunia pendidikan tinggi telah kehilanganyaitu kehilangan ketajaman nalar kritiknya atas dunia publik yang tidak sesuai dengan idealism akademik, dan pada saat yang sama tidak mampu menawarkan kemungkinan-kemungkinan dikembangkannya wilayah-wilayah publik yang demokratis (democratic public spheres). Ini merupakan alarm bagi eksistensi pendidikan tinggi, yang seharusnya, menjadi bagian dariinstitusi sosial yang ikut mendorong terbentuknya masyarakat etis-demokratis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif dalam memproleh data. Hasil penelitian diproleh bahwa pendidikan tinggi kecenderungan dominan penelitian-penelitian akademik yang dilakukan dalam duniapendidikan tinggi lebih mengarah pada penggunaan teori Barat untuk memahami konteks local, tapi jarang sekali ada penelitian yang menjadikan konteks lokal sebagai basis untukmengonstruksi teori.Akibatnya,dunia pendidikan tinggi miskin sekali melahirkan teori-teori baru yang berbasis pada kontekslokal, dan pada gilirannya, dunia pendidikan tinggi lebih berperan sebagai konsumen daripadaprodusen ilmu. Ini menandakan bahwa proses pendidikan dan pengajaran di pendidikan tinggi baru sebataspada tahap penerimaan teori, konsep, dan pengetahuan, yang lebih menekankan aspekpemahaman. Disinilah upaya yang dilakukan STIT Babussalam Aceh Tenggara yang menekankan peran dosen sebagai penasehat akademik untuk melayani mahasiswa dengan konsep-konsep konseling Islami.Berkenaan dengan dimensi spritual dalam konseling Islami, Allah ditempatkan pada posisi Konselor Yang Maha Agung, satu-satunya tempat manusia menyerahkan dan mendekatkan diri serta mengkonsultasikan permasalahannya, sebagai sumber memperoleh keberanian dan kekuatan bagi penyelesaian masalah, sumber pemberian keberanian dan kesembuhan.Jadi upaya layanan konseling islami yang diharapkan disini adalah agar mahasiswa menjadi manusia yang unggul dan berkarakter dan memiliki etika akademik

Abstract

This thesis discusses the strategic management and service quality of the regional library, a case study of the regional library stabat of Langkat Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach, as an effort to provide answers to the problems that have been described, because it uses a descriptive analysis approach using data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study can be concluded that based on the results of research on Strategic Management Analysis and Library Service Quality Case Studies Regional Libraries Stabat Kab. Langkat, the research can draw the following conclusions: The management that is structured refers to the vision, mission and goals of the library. Because achieving this quality is inseparable from the vision, mission and goals of the library, they are the main reference in building a library so that it can be achieved properly. The vision of the madrasah principal will determine which way the library institution is taken, because if the madrasah head does not have far-sighted vision, he will only carry out his duties as a daily routine, without knowing what progress he must achieve within a certain time. Obstacles in improving the quality of service in this case specifically the researchers formulated that there were 2 obstacles that existed in the Langkat district library, namely in terms of human resources and program financing budgets. The solution to the problem of quality improvement is to collaborate with government agencies. Continuous improvement. This is done by the head of the library to help reduce costs used for funding in running the program costs used for funding in running library programs that support library quality, carry out educational activities to increase staff professionalism such as comparative studies, workshops. This is done by the head of the library with the aim of establishing good cooperation in accepting new students and improving the quality of staff through training.

Abstract

MTs N 1 Langkat is one of the Madrasahs located in Tanjung Pura District. Students who study at MTs N 1 Langkat come from a variety of backgrounds, both in terms of language, ethnicity, culture, social status, educational background, and descent. This is considered necessary for the cultivation of multicultural values in learning akidah akhlak at MTs N 1 Langkat because it refers to the vision and mission of the madrasa, one of which is as an individual and social being oriented to the pleasure of God and able to apply it in everyday life. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach and case study research type. The techniques used to collect data are: interviews, observation, and documentation. The learning process of Akidah Akhlak learning in internalizing multicultural values begins with teacher planning in formulating the objectives to be conveyed in the learning process until the end of learning. The stages of internalization of multicultural education values in Akidah Akhlak learning at MTs N 1 Langkat First, the transformation stage of multicultural education values of students at MTs N 1 Langkat which is the initial stage in the form of an explanation of the values of multicultural education that are important for life that has cultural and religious diversity. Second, the value transaction stage which is the second stage with direct interaction with students who are gathered in the field during rows. Third, the transinternalization stage is the final stage of internalizing multicultural education values. Not only physical interaction but inner interaction and personality and mental attitudes that contain the value of tolerance, the value of unity, the value of sameness / equality, and the value of kinship or brotherhood. The supporting factor of the internalization of multicultural values in the learning of moral creed is the process of cooperation between the principal, the teaching staff of MTs N 1 Langkat and students who can respond well. While the inhibiting factor of the internalization is the lack of knowledge of students related to the meaning of multicultural so that many deviations made by students and also inadequate infrastructure in the learning process takes place.

Abstract

To know the theory of psychoanalysis according to Sigmund Freud. To find out the application of student moral development at MTsN Langkat. To find out Sigmund Freud's psychoanalysis in the application of student moral development in class VII MTsN Langkat. Field research was used to obtain the data needed in this study, namely by using data collection tools through observation, interviews or structured interviews, and documentation. The data obtained was then processed and analyzed. In this study, qualitative research was used with an analytical description approach, namely by describing the research results obtained through structured interviews on research sources. The results of the research Psychoanalytic theory is a theory that discusses the nature and development of personality forms possessed by humans. The main elements in this theory are motivation, emotions and other aspects of personality. The basis of psychoanalytic theory is to assume that personality will begin to develop when there are conflicts from the psychological aspects themselves. These symptoms usually occur in children or at an early age. Then Sigmund Freud's opinion about human personality is based on the experiences of his patients. Sigmund Freud was a psychological scientist known for his ideas about the human personality based on his analysis of dreams, and his extensive reading of various scientific and humanitarian literature. These experiences became the basic data for the evolution of Freud's theory of personality, or what we know as psychoanalytic theory. For Freud, this theory tends to follow observations in the concept of personality, so that it will continue to undergo revisions, even up to the last 50 years of his life. Efforts to develop morals as a support for learning in order to achieve the learning objectives themselves, various efforts are made in fostering the morals of students so that they become human beings who practice their religious teachings, namely Islam, namely by instilling religious values or moral values. The moral values instilled are as follows: Weekly worship/reading Surah Yasin before entering school for one forty-five minutes/tausyah, noon prayer in congregation, prayer room picket, plus extracurricular activities such as: Finish reading the Qur'an 'an, the art of reading the Koran, syarhil qur'an, here Islamic such as: nasyid, Islamic poetry, guidance for youth on morals, and commemoration of Islamic holidays. Which in essence is in fostering student morals with three important things as an effort, namely instilling and awakening religious beliefs, instilling social ethics and instilling good habits. Abstract

Based on the results of observations at the research location, the authors found one of the problems that hindered the improvement of students' psychomotor abilities, namely that the cooperative-based learning model had not been implemented maximally involving student activity. In addition to learning at MTs. Private Yaspen Muslim Pematang Tengah is not yet student-centered, in other words, learning activities are still teacher-centered as the subject of learning. Thus it becomes a benchmark for writers to conduct research using the Classroom Action Method in order to improve students' psychomotor competence through the Multi Representation Discourse model. This study used the results of observations, interviews, documentation and used test techniques for 3 (three) cycles. After carrying out these series of actions, the researcher can draw the conclusion that efforts to improve students' understanding skills through the Multi Representation Discourse Learning model in the field of Jurisprudence for Class IX MTs students. Private Yaspen Muslim has been implemented well and there has been an increase since the beginning of the pre-cycle, namely the number of students who received an average score of 56.55 students who received a complete score in the field of Jurisprudence, in Cycle I it increased to 63 students who completed learning activities Jurisprudence on material understanding. In Cycle II the level of student completeness in learning Jurisprudence was 78.4 in Class IX MTs. Private Yaspen Muslim. Then analyzed from Cycle III the student completeness reached 89.8. So it can be concluded that efforts to improve students' psychomotor competence can be done through the Multi Representation Discourse model.
