Abstract

The physical form of documents has changed a lot, previously documents can only be used if they have been printed, now documents can also be used in digital form only. However, along with the change in the physical form of the document, it also does not close the crimes that occur, such as falsifying documents, especially in the ratification or signing section. The digital document validation process combines digital document signing techniques with cryptographic algorithms, the cryptographic algorithm used is the Base64 algorithm. By combining the Base64 cryptographic algorithm and MD5 hashing, it is hoped that a method will be created to validate secure digital documents while maintaining the C.I.A (Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability) aspects in the world of cryptography. Henceforth, the result of this final project is the creation of a digital platform or website that functions to validate digital documents by combining Base64 cryptographic techniques and MD5 hashing algorithms as data security protection. This document validation application has features such as user management, input, edit, delete, and the main features of document validation with a success rate of 100% from black box testing and white box testing. As for the performance test, the fastest time is when the system deletes data, with an average time of 0.14s, while the longest time is when the system updates data, with an average time of 0.70s.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine changes in the physical and chemical properties of natural peat forests and peatlands designated for oil palm plantations at various ages of oil palm planting. The research was carried out in 4 (four) locations in East Kotawaringin Regency, namely: (1) Natural peat swamp forest in Kota Besi District (2) Peat land designated for oil palm plantations planting age less than 4 years in Parenggean District; (3) Peat land designated for oil palm plantations with a planting age of 4-10 years in Cempaga District; and (4) peat land designated for oil palm plantations with a planting age of more than 10 years in Mentawa Baru District, Ketapang. The results showed that the peat land designated for oil palm plantations caused changes in the physical and chemical properties of the peat soil. Changes in the physical properties of peat soil are indicated by the color of the peat soil which changes from very dull red in natural peat forests to reddish black in oil palm plantations. Peat maturity changes from fibric in natural peat forest to hemic and sapric on peatland designated for oil palm plantations. The water content has decreased significantly, the older the age of the oil palm plant, the water content will decrease. In terms of bulk density, the older the age of oil palm plantations, the higher the density of peat soils. The water level in oil palm plantations has increased when compared to natural peat forests. Changes in chemical properties were indicated by an increase in peat soil pH, total N, and available P, while a decrease occurred in the C-Organic content. An increase also occurred in the content of K-dd, Ca-dd, Mg-dd, Na-dd, and CEC with increasing age of oil palm plants. When viewed from the relationship pattern of each physical characteristic, water content has a positive relationship with fiber content, the higher the water content will be followed by the higher fiber content or vice versa. Bulk density has a negative relationship with fiber content and moisture content, which means that an increase in the bulk density of peat soil will be followed by a decrease in fiber content and moisture content. The relationship pattern of chemical properties shows that the pH (H2O) of peat soil has a positive relationship with organic C, total N, available P, and Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC). High or low peat acidity will be proportional to the high or low -organic, N-total, P-available, and Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC).

Abstract

Cervical cancer is the second most common cancer in women worldwide after breast cancer. The high incidence of cervical cancer is due to delays in diagnosis and patients coming in with advanced cancer conditions; it is necessary to have cervical cancer screening so that it is not too late in treatment. One cervical cancer screening that can be done is the visual inspection with the acetic acid (VIA) method. Based on the existing phenomena, not all women of childbearing age want to do the VIA examination because they feel ashamed, lack knowledge regarding the importance of VIA, fear feeling sick during the examination, and lack of husband's support. This study aims to determine the relationship between income level and husband's help with participation in cervical cancer screening using the VIA method in women of childbearing age. This type of research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample is women of childbearing age, which meets the sample criteria by using simple random sampling of as many as 120 respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire and data analysis using Chi-square. The results showed a relationship between the level of income and the husband's support with participation in cervical cancer screening using the VIA method at WUS in Tandun I District, with p-values of 0.010 and 0.028 (p-value <0.05). The conclusion is that an increase in income or the provision of material support and the husband's support can make his wife carry out an IVA examination. Therefore, it is hoped that what should give an increase in income or the provision of materials support and a husband's license to the wives of couples of childbearing age to prevent cervical cancer and reduce cervical cancer mortality

Abstract

Cervical cancer is the fourth most common cause of cancer in the world in women. The high mortality rate is due to the low awareness of women doing early detection. Behavior can be influenced by threat assessment, one of which is perceived severity. The behavior of early detection of cervical cancer can arise due to the perception of the severity of cervical cancer. Women's concern and desire for early detection of cervical cancer is influenced by women's perceptions of cancer. This study aims to explore the perception of the severity of women at high risk of cervical cancer regarding cervical cancer screening using the IVA method. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive phenomenological approach. The research sample used purposive sampling technique. The study was conducted from April to May 2022 in the working area of the Ujung Batu Health Center, 10 participants were interviewed for 25-35 minutes. The variable in this study is the perception of the severity of cervical cancer screening using the IVA method. The instrument used in this study is an interview guide and analyzed by thematic analysis. The results showed that all participants knew that the severity of cervical cancer can harm women and can cause death. The conclusion is that the awareness of participants in cervical cancer screening is still lacking. All participants understand the severity and seriousness of cervical cancer but have not screened for cervical cancer yet.
