Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam mengeluarkan zakat pertanian di Desa Matang Danau Kecamatan Paloh yang mana masyarakat masih banyak yang tidak mengeluarkan zakat. Dilihat dari pendapatan padi yang diperoleh petani sudah mencapai nisab, seharusnya masyarakat sudah wajib mengeluarkan zakat setiap kali panen, tetapi banyak dari masyarakat yang belum mengeluarkan zakat. Sehingga perlu adanya penelitian terkait kesadaran masyarakat dalam menjalankan kewajiban zakat pertanian di Desa Matang Danau Kecamatan Paloh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kesadaran masyarakat dalam menggeluarkan zakat pertanian di Desa Matang Danau Kecamatan Paloh, selain itu untuk mengetahui faktor yang menyebabkan kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam mengeluarkan zakat pertanian di Desa Matang Danau Kecamatan Paloh. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (fieldresearch), dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi berdasarkan sumber data primer yang ada di lapangan dan sumber data sekunder berupa buku-buku atau karya penelitian yang terkait dengan penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data penelitian yaitu reduksi data, display data, dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran masyarakat Desa Matang Danau Kecamatan Paloh dalam mengeluarkan zakat pertanian itu belum cukup baik, sebab kebanyakan dari masyarakat tidak mengeluarkan zakat. Karena masyarakat menganggap masih banyak kebutuhan yang harus dipenuhi. Dan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai zakat pertanian itu masih kurang. Padahal dilihat dari hasil yang didapatkan masyarakat itu sudah mencukupi nisab, dan wajib untuk mengeluarkan zakat. Mengenai nisab zakat pertanian di Desa Matang Danau Kecamatan Paloh itu tidak sejalan dengan aturan yang telah ditetapkan dari Kementrian Agama Republik Indonesia Undang-Undang Nomor 52 Tahun 2014 Pasal 14, dan faktor yang menyebabkan kurangnya kesadaram masyarakat dalam mengeluarkan zakat pertanian adalah faktor kurangnya sosialisasi dari amil zakat, faktor pendapatan yang menjadi pertimbangan masyarakat dalam mengeluarkan zakat, faktor pendidikan masyarakat yang rendah, dan faktor kebiasaan masyarakat hanya mensedekahkan hasil panen yang didapatkan kepada tetangga yang dianggap kurang mampu dan untuk infaq mesjid.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh ALMA terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan Nilai Entitas sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan pendekatan eksplanatori, dengan variabel eksogen yaitu ALMA dan variabel endogen adalah kinerja keuangan dan nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini mengambil populasi semua bank go public yang tercatat di BEI, sebanyak 37 (tiga puluh Tujuh) Bank. Dalam penentuan sampel digunakan Teknik purposive sampling yaitu penentuan sampel berdasarkan kriteria berupa perusahaan Perbankan yang mengalami kondisi laba, yang terdaftar di BEI. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ALMA berpengaruh negative terhadap kinerja perusahaan. ALMA berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap nilai perusahaan sebesar, kinerja perusahaan berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap nilai perusahaan, ALMA melalui Kinerja Perusahaan berpengaruh tidak langsung dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada beberapa bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penerapan ALMA yang optimal memungkinkan segala rangkaian aktivitas perbankan menjadi efektif, efesien serta tepat guna.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh pembiayaan mudharabah dan pembiayaan musyarakah terhadap laba bersih pada PT Bank Syariah Mandiri menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari 44 data laporan keuangan bulanan yang dipublikasi mulai dari Januari 2017 sampai dengan Agustus 2020 dan alat analisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS Statistics 26. Adapun pengujian yang dilakukan yaitu berbagai uji diantaranya pengujian asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa pembiayaan mudharabah tidak berpengaruh sedangkan pembiayaan musyarakah memiliki pengaruh yang positif tehadap laba bersih. Kemudian pengujian secara simultan diperoleh nilai f hitung 21,160 > 4,078546 serta signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai R Square sebesar 0,508 sehingga diketahui bahwa pembiayaan mudharabah dan pembiayaan musyarakah memiliki pengaruh yang positif serta signifikan sebesar 50,8% terhadap laba bersih khususnya pada PT Bank Syariah Mandiri.

Abstract

STRATEGI PEMASARAN PRODUK PERUMAHAN ERNASA ASRI DITINJAU DARI PERSPEKTIF EKONOMI ISLAM (Studi Kasus di Desa Lubuk Dagang Kecamatan Sambas Kabupaten Sambas). Strategi pemasaran terdapat seperangkat alat pemasaran yang dikenal dengan istilah Marketing Mix 4P, di antaranya yaitu produk (product), harga (price), promosi (promotion) dan tempat (place). Strategi pemasaran Marketing Mix 4P ini adalah kunci utama perusahaan untuk memenangkan persaingan dengan memahami serta memuaskan kebutuhan konsumen, agar konsumen tidak beralih ke perusahaan lain dan perusahaan harus mengerahkan segala upaya dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen agar memperoleh laba. Perusahaan berupaya untuk mengatasi persaingan dan meningkatkan jumlah penjualan, untuk mencapai hal tersebut dibutuhkan suatu strategi pemasaran yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran Perumahan Ernasa Asri ditinjau dari perspektif Ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian case study (studi kasus). Data yang digunakan berupa data primer yang didapatkan dari hasil wawancara kepada karyawan pemasaran di Perumahan Ernasa Asri. Data sekunder dapat berupa laporan data konsumen maupun berkas lainnya yang berhubungan dengan hal yang akan diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data penelitian menggunakan reduksi data, display data (penyajian data) dan tahap akhir yaitu penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah teknik trianguluasi, member chek, dan perpanjangan pengamatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan strategi pemasaran Perumahan Ernasa Asri sudah cukup baik, karena sudah memenuhi kriteria pemasaran 4P yang dikemukan oleh Philip Kotler, yang meliputi produk (product), harga (price), promosi (promotion) dan tempat (place). Dari sudut pandang Ekonomi Islam secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi pemasaran produk Perumahan Ernasa Asri sudah cukup baik, tetapi telah melanggar ketentuan Ekonomi Islam dari segi harga karena masih menggunakan praktik jual beli secara Riba’. Dan dari segi lokasi karena lokasi yang dimiliki masih kurang strategis karena cukup jauh sehingga proses transaksi dan survei lokasi oleh pelanggan menjadi kurang efektif dan membebani pelanggan.

Abstract

The progress and withdrawal of an institution depends on the leadership of its leadership, including the private university in Sambas, namely the Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Sambas Islamic Religious Institute. It seems that the progress achieved by the IAIS Rector, Sambas, as the leader in carrying out the construction of higher education institutions at IAIS Sambas from 2006 to 2020.This research uses mixed methods, which combines qualitative research with quantitative research. The data techniques used in this research are observation, interview and documentation, survey, and FGD. Meanwhile, to check the validity of the data using triangulation data validity techniques, data validity checking techniques that make use of something outside the data for checking purposes or as a comparison. While data analysis in this study used data analysis based on qualitative and quantitative data analysis, namely data that had been collected and declared complete, the researcher conducted qualitative data analysis by describing data from interviews, observations, documentation, surveys and FGDs and then pulled them out conclusion. The results showed that; 1. Broadly speaking, Dr. H. Jamiat Akadol, M.Sc., MH as the Rector of IAIS Sambas in managing higher education institutions has implemented the four leadership styles according to Robbins, namely the charismatic style, transactional style, transformational style and visionary style. 2. Dr. leadership style H. Jamiat Akadol, M.Sc., MH as the Rector of IAIS Sambas which is more dominant is the Charismatic leadership style which is supported by the results of qualitative analysis and coupled with the results of the FGD. Abstract

Analysis of Strategic Management of the Amil Zakat Agency (BAZ) for Distribution of Funds in Reducing Poverty in Jirak Village, Sajad District. Final Project, 2021 Zakat is property that must be issued by a Muslim or business entity to be given to those who are entitled to receive it in accordance with Islamic law. Therefore, zakat can function as a source of socio-economic funds for Muslims. The Amil Zakat Agency (BAZ) Jirak Village, Sambas Regency was formed to achieve efficiency, efficiency and accountability in the management of zakat, infaq and alms funds (ZIS) so that it can increase the participation of Sambas Regency Muslims in the framework of complete human development by collecting and managing funds zakat, infaq and alms (ZIS). The BAZ Sambas strategy in channeling zakat funds is through a productive mustahik empowerment program. The form of the program in general is strengthening business programs for economically weak communities by providing business capital assistance in the form of benevolent financing (qardhul hasan). This study aims to determine the strategy of BAZNAS in Jirak Village, Sajad District in distributing zakat funds to reduce poverty and the views of Islamic Law on the model of distributing zakat funds in Jirak Village. This study used a qualitative research method by posing several questions to the BAZNAS of Jirak Village and the people of Jirak Village. The results of this study are to explain the strategy of the Sambas Regency BAZNAS in channeling zakat funds to reduce poverty and the view of Islamic law on the model of channeling zakat funds at BAZNAS Jirak Village. The strategy undertaken by BAZNAS Jirak Village is (1) Planning, namely BAZNAS Jirak Village manages the house renovation and business capital programs that have been set by the Sambas District Government. (2) The management of the collection and distribution of zakat funds in Jirak Village, namely BAZNAS Jirak Village conducts socialization so that the community can distribute their zakat funds through BAZNAS Jirak Village while for the distribution of zakat funds, BAZNAS Jirak Village provides it to the less fortunate and those who have the skills to the community can be empowered.

Abstract

The presence of Home Ownership Financing (HOF) is due to the demand of the community in meeting housing needs in installments. The product is managed by a conventional bank. However, over time people want a home financing product that is in accordance with sharia principles. Home Ownership Financing (HOF) products used in shari'a banking have various differences from Home Ownership Credit (HOC) in conventional banking. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation and constraints of Home Ownership Financing (HOF) using the Musyarakah Mutanaqishah contract at Bank Kalbar Syariah Sambas Branch. This research uses a type of descriptive qualitative research, which only explains situations and events derived from interviews, observations, and documentation on the implementation of Home Ownership Financing (HOF) using the Musyarakah Mutanaqishah agreement at Bank Kalbar Syariah Sambas Branch conducted by researchers coming directly to Bank Kalbar Syariah Sambas Branch. The results of this study the implementation of Home Ownership Financing (HOF) at the Sambas branch of Bank Kalbar Syariah are in accordance with sharia principles, especially the contract used, namely the musyarakah mutanaqishah contract which is in accordance with DSN-MUI fatwa No. 73 / DSN / MUI / XI / 2008 which states that musyarakah financing has advantages in togetherness and justice, both in sharing profits and risks of loss, so that it can be an alternative in the process of ownership of assets (goods) or capital, ownership of assets (goods) or capital can be done by using the musyarakah mutanaqishah contract, that in order for this method to be carried out in accordance with sharia principles, DSN-MUI considers it necessary to establish a fatwa on musyarakah mutanaqishah to serve as a guideline.

Abstract

The Activity Management Unit is an institution engaged in channeling financing to people who need capital to run their business. The Activity management unit applies sharia principles with a buying and selling system using a Murabahah contract. Murabahah contract is a sale and purchase contract of an item plus an agreed margin. Here the Activity Management Unit buys goods needed by customers from Suppliers and then sells them back to customers with additional profits according to the agreement. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research type, which only describes situations and events originating from interviews, observations, and documentation on the Mechanism of Distribution of Murabahah Financing in Rural Communities in the Syariah Mandiri Activity Management Unit (UPK) Selakau District. The results of this study show that the Mechanism for Distribution of Murabahah Financing to Rural Communities in the Mandiri Syariah Activity Management Unit (UPK) in Selakau District is in accordance with its application, especially the contract used, namely the Murabahah contract which is in accordance with DSN Fatwa No.04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 which states that the bank buys goods needed by the customer on behalf of the bank itself and this purchase must be lawful and free of usury

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine whether the variable complain,Ansurace,reliability,Responsivenes,Empathyas well as the level of customer satisfaction towardsthe level of customer satisfaction on murabahah contracts at UPK Mandiri Selakau, Sambas Regency. The method used is (library research). While the form of associative research, which is associative research, is research that aims to find out the influence or relationship between two or more variables. For data analysis this study uses instrument testing, classical assumptions and Simple Linear Regression testing. The results of this study indicate that Complain, Assurance, Reability, Responsivenes do not have a positive but significant effect on customer satisfaction. Meanwhile, at the level of customer satisfaction, it can show the characteristics of products and services so that customers are satisfied or dissatisfied with the services provided. Satisfaction increases if the quality of service provided to customers matches the employee's perceived goals. The factors that determine the level of customer satisfaction are: a. Reliability b. Responsiveness c. guarantee d. Attention / empathy e. Complaint

Abstract

The Ex-PNPM Community Empowerment Trust Fund is a revolving fund from the government managed by the Inter-Village Cooperation Agency through the Activity Management Unit in the Savings and Loans Program for women's groups. The number of problematic financing experienced by the UPK makes researchers interested in examining the problems that exist in the UPK, Sejangkung District, Sambas Regency. The purpose of this study is to find out what causes the amount of problematic financing at the Sejangkung District UPK and provide solutions to resolve these problems. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used are interview, documentation and direct observation. The results of this study can be concluded that the non-performing financing is due to the large number of members who are stuck in their business, the collateral that is pledged does not match the loan and the group administrators abuse their authority when managing the group.
