Abstract

Palm oil is one of the most consumed and produced oils in the world. It is cheap, easy to produce and very stable for use in a wide variety of foods, cosmetics, hygiene products, and can also be used as a source of biofuel or biodiesel. Most palm oil is produced in Asia, Africa and South America because the oil palm tree requires warm temperatures, sunshine and lots of rainfall to maximize its production. This study aims to determine the effect of CPO prices and the rupiah exchange rate on cooking oil prices in traditional markets in Medan. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research approach with multiple linear regression data analysis methods with SPSS tools. The sample used is the time series January 2017- December 2021. The dependent variable used in this study is the price of cooking oil. While the independent variables (independent variables) used are CPO prices and the rupiah exchange rate. Based on the results of hypothesis testing on the t test, it is known that the significant value of CPO price is 0.000 (sig < 0.05) with a t count of 11.124 > 2.002 (t count > t table). The second hypothesis test showed that the rupiah exchange rate was significant at 0.181 (sig > 0.05) with a t count of 1.355 <2.002 (t count > t table). And based on the results of the third hypothesis test, it is known that the significant value is 0.000 (sig <0.05) with an F count of 63.543 greater than F table 3.16 (F count > F table). So it can be concluded that the two independent variables (CPO prices and the rupiah exchange rate) simultaneously have a significant effect on the cooking oil price variable.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1)knowing the application of pottery making in sustainable pottery (2) knowing the application of pottery making in increasing sustainable pottery production (3) the application of sustainable Pottery digital marketing (4) the application of digital marketing in the perspective of Islamic economics. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach that is by observation, interviews and documentation with 6 sustainable Potters. Facebook Instagram, Google business, and Lestari Pottery implement digital marketing through social media, namely Facebook, Instagram and Google Business. Digital marketing done in sustainable pottery is still weak, especially on Facebook accounts and on Google Business. Sustainable pottery applies digital marketing according to the perspective of Islamic economics, which is associated with this business is well interconnected in improving creative products that are in accordance with the principles that have been in the Al-Qur'an. Based on the results of digital marketing, sustainable pottery is more active on social media, which is used mainly on Facebook and Google business, so that more often upload product photos and videos so that more information is shared faster in promoting sustainable pottery products.

Abstract

SMS Banking service is currently one of the service the best provided by the bank to support bank operasional activities become more effective and efficient. The goal is to facilitate the performance of a product bank service, so as to increase customers based on the number of customers of Bank Sumut users of SMS Banking reached around 50% responding to this, Bank Sumut Syariah seeks to improve and mainttain the quality of service provided to attract customers. The problem in this research what is the Bank’s strategy that is an obstacle to improving the quality of SMS Banking service. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategy of Bank Sumut Syariah in improving service quality and to find out what are the obstacles for Bank Sumut Syariah in improving the quality of SMS Banking services and to find out what are the solutions for Bank Sumut Syariah in facing obstacles to improve the quality of SMS services. Banking. The method used in this research is a field study, this method is used to find out how far the suitability between the theories used is with the actual situation of the object under study. In this field study using interviews and observation. And the type of research used is descriptive qualitative research as a whole it can be concluded from this research is the strategy of Bank Sumut Syariah in improving service quality, namely launching "New SMS Banking Bank Sumut".
