Abstract

The purpose of this research was describe the role of product quality in increasing the effectiveness of sales from an syariah economic perspective (a case study of the Nova rice store, Padang Tepong Village, Ulumusi District, Empat Lawang Regency). This research was a qualitative descriptive research that describes two aspects of the problem formulation, namely the role of product quality in increasing sales effectiveness and improving product quality in increasing sales effectiveness from a sharia economic perspective. Research data obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques were carried out in stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. The results of the research showed that: (1) Based on the results of the research it covid be concluded that the role of product quality at the Nova rice store, Padang Tepong Village, Ulu Musi District, Empat Lawang Regencycovid increase the effectiveness of sales, this covid be seen from the number of buyers' interest and buyer satisfaction with the quality of the product (rice) in the Nova rice shop, (2) According to an Islamic Economic review, product quality at the Nova rice shop was in accordance with sharia values, maintaining product cleanliness and not selled products that has not been sold for a long time, so that product quality was maintained and of course making products marketed became superior products in accordance with the needs and desires of buyers.

Abstract

This research aims to determing according to the Islamic view, one way to overcome the problem of poverty is through zakat. In this research, zakat is distributed productively, namely zakat is distributed in the form of capital to mustahik by providing business capital assistance. With business capital assistance, it is hoped that the income of zakat fund recipients (mustahik) can increase, which in turn will also improve the welfare of mustahik. The aim of this research is to determine the role of productive zakat on the community economy and mustahik in the Jatim Makmur BAZNAS East Java Province program at Elzawa UIN Malang. As for the role of productive waqf, namely the existence of the Jatim Makmur program in the form of 1) Revolving UMKM assistance, 2) Pure UMKM Assistance, 3) UMKM Development Guidance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi implementasi strategi manajemen media sosial dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk herba halal oleh UMKM MADU AL-MARKAZ Bengkulu, dengan fokus pada pemasaran berbasis syariah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemilik dan manajer UMKM, sedangkan data sekunder meliputi analisis dokumen internal dan studi pustaka terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi manajemen media sosial yang terfokus pada konten edukatif, interaksi aktif dengan pelanggan, konsistensi kampanye, dan penggunaan influencer halal telah berhasil meningkatkan penjualan secara signifikan. Interaksi yang intens dengan pelanggan melalui media sosial juga telah memperkuat hubungan dan loyalitas terhadap merek. Penerapan prinsip-prinsip pemasaran syariah, seperti kejujuran dan transparansi, tidak hanya membangun kepercayaan konsumen, tetapi juga mendukung citra positif UMKM dalam pasar yang sensitif terhadap nilai-nilai agama.Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi literatur tentang pemasaran digital dalam konteks UMKM dan industri produk halal. Implikasi praktisnya adalah memberikan panduan bagi UMKM lain untuk mengadopsi strategi pemasaran berbasis syariah yang efektif di platform media sosial. Kesimpulannya, strategi komprehensif dalam penggunaan media sosial dapat menjadi alat yang kuat bagi UMKM untuk memperluas pangsa pasar dan meningkatkan kinerja bisnis mereka dalam lingkungan bisnis yang semakin digital dan kompetitif
