Abstract

This study aims to examine more deeply the factors that influence consumers to be willing to pay more for the iPhone 16. By using qualitative data analysis techniques that are descriptive through in-depth online interviews with three informants who are buyers and users of the iPhone 16, and adhering to Customer Value Theory to help further examine the Willingness To Pay made by consumers on iPhone 16 products. The problem in this study comes from consumers who are willing to pay more for the iPhone 16 even though there is a Domestic Component Level (TKDN) regulation that requires them to make some sacrifices to obtain the product. The results show that consumer purchase decisions with high prices are driven by complex considerations involving functional and symbolic value, risk and benefit perception, brand loyalty, and emotional drive in the context of motivation and loyalty, play complementary roles in shaping consumer decisions and become factors that influence consumers to be willing to pay more for the iPhone 16. These findings reinforce the framework of Customer Value Theory, which states that consumers are willing to pay more if the value they perceive (whether functional, emotional, or symbolic). The managerial implications of this study show that there are aspects that need to be continuously improved in marketing strategies that focus on the functional value of the product, managing risk perceptions, as well as maintaining loyalty and evaluating the customer experience. The advice provided can help Apple and its authorized distributors in developing more efficient strategies to increase Willingness To Pay and maintain iPhone 16 user loyalty.

Abstract

The realization of quality financial reports can be seen from the fulfillment of the qualitative characteristics of financial reports. Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 of 2006 concerning Financial Reporting and Performance of Government Agencies mandates state financial managers to present financial information in a timely, informative, transparent and responsible manner through financial reports prepared in accordance with government accounting standards with high-quality financial reports. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the implementation of financial indtandi (Sakti), human resource competence, organizational commitment to the quality of financial reports in the Directorate General of Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education and Secondary Education. The research method was carried out with quantitative descriptive, which was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 17 respondents as samples. Data processing was carried out using SPSS Software. The results of the study showed a significant and positive effect on H1, namely the Implementation of the Financial Application System at the Agency Level (SAKTI) has an effect on the Quality of Financial Reports, the hypothesis is accepted; H2, namely Human Resource Competence has an effect on the Quality of Financial Reports, the hypothesis is accepted; H3, namely Organizational Commitment has an effect on the Quality of Financial Reports and the simultaneous effect of the hypothesis is accepted; H4, namely the Implementation of the Institutional Level Financial Application System (SAKTI), Human Resource Competence and Organizational Commitment have a simultaneous effect on the Quality of Financial Reports, the hypothesis is accepted..

Abstract

Emotions are one of the psychological aspects that have an important role in determining the quality of human behavior in carrying out tasks and social relationships with others in daily life. In learning together and interacting with others, it requires the ability to manage emotions well, controlled emotional conditions will be able to bring harmonious relationships and encouragement in learning activities, but it is better when the management of uncontrolled emotions or unstable emotions will lead to disharmonious relationships and lack of enthusiasm in learning. An unharmonious relationship will have an effect on the quality of the learning process, and social problems between the interacting individuals. Islam advocates being able to manage emotions well, controlled and mature emotional management can make it easier for Muslims to develop or increase their understanding of Islamic values and can improve friendship relations among Muslims and between other religious people. In Islam, humans are required to have guidelines for life in the form of the Quran and As Sunnah. The Quran and As Sunnah provide direction and guidance for humans on all matters of life, whether it is about social society or lessons about other realms of life. Humans face many problems in their lives, whether they are pleasant or unpleasant. Basically, humans tend to choose things that make them happy or feel good. However, humans cannot control what happens. Stress can be caused by problems, conflicts, or obstacles in meeting expectations. Therefore, there are people who are easily discouraged in living their lives, and others who are firm and strong in dealing with problems. People who live by guidelines or principles will be different in dealing with problems with people who don't. The Quran and As Sunnah have provided an example as well as a guideline for humans to live life. The method in this writing is a literature study, namely by explaining and analyzing several psychological theories and studies in Islam on Emotional Intelligence. With the aim of describing the importance of managing emotions in daily life that affect human moral attitudes.

Abstract

The concept of human life, if it is not based on goodness, there will be disputes. A paradoxical thing but inseparable from the reality that humans often experience disputes and peace. However, life is dynamic, every person wants to create a good even though it is not spared from perfection. Effort is proof that the process is something extraordinary so that the expected goals can be achieved. Likewise with human life, the process experienced to find one's identity is a process. The process is combined with the deepest sincerity so that wisdom flows continuously so that it gives aesthetics and color to life. Beauty and color will be remembered by everyone. That is the potential of the person that is created when relying on the creator. The existence between the created and the creator is believed to have a close relationship when reflected through the deepest heart. Both of them revealed to the world that rely on love in every person so that every reality taken is able to save. It is never too late to have a sincere intention. Because sincerity is made when accompanied by a sincere heart, hope is not in vain. Allah is merciful in giving his love to man. Man is God's hope in continuing that love so that it will not be lost. But hope is not lost so that God's love is increasingly present in the world and in the hearts of men.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Rancangan Aplikasi Augmented Reality Pengenalan Buah-Buahan Tropis Pada Siswa SMPN 1 Kibin Menggunakan Unity 3D Dan Blender.” Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Augmented Reality (AR) yang dapat meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman siswa terhadap buah-buahan tropis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan software Unity 3D dan Blender. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan siswa untuk melihat objek buah-buahan dalam bentuk 3D dan mendapatkan informasi tentang buah tersebut melalui fitur AR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini efektif dalam menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang menarik dan menyenangkan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 94% siswa merasa aplikasi ini sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi bagi pendidikan yang lebih interaktif dan inovatif.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the marketing strategy of Indramayu Batik, especially Paoman Batik, as one of the creative economy products based on local culture that is facing challenges in the digital era. The main problems identified in this study include low digital literacy of MSME actors, limited product design innovation, and lack of optimal access to the wider market. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews with batik artisans, business actors, and policy makers, as well as field documentation. The results of the study show that Batik Paoman actors apply a combined marketing strategy that includes conventional promotion through exhibitions, galleries, and local partners, as well as digital promotion through social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and e-commerce platforms. Other strategies include collaboration with local fashion designers, diversifying batik products into modern forms of fashion (ready to wear), and using cultural narratives (storytelling) as promotional attractions. Although these strategies are effective in expanding the market, business actors still face structural challenges, such as lack of continuous training, limited production capital, and lack of distribution support from the government. This research recommends the importance of synergy between batik actors, local governments, and MSME support institutions in building a sustainable and digital-based marketing system. This effort is also expected to strengthen the position of Indramayu Batik as part of a competitive cultural heritage at the national and global levels.

Abstract

Fire hazards are one of the disasters that can cause significant losses, especially in densely populated areas. Early detection and monitoring are essential steps to prevent the escalation of such incidents. This study aims to design a fire hazard monitoring system based on the ESP32 microcontroller integrated with the Node-RED platform. The system utilizes the DHT22 sensor to measure air temperature, the MQ-2 sensor to detect smoke or hazardous gases, and a flame sensor to detect direct sources of fire. Data from these three sensors are processed by the ESP32 and transmitted wirelessly using the MQTT protocol to Node-RED, where users can monitor the results through a visual dashboard. In addition, the system is equipped with an automatic notification feature via the Telegram application when dangerous conditions are detected. The test results show that all sensors function accurately and are able to detect the targeted environmental parameters. The system also demonstrates a quick response in delivering alerts when sensor values exceed predetermined thresholds. Integration with Telegram enables users to receive information promptly without the need for continuous manual monitoring. With these advantages, the system can be an effective solution for early fire detection and is expected to improve safety and accelerate emergency response in residential or building environments.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah guna mengkaji pengaruh rasio keuangan khususnya profitabilitas, leverage, dan ukuran perusahaan dalam memprediksi terjadinya tax avoidance. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan informasi yang diperoleh melalui laporan keuangan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan menerapkan pengujian purposive sampling yang memenuhi standard atau kriteria. Adapun penelitian yang dilakukan selama 3 tahun terhitung dari tahun 2020 sampai dengan tahun 2022 dengan jumlah 39 data dari 13 perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman di indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini menginformasikan bahwa adanya pengaruh secara simultan antara profitabilitas, leverage, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap tax avoidance.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the dynamics of employee loyalty in Generation Z by using a phenomenological approach. Generation Z is known as a generation that is adaptive to technology, but is often considered to have low loyalty to the workplace. Seven Generation Z employees who work in the private sector were participants in this study. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews, then the data was validated using triangulation with significant others and analyzed thematically to find the essence of their work loyalty experience. The results of the study show that the loyalty of Generation Z employees is influenced by work comfort, positive social relationships, appreciation from superiors, and clarity of career path. Their loyalty comes in emotional, strategic, and conditional forms. The impact of loyalty is seen on performance stability, increased sense of responsibility, and work attachment. For Generation Z, loyalty is not understood as a long-term bond alone, but as an alignment between personal values, organizational goals, and meaningful work experience.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan e-commerce di Indonesia meningkat secara pesat dengan ditandai naiknya transaksi e-commerce dalam lima tahun terakhir. Hal ini memberikan peluang besar bagi pelaku UMKM untuk memanfaatkan fenomena ini sebagai sarana promosi dan jual-beli. Namun Aleeyah Daily, salah satu UMKM yang lahir di tengah masa pandemi COVID-19, mengalami penurunan penjualan akibat turunnya intensitas promosi pada media sosialnya. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dilakukanlah penelitian ini guna mengembangkan sebuah website promosi dengan menggunakan pendekatan Lean UX dan strategi interactive marketing yang bertujuan sebagai wadah baru untuk mempromosikan produk dan merek dari Aleeyah Daily. Penggunaan Lean UX diintegrasikan ke model prototyping pada proses pengembangan website promosi agar pengembangan tetap berfokus pada kebutuhan dan pengalaman pengguna, juga menambahkan strategi interactive marketing di dalamnya. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan skor system usability scale (SUS) dari usability testing sebesar 90 dan termasuk kategori A+. Hasil benchmark user experience questionnaire (UEQ) menunjukkan skor pada dimensi attractiveness sebesar 2.03, perspicuity sebesar 1.94, efficiency sebesar 1.75, dependability sebesar 1,86, stimulation sebesar 1.95, dan novelty sebesar 1.73. Sedangkan nilai customer response index (CRI) menunjukkan tingkat respons sebesar 57,5%. Dengan demikian, metode Lean UX dan strategi interactive marketing telah diimplementasikan ke dalam website promosi Aleeyah Daily dengan baik.
