Abstract

This study aims to determine the types of macroscopic fungi in Bukit Gatan, Musi Rawas Regency, and Abiotic Factors found in Bukit Gatan, Musi Rawas Regency. This research is descriptive, direct observation at the location of Bukit Gatan, Musi Rawas Regency by using the method of exploring with one hiking trail. Data were analyzed descriptively qualitatively. The type of fungus in the hiking trail are 2 divisions namely Basidiomycota and Ascomycota. The Basidiomycota Division found 7 orders, 12 families, 15 genera and 19 species, namely Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus pulmonarius, Leptiota brunneoincarnata, Marasmius candidus, Schizophyllum commune, Entoloma procerum, Ganoderma l, Ganoderma lucidum, Leptiota brunneoincarnata, Marasmius candidus, Schizophyllum commune, Entoloma procerum, Ganoderma l, Ganoderma lucidum, Leptiota brunneoincarnata, Marasmius candidus, Schizophyllum commune, Entoloma procerum, Ganoderma l, Ganoderma lucidum, Earliverus gustulus sacraicusus , Clitocybe salmonilamella, Phallus indusiatus, Coltricia cinamomea, and Coltricia perennis. Ascomycota Division produces 2 orders, 2 families, 3 genera and 3 species namely Cookeina sulcipes, Daldinia conentria, and Xylaria longipes. The abiotic factors are the temperature of 29-31 ° C, pH between 6-7, humidity of 30-70%, light intensity of 200 lux and height of 72-241 masl.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa antara kelas Creative Problem Solving (CPS) dengan kelas konvensional pada mata kuliah biologi lingkungan di prodi pendidikan biologi STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuasi-eksperimen, dengan menggunakan Pretest Posttest Control Group Design. Populasi target dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Biologi STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau, dengan sampel adalah mahasiswa yang berada di semester II sejumlah 60 orang yang terbagi dalam 2 kelas. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan Nonprobability sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes uraian untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan uji perbedaan dua rata-rata (uji Independent sample t-Test). Analisis statistik dibantu dengan software IBM SPPS Staistic 16.0 for Windows dan Microsoft Excell. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada kemampuan berpikir kritis mahasiswa antara kelas creative problem solving (CPS) dengan kelas konvensional pada matakuliah biologi lingkungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk perbedaan yang signifikan antara penerapan metode pratikum dengan metode diskusi terhadap hasil belajar kognitif mahasiswa Prodi. Pendidikan Biologi. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester II berjumlah 2 kelas yang diambil secara acak. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan teknik tes dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji perbedaan dua rata-rata (uji Independent sample t-Test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara penerapan metode pratikum dengan metode diskusi terhadap hasil belajar kognitif mahasiswa. Perbedaan ini ditunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar kognitif mahasiswa dengan penerapan metode praktek lebih besar dibandingkan dengan hasil belajar kognitif mahasiswa dengan penerapan metode diskusi.

Abstract

The research objective was to find out borax and formalin content in snacks at Lubuklinggau palm trees citypark. The research was a qualitative descriptive research with snacks samples as the object of the research. The data collection was conducted through observation and documentation. The data were analyzed qualitatively through borax and formalin test content by using test kit. The color change on yellow paper test turned into red brownies indicated a positive result of borax content and the color change in the liquid into purple indicated formalin content. The result of the test content with borax and formalin test kit on 187 samples showed the negative result on borax content. The test on formalin content indicated that there were 22 samples that use formalin such as 15 sausage samples, 2 noodle samples, 4 meatball samples and 1 tofu sample. Based on the research result, it can be concluded that the tested samples contain zero borax. In contrast, some snacks contain formalin, such as sausages, noodles, meatballs and fried tofu found at some street vendors. Keywords: snacks , borax, formalin, test kit.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the types of invasive plants that exist and to find out the pattern of invasive plant distribution. Research results obtained from 8 plots found 35 species from 25 invasive plant families, random invasive plant distribution patterns, namely in Phyllanthus urinaria (Meniran), Graptophyllum pictum L (Purple Leaf), Nephrolepis biserrata (Sword Spikes), Elais guneensis J (Sawit ), Baccaureamotleyana (Rambe), Cassia Alata (Chinese Ketepeng), Acacia auricuformis (acacia), Alpinia maccensis (galangal forest), Paraserianthes falcataria (Sengon), Clibadium surinamense (Clibadium), Gynura divaricata (Leaf of god), Urena lobal (Pulutan lobus) ), Piper aduncum (Sirihan), Setaria sphacelata (Setaria grass), Asplenium nidus (Bird's nest nails), Averhoa carambola.L (Star fruit), Artocarpus heterophyllus (Jackfruit). Conclusion, the highest level of spread pattern of invasive plants is Calamus rotang (Rattan), Chromolaena odorata (left leaf nyuh), Diplazium esculentum s (Fern), Talipariti tiliaceum (Waru) of -0.14. The lowest uniform pattern of invasive plant spread is Cenchrus purpureus (elephant grass) at -5.86. Keywords: sulap Hill, invasive, distribution pattern, Plants

Abstract

This study aims to determine the diversity index of ferns found in determine abiotic factors and the sepecies of ferns (Pteridophyta) in the area of Curug Embun Waterfall, Marga Bakti District, North Lubuklinggau District I. The research method used is quantitative method. The data collection technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique using the roaming  method.  The  results  showed  that  the diversity  of  ferns  (Pteridophyta)  in  the Waterfall Area of Curug Embun, Marga Bakti Village, was found in 4 orders consisting of; Selaginellales, Gleichenialales, Polypodiales and Chizaeales. Consists of 11 families namely: Selaginellaceae, Gleicheniaceae, Davaliaceae, Dryoptericeae, Pteridaceae, Aspleniaceae, Blechnaceae, Onocleaeceae, Athyriceae, Polypodiaceae, Lygodiaceae. And consists of 13 genera, namely: Selaginella, Gleichenia, Davalia, Nephrolepis, Rumohra, Drynaria, Dryopteris, Adiantum, Stenochlaena, Blchnum, Athyrium, Phymatodes, Drymoglossum and Lygodium. Based on the results of measurements of abiotic factors in the Curug Embun Waterfall area, soil pH was obtained with an average of 7-8, air temperature ranged from 29-33.2ºC, soil humidity ranged from 71-83%, and light intensity was 1367.33 lux. and the results of the analysis of the diversity of H' species of the Pteridophyta division in the Curug Dew Waterfall area obtained 2.511, dominance obtained 0.076, species density obtained 0.637 and relative density obtained 100%.

Abstract

Sukomoro Village is a village in the Rawas Ulu sub-district, North Musi Rawas Regency with fish fishermen as a livelihood. The abundance of fish is processed into products such as pedo fish. One of the pedo fish businesses in Sukomoro is Bu Susi's Pedo fish. In their daily life, the packaging and marketing carried out by this business is still manual, namely only with ordinary plastic and marketing is only at home, so that it is less well known by the wider community. Therefore, in this activity what is carried out is packaging and marketing management training. in Sukomoro village, especially Bu Susi's pedo fish business. The result of this activity is that the product packaging is better and Fish, marketing is carried out by placing it in a shop.

Abstract

The purpose of this research that has been carried out is to analyze the diversity of morphology of stem modification (caulis) in the Sub-District of East Lubuklinggau I. The technique of collecting the data that has been carried out by observation. The data obtained from the study were analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study have found 29 species, namely 12 species that have cirrhus, namely Pisum sativum, Psophocarpus tetragonolobus, Vigna sinensis, Ipomoea batatas, Piper betle, Cucumis sativus, Momordica charantia, Cucurbita moschata, Passiflora quadrangularis, Cylea barbata, Vitis vinifera, Mikania micrantha, 7 species that have rhizomes, namely Cyperus rotundus, Etlingera hemisphaerica, Alpinia galangal, Kaempferia galangal, Zingiber officinale, Zingiber cassumunar, and Curcuma domestica, 4 species that have geragih, namely Cyperus rotundus, Marsilea crenata, Fragaria vesca and Solanum tuberosum , 4 species that have tuber namely Ipomoea batatas, Colocasia esculenta, Cyperus rotundus, and Solanum tuberosum, 3 species that spina, namely Solanum torvum, Hylocereus costaricensis, and Mammillaria xanaea, 1 species that has a bulb namely Amaryllis fariegata temporal sangat tinggi (Servina and 1 species that has tuber namely Musa paradisiaca, and diversity index (H') is 1.284 categorized as medium diversity.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memasuki babak baru kondisi new normal. Tatanan kehidupan baru yang harus dijalani akan berakibat makin buruk, jika kita tidak taat pada protokol kesehatan yang diisyaratkan pemerintah. Dalam menghadapi kondisi new normal, perilaku dan tindakan masyarakat harus berubah total dari tindakan biasa yang sering di lakukan., Salah satu protokol kesehatan selain memakai masker dan menjaga jarak ialah mencuci tangan dengan sabun atau penggunaan hand sanitizer pada saat beraktivitas. Melihat kondisi ini, Dosen STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau tergerak, untuk melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PPM) terkait menghadapi kondisi new normal yaitu pelatihan pembuatan hand sanitizer kepada masyarakat di Desa Air Satan Kabupaten Musirawas. Metode pelaksanaan dalam pengabdian ini dimulai dari tahap sosialisasi, tahap pemberian pengetahuan, dan tahap pemberian pelatihan. Hasil dari pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah: ibu-ibu PKK dapat kontribusi yang positif meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi untuk mencegah penyebaran COVID-19 di masyarakat serta secara mandiri bisa membuat hand sanitizer dari bahan alami. Abstract

Dysentery is an acute diarrheal disease with chronic symptoms, including diarrhea, fever, nausea, abdominal pain, and vomiting. Stool is liquid and mixed with blood that passes through the large intestine very quickly because bacteria have penetrated the large intestine caused by the bacterium Shigella dysentriae. Sungkai plant (Paronema canescens Jack) is one of the plants used as traditional medicine and contains antibacterial compounds consisting of phenolic compounds and their derivatives. This study aims to determine the effect of antibacterial activity of the extract of Sungkai Leaf Starch (Paronema canescens Jack) on the Inhibitory Zone of Shigella dysentriae. The research method is a laboratory experimental method, this type of research is a quantitative research, and the design used in the study is a Post Test Only Control Design. The results showed that sungkai leaf extract (Peronema canescens Jack) with concentrations of 65 grams, 75 grams, 85 grams, and 95 grams had different inhibitory effects on Shigella dysentriae. The conclusion from the non-parametric statistical test results using the Kruskal Wallis test, it was found that sig. < that is 0.001 < 0.05 which indicates that the resulting data has a significant difference.
