Abstract

Education is always related to human development efforts, so one of the determining factors for the success of education is that it depends on the human element, as well as the success of students in overcoming the problem cannot be separated from the supervising teacher and the students themselves who have self-confidence and want to change. This research is a classroom action research with the aim of researching to describe the self-confidence of students in class X MIA-1 SMA Negeri 2 Takalar before and after being given group counseling and to explain the positive effect of giving group counseling on the self-confidence of students in class X MIA-1 SMA Negeri 2 Takalar. Data collection techniques in this study are questionnaires, observations and interviews.The subjects of this study were students of class X MIA-1 SMA Negeri 2 Takalar with a total of 33 people. The instrument used to collect data in this study was a self-confidence questionnaire. The data obtained were then processed and analyzed descriptively and inferentially. Hypothesis testing was carried out using statistical techniques, namely t-test (one tail) at a significant level of 95%.

Abstract

Cooperative learning is a group learning model that has certain rules. The basic principle of this learning is that students form small groups and teach each other to achieve a common goal. The cooperative script model is a learning method in which students work in pairs and take turns orally summarizing the parts of the material being studied. The main objective of this research is to increase motivation and learning outcomes in learning Financial Accounting in class XII AKL C SMKN 1 Luwuk. The design of this research is classroom action research (CAR). The types of data in this study are qualitative data and quantitative data. Qualitative data were collected by using observation sheets, while quantitative data were collected by giving a test at the end of each cycle. Data analysis in this study is to reduce data, present data, and verify or draw conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Cooperative Script model can increase student motivation and learning outcomes in learning Financial Accounting in class XII AKL C SMKN 1 Luwuk in the 2021/ academic year 2022.

Abstract

Giving reinforcement is an important thing in the teaching process, the task of the teacher as an educator is to increase learning motivation in students, one of which is by providing stimulation in the form of awards/praises so that students can be motivated, control or change bad behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between giving positive reinforcement to the leadership of the class X student group at SMA Negeri 3 Malinau. This study uses descriptive quantitative research, the population is 153 from class X students and the research sample is 55 students. The data collection technique used is the Likert scale on the positive reinforcement scale and the student group leadership scale. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique and inferential analysis, product moment correlation test and simple linear regression test were carried out. The results of the study obtained that the leadership level of the student group was included in the high category, namely 47.3% with a total of 26 students. The results showed that there was no relationship between  giving positive reinforcement to student group leadership.

Abstract

Optimally developing tourism can increase economic growth, this is because tourism is a sector that is considered profitable for many parties, such as the government, society and the private sector. This study aims to determine the development of tourist objects and increase in tourist visits to Bureke. This research method is qualitative with a descriptive approach using primary and secondary data sources. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used a qualitative interactive model. The results of the study show that the development of tourist objects can increase tourist visits seen from tourist attractions where in tourist attractions there is the main attraction for tourists to come to visit, namely the statue of Jesus as the main object besides that there is also a statue of the Virgin Mary, a glass adrenaline bridge which is the only item in Toraja, photo spots and cool and beautiful natural scenery to attract tourist visits. Marketing and Promotion that attracts tourist visits. Transportation of income and desires based on research results there are many deficiencies, especially existing facilities that are not fully functioning optimally and also fees for entering and enjoying burake attractions are subject to tariffs based on.
