Abstract

This study aims to obtain information about the influence of motivation and discipline on employee productivity at the Surya Setia Sejahtera Palu company. The researcher raises the problem, namely whether there is a significant simultaneous and partial effect on motivation and discipline variables on employee productivity. From the problems above, the researcher proposes a hypothesis that motivation and discipline variables have a significant effect on productivity. To prove this hypothesis, this study uses a descriptive causal method and multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The sampling technique is a probability sampling technique or simple random sampling, with a sample size of 75 respondents. The results of the hypothesis test in this researcher are known that both motivation and discipline variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work productivity with a value of F 0.000 <0.05. Then the work motivation variable partially also has a positive effect on productivity with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the work discipline variable partially also has a positive influence on work productivity with a significance value smaller than 0.002 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to determine the level of employees’ compliance with the implementation of health protocols at the Population Control and Family Planning Agency (P2KB) of Central Sulawesi during the COVID-19 Pandemic. This is qualitative research with the triangulation technique, which allows researchers to understand the role of each individual, policy, the authority of each personnel, obstacles faced by employees in carrying out their duties, and motivations that support the implementation of health protocols. The number of informants is four people using observation to determine compliance in the application of health protocols. The result indicates that knowledge of health protocols is very good. The employees have very high motivation in implementing health protocols and perceptions of serious threats if not implementing health protocols. It is expected that the institutions maximize the implementation of health protocol rules, provide sanctions for those who violate health protocols in carrying out daily work during the covid-19 Pandemic, and it is hoped that further research will be carried out with new variables so that research on the implementation of health protocols is expected. Can develop more.

Abstract

From the results of the extraction process using the Principal Component Analysis method, it shows that the variable satisfaction with salary has a very close correlation with a factor of 0.846 or 84.6%, satisfaction with the attitude of superiors has a very close correlation with a factor of 0.833 or 83, 3%, satisfaction with the social aspects of work has a very close correlation with a factor of 0.794 or 79.4%. In comparison, satisfaction with the work environment is closely correlated with a factor of 0.615 or 61.5%. In comparison, satisfaction with rewards and sanctions has a fairly close correlation with a factor of 0.565 or 56.5%. Satisfaction with job security has a fairly close correlation with a factor of 0.495 or 49.5%. From the results of the Rotated Component factor analysis that the first-factor Component consists of the variables Satisfaction with the Work Environment, Satisfaction with Social Aspects in Work, Satisfaction with Job Security and Satisfaction with rewards and sanctions, these Component factors can be named or interpreted as a factor of satisfaction with comfort and safety at work. At the same time, the second-factor Component consists of two variables, namely Satisfaction with Salary and Satisfaction with the attitude of superiors. The second-factor Component can be named or interpreted as a prime policy factor. The analysis results using the Varimax rotation method with Kaiser Normalization show that on the diagonal, the factors (components) of the six variables are 0.835a, 0.808a, 0.711a, 0.747a, 0.471a, and 0.568a. Two factors will represent the six factors, which have the highest Component Transformation Matrix value, namely the Satisfaction with Salary factor of 0.835 or 83.5%, and Satisfaction with the attitude of superiors 0.808 or 80.8% affects team member job satisfaction at home. Sick of Nene Mallomo.

Abstract

Non-compliance with the application of health protocols can expand the spread of COVID-19, particularly in public places such as markets. In preoobservations at Masomba market, a small number had used masks properly, but some wore marks on their necks, and many of them did not use masks when trading. The purpose of this research is to determine the correlation between knowledge and attitude about COVID-19 with compliance with the use of masks at the Masomba market. This is quantitative research with a cross-sectional approach using the Chi-Square test and an alpha value = 0,05. The sample of this research is 83 respondents. The independent variables are knowledge and attitudes, and the dependent variable is compliance with the use of masks. The results of this research indicate that the value (p-value) = 0,003 ≤ 0,05 then Ho is rejected, which means that there is a correlation between knowledge of COVID-19 and compliance to the use of masks and the p-value = 0,019 ≤ 0,05 then Ho is rejected which means there is a correlation between attitude and compliance with the use of masks. Good knowledge and attitude of traders about COVID-19 can reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission, which is supported by disciplined health protocols, especially obedience to using masks in public places, and if there are traders who do not comply with mask use, they can be given a warning both verbally and in writing and appropriate sanctions.

Abstract

This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between the independent variables, namely the marketing mix including product, price, promotion, location, people/HR, physical evidence, and processes, and the dependent, namely the consumer decision at Bengkel Anugerah Perdana Monginsidi Palu. Using multiple regression analysis techniques. "In this study, for a population of 11,147, people and samples obtained by the 'incidental sampling method are 99 people." This study has seven variables, namely product, price, promotion, location, people/HR, physical evidence, and processes for the independent variable (X)" and consumer decisions as to the dependent variable (Y)." The results contained in this test are simultaneously the marketing mix consisting of product, price, promotion, location, people/ Human resources, physical evidence, and processes have a significant effect on consumer decisions with count 784.106 with 0.000, whereas partially the marketing mix consisting of product, price, promotion, location, people/HR has a positive and significant effect on physical evidence, and the process has no significant effect. The coefficient of determination (r2) in this study was 0.775 at a significant level of 0.05. It can be interpreted that 77.5% of consumer decisions at the Anugerah Perdana Monginsidi workshop in Palu are affected by the seven marketing mix variables, namely product, price, promotion, location, physical evidence, pouring/HR, and process, for 22.5% p is influenced by variables that are not examined carefully.*

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the procedure/mechanism of budgeting and the causes of the difference (variance) between the budget and the realization of operational costs that the PDAM of Donggala Regency has determined. The research method used is the descriptive analysis method and analysis of variance. The analysis of variance shows that in 2015 the total operating costs occurred unfavorable deviations with the percentage of -1.96%. In 2016 the total operational costs occurred unfavorable deviations with the percentage of -5.41%. In 2017 the total operational cost deviation occurred favorable with the percentage of 14.38%. In 2018 z total operating costs occurred deviations favorable with the percentage of 14.45%. In 2019 the total operational costs occurred deviation favorable with the percentage of 24.6%. Based on the analysis results that the deviations that occur between the budget and the realization of operational costs are still within the control limits, management can anticipate that the realization does not deviate far from the budget that has been set.
