Abstract

The problem in this study is to determine what types of metaphors exist in the lyrics of the song Ojo Kumba Futung letang dulionong in Dulolong Village, Northwest Alor District, Alor Regency, and what their meanings are. The goal of this research was to explain and analyze the metaphor in the lyric of the song Ojo Kumba Futung letang dulionong, which was performed in Dulolong Village, Northwest Alor District, Alor Regency . The author employed qualitative research, which is based on the interpretation of meaning and phenomena or events that occur in society but are difficult to quantify with numbers or other precise measurements. According to the findings of the research, there are numerous types of metaphorical poems in Dulolong village with diverse meanings, some of which have connotations in marriage, others in the lego-lego dance, and even poetry with meanings in brotherhood, which is known as Ojo in the local language. Letang Dulionong Kumba Futung The poem by Ojo Kumba Futung Letang Dulionong has a very positive connotation for the Dulolong community, and it explains the evidence of a close brotherhood. This line was chanted at a gathering of traditional chiefs to work on the Uma Kakang Tribe's traditional dwelling. Poetry plays a vital role in a variety of activities such as traditional parties and weddings, as these poems give art that can help set the tone for these events.

Abstract

This study is motivated by students' low learning motivation in Islamic religious education subjects, which has a significant impact on student learning outcomes, resulting in lower learning achievement in Islamic religious education. Furthermore, the COVID-19 outbreak is presently occurring, requiring at-home education. This exacerbates students' lack of enthusiasm to learn, particularly in Islamic religious education subjects. As a result, an effective approach for increasing students' learning motivation is required, one of which is the employment of the discussion method. The goal of this study was to identify the impact of online discussion in increasing students' learning motivation in Islamic religious education subjects, as well as the elements that hampered and aided its implementation. The methods of observation, interviews, and documentation were utilized in the research, which fits under the category of qualitative research. The research method used was descriptive qualitative research. The study's findings revealed that using online discussions increased students' learning motivation. As for the author's conclusion that using online discussions in Islamic religious education learning can increase students' learning motivation, this can be seen from the results of observations made during discussion activities, where students were very enthusiastic when the discussion took place, and students' learning motivation in every other subject.

Abstract

Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) is equivalent with School Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). It is one of the receptacle demand types of knowledge that more emphasize expertise or vocational. The age of student is teenagers and behavior as average teenager. Teenager is a very vulnerable age and still look for teak self as well as easy affected by things negative. At SMKN1 Tualang it also happened same thing with behavior teenager generally and very easy affected with negative things. For that will done construction character student the in determine his future. This coaching started with the initial survey about students’ character, who finally grouped into the three group, i.e group students who do not problem, group problem student light and student with level problem high. Students’ collaboration with several parties is carried out in fostering students and fostering the education system itself, namely libraries, the role of the principal, the role of Guidance Counseling Teachers. It is hoped that this holistic development will be able to direct the role of schools in fostering their students.

Abstract

The goal to be achieved through this research is to analyze the variables that affect government investment and expenditure on economic growth and employment opportunities in Kutai Kartanegara Regency, using the Path Analysis method. This is a causality study, which analyzes the effect of exogenous variables on endogenous variables. The variables used are investment variables, government spending, economic growth and employment opportunities in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The data used in this study are secondary time series data from 2010 to 2020 sourced from BPS and the Ministry of Finance. The data that has been collected is then analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively to provide the proposed hypothesis using Path Analysis. The results show that simultaneous research shows that Investment and Government Expenditure have a significant effect on economic growth. Partially, investment has a positive and significant effect on economic growth, government spending has a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth. Investment has a positive and significant effect on Employment Opportunities. Government spending has a negative and insignificant effect on employment opportunities.

Abstract

The development of literacy in children is closely related to the ability to read and write. This research is motivated by the large number of early childhood children in primary school education who cannot read and write, where when the child is 7 years old, they should understand and understand letters or numbers, by reading, counting and writing. This research method uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques using interviews and documentation. The result of this research is that the development of literacy for children in the Covid-19 era can be done through tutoring forums, starting from learning to recognize letters, numbers, hijaiyah letters, drawing and so on. This can help children under 7 years of age to quickly recognize letters and so on. This development goal does not only affect literacy, but can foster self-confidence, love friends, and help others. With the tutoring (tutoring) can increase children under the age of 7 who managed to read and write properly and correctly.

Abstract

The inequality of academic achievement between female students and men in the village of guwa kidul creates anxiety for kuwu. Into a big question mark to be broken. Thus the reason for research on inequality. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative in which the research data is described or described. The study is conducted in SMPS al munawaroh village of guwa kidul district kaliwein cirebon district. Studies show that female students who dominate the quantity in schools are able to outperform male academic achievement. However, in non-academic aspects male students are superior. The causes of this are due to female students' greater study, reading, and memorization. Male students, on the other hand, are more adept at lessons that train creativity and skills such as sports and art. Which means they both have their own preeminence toward excellence. The school endeavored to ensure that both objects of research could hone their potential through reading and religious literacy.

Abstract

mpowerment means encouragement ormotivation, guidance, or assistance in increasing theability of individuals or communities to be able to beindependent. This effort is a stage of the empowermentprocess in changing behavior, changing old habits to newgood behaviors. In the Pandemic era like the one that hittoday, the condition of formal education activities wasreally empty. Conditions and government policies thatforce people to limit activities including formal education.In the era of the Covid 19 Pandemic, implementing ororganizing education is something that is difficult to do.The government policy regarding the existence ofrestrictions on activities (social distancing) resulted in afreeze in the activities of the formal education world. Inthis context, the importance of non-formal education isto meet the educational needs of children in thecommunity. The existence of non-formal education willgreatly help the community in terms of limited activitiesin social life. Cempaka Village has non-formal educationactivities which are engaged in the education of readingand writing al-Qur'an starting from Juz Ammah to beingproficient in reading al-Qur'an. This non-formaleducation accepts students from the age of 6 to 17 years.

Abstract

Learning is an important instrument to educate the nation's life. As an important system in education, learning is organized as an interaction space for the building of teacher and student relationships to develop cognitive, psychomotor and affective potential. This must be supported by the dynamics of learning that run effectively and an internal learning atmosphere that makes students interested in learning. Learning can also be influenced by external factors, such as the Covid-19 outbreak. The reality shows that the learning dynamics in Tukmudal village are currently being disrupted by the Covid-19 outbreak which has had an impact, including; 1) schools are transferred to homes through an online learning process; 2) there is a transformation of technology-based learning media through the use of Wathshap Group, Zoom, Google Classroom, WebEx, Youtube, and TV channels (TVRI); 3) adjustment of learning methods; 4) adjusting the learning evaluation to determine the standards for class promotion and graduation; and 5) demands for collaboration between parents of students at home as a substitute for teachers to control children's learning.

Abstract

Islamic educational institutions are places that can help people instill and develop Islamic teachings and values. In Islamic teachings, there is a teaching of moderatism that teaches a middle position or can be said to be not fanatical or excessive in thinking and acting. The education of Islamic education institutions in the village of Perbutulan plays a role in moderate religious education, influencing changes in social and religious behavior in community life as well as on priority fiqh problems that exist in the kelurahan of perutulan. As well as the role of Islamic education institutions in the attitudes of the people of the kelurahanperutulan towards differences in views between fellow Islamic educational institutions. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method by collecting data through interviews with those involved in Islamic education institutions and filling out online questionnaires to the community per month. The role of Islamic education institutions in the kelurahan towards religious moderation is as an introduction that in religion one has to respect one another, practice religion according to the guidance of the Al-Qur'an and the Sunnah. The Forestry Society does not argue over the differences between fiqh that exist in the community perutulan. with the existence of Islamic education institutions in perutulan can help people in carrying out daily life with religious knowledge that has been taught.

Abstract

This research examines the optimization of the Village Profile Information System Empowerment (PRODESKEL) in Sepat Majalengka Village, towards a digital village. This research is based on the village government's vision to pursue digital village targets. Through this research, it will be illustrated to what extent is Sepat Village's readiness in pursuing the digital village targets. This study used a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection instruments in the form of interviews, questionnaires and observations from a number of primary sources in the village government. The results showed that. first, Sepat Village is a newly developing village so that the fulfillment of prodeskel-based information services is still very limited in terms of facilities, but in fulfilling the points demanded in the prodeskel program for 2020 have been maximally fulfilled. So that the village of Sepat is in a position of self-sufficiency. second, Sepat village has responded very well to the West Java governor's policy regarding digital villages, so that Sepat Village has aspirations and a direction for its development towards a digital village. It's just that the obstacles faced in getting to a digital village are still very many, most importantly the availability of human resources and infrastructure. third, the obstacles faced in the field to get to a digital village include the availability of human resources, the availability of facilities and infrastructure as well as the limited level of public awareness in the field of education
