The marketing dashboard is one of the company's barometers that can be used for early warning of the company in marketing operations. This study aims to facilitate the company's management and marketing division for decision-making in marketing operational activities by designing a marketing dashboard. Besides being used for decision-making, the marketing dashboard can also be used for early warning companies in determining steps in the marketing department. The method used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D) method which uses the Analysis, Design, Development, and Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE) model to design the marketing dashboard—collecting data using interviews and documentation at the company. This research produces a marketing dashboard that describes sales position, turnover, and stock turnover—the results of implementing the marketing dashboard on PR. This study aimed to determine the analysis result of financial performance using PEARL (Protection, Effective Financial Structure, Asset Quality, Rates of Return and Costs, Liquidity, and Signs of Growth) at KSP Kopdit Pintu Air from 2017-up to 2021. The study used descriptive-quantitative research. Furthermore, the variable was the financial performance of KSP Kopdit Pintu Air. Based on the PEARL method, the study used 13 ratios and two kinds of data sources, namely, primary and secondary. As a result, it showed that the financial performance of KSP Kopdit Pintu Air which used 13 ratios from the PEARLS method was, still lacks performance or in an unhealthy situation. It happened as within the 13 ratios; many ratios were on average.

The ease of technology makes it easier for humans to do activities. The Tiktok Shop application has a positive impact on consumers shopping online. This convenience makes customers have high purchasing decisions to buy products. The reason for the high purchase decision is because there is a perception of convenience by the user. This research was based on the experience of TikTok Shop consumers aged 17 years and over. The method in this research uses qualitative case studies. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews, observations, and documentation studies analyzed thematically. The results of this study indicate that the ease of technology in facilitating online shopping and purchasing decisions has increased with the various services available on the TikTok Shop application feature.

Corporate social responsibility is a program designed to ensure that firms fulfill their responsibilities and are not arbitrary with the human and natural resources in their vicinity (CSR). Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has been legally regulated or governed by laws and social principles. In addition to providing material and immaterial advantages to stakeholders, the implementation of CSR will also benefit the organization. Companies devoted to conducting their CSR activities effectively will, of course, have the full backing of their stakeholders.

Delays in the presentation of audited financial reports will impact market reactions, especially among investors in the capital market. The effect that late reporting has on the collapse of shareholder confidence in large corporations also has profound financial implications for investors. Several factors are assumed to affect audit delay. Firm size, audit firm size, profitability, solvency, and public ownership. This study examines the effect of audit committees, liquidity, and profitability on audit delay. This research was conducted at Multi-Industry Sector Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. A sampling of this study using the purposive sampling method. This research was conducted on 23 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis test and coefficient test. The results of hypothesis testing found that the Audit Committee does not affect audit delay, Liquidity has a positive effect on audit delay, and profitability has a negative effect on audit delay.

Entrepreneurship is a global practice and phenomenon because it contributes to economic growth, maintenance of social stability, and reduction of unemployment rates country. Given the significant role of entrepreneurial intent, which has been widely studied, it leads to the understanding that the intention to launch a business stems from environment-oriented and people-oriented characteristics. This study focuses on people-oriented features and answers how and why this personality influences entrepreneurial intentions. This study aimed to determine the effect of opportunity recognition and personality on entrepreneurial intention by risk aversion as the mediates factor. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, and the sample selection technique used is purposive sampling. Data collection used an online google form questionnaire with a total sample of 200 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Data processing is done using SmartPLS. The model in this study was university students in Jabodetabek (Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, dan Bekasi). The results of this study show that opportunity recognition and personality positively affect entrepreneurial intention by risk aversion as the mediates factor.

This study aims to examine the effect of audit fees, switching auditors, audit specialization, and client importance on audit quality in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020. Data analysis in this study used secondary data taken from manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector. The sample used is obtained in the purposive sampling method, which means that sampling is carried out based on certain criteria. With the criteria set, the number of samples used was 21 companies with 105 observations during the 2016-2020 research period. This study used the help of the SPSS application program version 25 using multiple regression analysis methods. The results of this study seen with the t-test show that audit fees affect audit quality, switching auditors does not affect audit quality, audit specialization affects audit quality, and client importance does not affect audit quality in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020.

This study aims to analyze the presentation of financial statements at a non-profit organization in the Palm Oil Farmers Union. Financial statements at the Palm Oil Farmers Union are regulated in PSAK 45, then on April 11, 2019, DSAK IAI officially ratified ISAK 35 and became effective on January 1, 2020, after this ratification IAI issued a statement on the withdrawal of financial accounting standards (PPSAK 13) containing the revocation of PSAK No. 45. This research data uses secondary data from the financial statements of the Palm Oil Farmers Union. Data analysis techniques using documentation techniques by "recording or accessing" secondary resources (internal and external). The results of this study are expected that each non-profit entity applies ISAK 35 which provides guidelines for presenting financial statements for non-profit entities and has been authorized by IAI

This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, asset structure, liquidity, sales growth, and company size on the capital structure of state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The population in this study is all state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling based on the criteria obtained by samples from 16 state-owned companies. The data source used is secondary data with documentation methods using access to the IDX site. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis using IBM SPSS 23. The results showed that the size of the company with proxies had a positive and significant effect, while the asset structure proxied with fixed asset ratio and liquidity proxied with current assets had a negative and significant influence, while profitability proxied with return on assets and sales growth proxied with growth did not influence the capital structure of state-owned companies listed on the stock exchange Indonesia period 2016-2020.

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality, brand image, and price perception on the purchase decision of Alfamart cooking oil in the Ciracas area of East Jakarta. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who made purchasing decisions in the Alfamart Ciracas area, East Jakarta. This study used primary data with a data collection method through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques using inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program version 23.0. The t-test results show that product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and price perception variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Thus it can be concluded that product quality, brand image, and price perception influence purchasing decisions.
