Abstract

Adolescent anemia is a health problem that requires attention. As many as 23% of the prevalence of anemia among adolescent girls in the age group of 13-18 years in Indonesia in 2022.Based on the monitoring of adolescents in Bungursari Village, it was found that there are still many who complain of 5L (Lethargic, Tired, Weak, Tired, Negligent) and the results of the Hemoglobin examination are below normal as much as 55%. The cause of anemia is the lack of hemoglobin levels in red blood cells. Efforts to reduce the incidence of anemia by increasing iron levels, one of which is the administration of kelakai leaf pudding (Stenochlaena Palustris) which contains iron in 100 grams of leaves of 291.32 mg. To find out the effect of kelakai leaf pudding (stenochlaena palustris) on increasing hemoglobin levels of anemic adolescent girls in Bungursari Village in 2024. This study is a type of pre-experimental research with a two-group pretest and posttest design in the control group with 17 people educated and an intervention group with the administration of 17 kelakai leaf pudding (Stenochloena Palustris). The number of samples in this study was 34 people with inclusion and exclusion criteria with direct examination and observation techniques for 7 days. The results of this study showed that the average hemoglobin before action in the control group was 11.30 gr% to 11.94 gr%, and in the intervention group the average hemoglobin before and after being given kelai leaf pudding (stenochlaena palustris) from 11.25 gr% to 12.80 gr%. Abstract

Based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2015, the incidence of dysmenorrhea is very high. It is estimated that 50% of women in the world experience dysmenorrhea, it was found that 1,815,211 people (90%) women experience dysmenorrhea with 11-15% experiencing severe dysmenorrhea. The incidence of dysmenorrhea in Indonesia is quite high, which is 54.89% of primary dysmenorrhea and 9.36% of secondary dysmenorrhea (Dahlan, 2017). Meanwhile, according to Andriyani (2016), the incidence of dysmenorrhea in West Java in 2015 was 72.89% primary dysmenorrhea and 27.11% of secondary dysmenorrhea and in Purwakarta as many as 63.2% of adolescents experienced dysminoria. Women who experience dysmenorrhea experience complaints such as pain or cramps, pain and are unable to work to take care of their own needs (Novia, 2013). Therefore, health workers must play an important role in helping health services, one of which is providing sour turmeric drinks to adolescents who experience menstrual pain. This study is to find out whether there is an effect of sour turmeric drink on reducing the intensity of menstrual pain in adolescents. This study is a quantitative research using a Quasy Experiment research design with a One Group Pretest- Posttest Design design using purposive sampling with a sample of 32 respondents, using the data obtained and then analyzed with the Wilxocon test using the help of the SPSS computer program. Abstract

The rapid development of technology in higher education encourages the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the learning process, including in the Civil Building Drawing course. Students of the Civil Engineering Study Program at UNSIKA often face difficulties in understanding technical drawings due to their educational background and the conventional methods used in teaching. This study aims to evaluate the feasibility and readiness of implementing AI technology in the drawing course using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model. This is a descriptive-evaluative research involving 46 students who have completed the subject. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed descriptively. The results indicate that all four evaluation components are in the “Good” category, with the highest score in the process component and the lowest in the product component. These findings suggest that while students generally accept AI-assisted learning processes, there is still uncertainty about its tangible impact on learning outcomes. It is concluded that AI holds strong potential to enhance the quality of technical drawing education, provided there are improvements in planning, student engagement, and structured learning outcome evaluation.
