The research method used is quantitative method. The data collection technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique using the roaming  method.  The  results  showed  that  the diversity  of  ferns  (Pteridophyta)  in  the Waterfall Area of Curug Embun, Marga Bakti Village, was found in 4 orders consisting of; Selaginellales, Gleichenialales, Polypodiales and Chizaeales. Consists of 11 families namely: Selaginellaceae, Gleicheniaceae, Davaliaceae, Dryoptericeae, Pteridaceae, Aspleniaceae, Blechnaceae, Onocleaeceae, Athyriceae, Polypodiaceae, Lygodiaceae. And consists of 13 genera, namely: Selaginella, Gleichenia, Davalia, Nephrolepis, Rumohra, Drynaria, Dryopteris, Adiantum, Stenochlaena, Blchnum, Athyrium, Phymatodes, Drymoglossum and Lygodium. Based on the results of measurements of abiotic factors in the Curug Embun Waterfall area, soil pH was obtained with an average of 7-8, air temperature ranged from 29-33.2ºC, soil humidity ranged from 71-83%, and light intensity was 1367.33 lux. and the results of the analysis of the diversity of H' species of the Pteridophyta division in the Curug Dew Waterfall area obtained 2.511, dominance obtained 0.076, species density obtained 0.637 and relative density obtained 100%.

Abstract

The global Covid-19 pandemic has greatly affected not only the economy, but also in various sectors. One of them that is affected is all health services, especially basic health services, such as immunization services. The decline in the number of complete and advanced routine basic immunization coverage was also affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The burden of disease that should be prevented through immunization (PD3I) is still very high in Indonesia. The influencing factors are education, work, attitude, family support, and affordability of access to services. The research method used is this type of research using observational analytic with a retrospective approach. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling. The number of samples in this study were 81 respondents. Bivariate analysis using chi-square test and multivariate analysis using logistic regression analysis. The results of the study of 81 respondents showed that the level of education had a value (p = 0.054; OR 3.802), employment status (p = 0.012; OR 0.225), mother's attitude (p = 0.052; OR 0.321), family support (p = 0.057; OR 0.295), and affordability of access (p=0.004; OR 5.964). The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence between employment status and access to affordability with mother's interest in completeness of immunization in the Rawa Bokor area, Tangerang City.

Abstract

In building quality human resources, health in the community is one of the important pillars. However, the problem of stunting is still a nutritional problem that occurs in the community, especially in Indonesia based on WHO in Southeast Asia, Indonesia is included in the third country with a high percentage of stunting. Stunting is a condition where a person's height is lower than a group of people of the same age. Inhibition in cognitive and psychomotor, degenerative diseases, difficulties in learning and achievement, and being a low-quality human resource, are some of the bad effects of stunting. Children are the nation's assets in the future. If the state of human resources in Indonesia suffers from stunting, what will happen is that it is difficult for Indonesia to compete globally. This study aims to determine the relationship between PHBS and exclusive breastfeeding with the incidence of stunting in toddlers in the working area of the Kedaung Barat Health Center, Tangerang Regency. Methods This research uses quantitative, with a case control or case control design with a retrospective approach. The sample was taken through purposive sampling technique with the number of samples being 150 respondents from parents who had stunting children (cases) as many as 75 and normal children (controls) as many as 75. The results of bivariate analysis using the chi square test between PHBS and stunting were obtained "p value" i.e. 0.008 where “p value” <0.05. The results between exclusive breastfeeding and the incidence of stunting obtained "p value" which is 0.000 where "p value" <0.05. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between PHBS and exclusive breastfeeding with the incidence of stunting in children under five in the working area of the Kedaung Barat Health Center, Tangerang Regency.

Abstract

Naturalism provides appreciation of the world works and encourages learning through identification of models and application of reasoning to problems. The purpose of this study is to explore scenes and dialogues of naturalism, in the movie The Florida Project.  The researchers applied the qualitative descriptive research method with the theory of the aspects of naturalism according to Vernon L. Parrington (1927). The subject was the story of The Florida Project. The researchers collected and identified scenes concerning the aspect of naturalism in the movie as the technique. The result showed several aspects of naturalism such as Objectivity, Flippant Disposition Toward Material, Determinism, Inclination Toward Negativity in Choice of Detail, Characters Are Liable to Specific Enticements, Frankness, and Pessimism. Science of naturalism can help humans see reality of life deeply and have broader understanding of the consequences occur in life. The most common aspect is Inclination Toward Negativity in the Choice of Detail. It shows that Halley, the main character tends to show her angry side more often than her calmness. Characters are Liable to Specific Enticements and Pessimism is the least aspect of this movie. Both are related to each other in terms of Halley's recklessness and unseriousness in her life.

Abstract

Shigellosis is a food or water-borne disease that produces an inflammatory response in the colon through enterotoxins and bacterial invasion. The earthworm Lumbricus rubellus produces an anti-bacterial substance called lumbricin l. The aim of this study was to determine the inhibition of earthworm (Lumbricus rubellus) extract against the growth of Shigella dysentriae bacteria. This study is a True Experiment with Post Test Only Control Group Design, using a Completely Randomized Design consisting of 6 treatment groups, namely extract concentrations of 20%, 40%, 60%, and 80% positive control (Ciprofloxacin) and negative control (aquabides). , with 4 repetitions. The bacterial suspension was adjusted to the standard Mc Farland turbidity 0.5. The inhibition test of earthworm extract on the growth of Shigella dysentriae bacteria in vitro showed that the earthworm extract with concentrations of 20%, 40%, 60%, and 80% was not able to inhibit the growth of Shigella dysentriae bacteria.

Abstract

Pyogenic Staphylococcus bacteria is one of the bacteria that can infect the respiratory tract. Red ginger is a traditional plant containing flavonoids, phenols, essential oils, and tannins that function as antibacterial ingredients. This study aims to determine the inhibition of red ginger (Zingiber officinale var rubrum) juice against the growth of pyogenic Staphylococcus bacteria. The design carried out in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 3 treatment groups consisting of red ginger (Zingiber officinale var rubrum) with a concentration of 20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 2 control groups consisting of positive controls. (Ampicylin) and negative control using aquabides. After incubation, it was seen and measured the diameter of the inhibition zone called oligodynamic (empty area), using a ruler. All data obtained were statistically tested with One Way Anova which has a 95% confidence level (p value = 0.05) and with the help of SPSS to find out which concentrations were significant. The concentration of red ginger feeling shows the diameter of the inhibition zone on average that is 20% (12.67) mm, 40% (13.67) mm, 60% (14.67) mm, 80% (15.33) mm, all of them were effective against the growth of pyogenic Staphylococcus bacteria. Positive control using ampicylin showed a mean (22.00) mm. Based on the results of the One Way Anova statistical test, the p value is 0.000 or less than 0.05 so that there is an effect of red ginger juice on the growth of pyogenic Staphylococcus bacteria.
