Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of product quality, brand image, and price perception on the purchase decision of Alfamart cooking oil in the Ciracas area of East Jakarta. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who made purchasing decisions in the Alfamart Ciracas area, East Jakarta. This study used primary data with a data collection method through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques using inferential analysis with multiple linear regression and using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program version 23.0. The t-test results show that product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and price perception variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Thus it can be concluded that product quality, brand image, and price perception influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study has several objectives, namely to analyze the influence of the independent variables of this study in the form of product quality, product image, and price perception on the dependent variables of this study in the form of purchasing decisions for Honda Vario motorcycles. The method used is descriptive-quantitative with a group of respondents or specifically with consumers of Honda Vario motorcycles. There are (four) variables including three independent variables in the form of product quality (X1), brand image (X2), price perception (X3), and variables bound to this study in the form of purchasing decisions (Y). The sample of respondents to the study amounted to 100 people with purposive sampling techniques. When purposive sampling techniques are used, it is expected that the sample meets the requirements or criteria needed in this study. The data used were primary, dividing the questionnaire with a model test in the form of linear regression processed with SPSS 25. The results of this study after analysis using data processing concluded that product quality, brand image, and price perception have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the effect of the ratio of Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets, and Total Assets turnover on Company Value in food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. With the Purposive sampling method and the number of samples taken as many as 15 companies from the observation period of 5 consecutive years in food & beverage sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Eviews 9 is the analytical tool used in this study. The result states that the Debt to debt-equity ratio is negative and insignificant to the Company's Value. Return On Assets has a positive and significant influence on Company Value as well and Total Assets turnover has a positive and significant effect on Company Value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio, Economic Value Added, and debt-to-equity ratio variables on Stock Prices in the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The population in this study is 45 companies from the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2017 – 2021 using the purposive sampling method, of which 22 companies match the criteria. The documentation uses a data collection method by conducting a panel data regression approach with a signification level of 0.05 through EViews 10 software. The results of this study show that the Current Ratio variable has no effect on Stock Price, Economic Value Added has a positive and significant effect on Stock Price, and Debt to Equity Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Stock Price.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Liquidity, Profitability, and Solvability of Stock Return on Manufacturing Companies for the 2016-2020 Period. The data in this study uses secondary data in the form of financial statements that meet the criteria. Data from financial statements obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange which can be accessed through www.idx.co.id. The technique used in the analysis in this study is a linear regression of panel data using the Eviews 10 program. The results of this study show that Liquidity has a positive and significant effect on stock returns, Profitability has a negative and insignificant effect on stock returns, and Solvency does not affect stock returns.

Abstract

This study aims to determine empirical evidence of the effect of tax awareness, service quality, and penalty sanctions on taxpayer compliance. This study used primary data by distributing questionnaires to taxpayers at KPP Pratama Jakarta Pancoran, the research object. The sampling used in this study was simple random sampling. The number of taxpayers sampled in this study was 100 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Science) version 25.0 to determine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The test data used in this study is a test of validity and reliability. To test the hypothesis in this study, researchers used Test T and Test F. This research data shows that tax awareness and penalty sanctions positively and significantly affect individual taxpayer compliance. The service quality variable shows that the results do not affect taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between tax amnesty (tax amnesty) and taxpayer compliance and whether there is an influence between taxpayer awareness and taxpayer compliance. The research method used is the Incidental Sampling method. Primary data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. Data is processed using SPSS version 24 for Windows. Based on the results of the study, it show that Tax Amnesty (Tax Amnesty) has a positive and significant effect on Taxpayer Compliance. Likewise, Taxpayer Awareness has a positive and significant impact on Taxpayer Compliance.

Abstract

Ciliwung River is located in an area that has a lot of tourism potential. This paper aims to examine visitors' perceptions and satisfaction of the uniqueness and potential of Ciliwung River coastal ecotourism. The coast of the Ciliwung River is an area that has interesting ecotourism potential, but is still not widely known by the public. This research is expected to provide a better understanding of visitor perceptions and satisfaction with the uniqueness and potential of Ciliwung River coastal ecotourism. The research method used is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis to identify visitor perceptions and satisfaction with the uniqueness and potential of Ciliwung River coastal ecotourism. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The research results obtained are that the Ciliwung River is an enchanting place, displaying natural charm and its utilization for various human activities. The tourist attraction on the Ciliwung River is a tourist attraction in the form of natural charm with beautiful views and surrounded by greenery giving a natural feel, so that the tourist attraction on the Ciliwung River needs to be developed in a sustainable manner using the concept of ecotourism to attract tourists and improve the quality and sustainability of tourist attractions

Abstract

This study aims to assess the impact of Work Motivation, Physical Work Environment, and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at PT Binajasa Abadikarya Jakarta. Recognizing the critical role of employee performance in organizational success, this research endeavors to shed light on the specific factors that contribute to or hinder it. The study employed a primary data collection method, utilizing questionnaires distributed to 160 respondents. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis through the Statistical Product and Service (SPSS) version 25. The findings indicate that Work Motivation (X1) and Organizational Culture (X3) exhibit a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Surprisingly, the Physical Work Environment variable (X2) did not show a significant effect on employee performance. PT Binajasa Abadikarya must consider these results seriously, as they suggest the need for targeted interventions in the realms of Work Motivation and Organizational Culture. While Physical Work Environment may not have demonstrated a significant impact in this study, future investigations could delve deeper into this aspect. The study timeframe and sample size should be considered when interpreting the results, and recommendations are proposed for PT Binajasa Abadikarya to focus on enhancing Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, and further exploration of the Physical Work Environment to optimize overall employee performance. This research contributes to the broader understanding of factors influencing employee performance and provides practical insights for organizational improvement strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to address the existing research gap by investigating the impact of service quality, company image, and trust on customer satisfaction at Bank Muamalat Fatmawati branch, South Jakarta. The sample comprises 100 respondents who are customers of the mentioned branch. Primary data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires, and the data analysis utilized inferential analysis, employing multiple linear regression via the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 23.0 program. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis reveal that the service quality variable has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Bank Muamalat Fatmawati branch, South Jakarta. Similarly, the corporate image variable exhibits a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction at the same branch. Additionally, the variable of trust demonstrates a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Bank Muamalat Fatmawati branch, South Jakarta.
