Abstract

Information technology governance (TKTI) risk management is urgently needed by universities because it has many advantages to assist in risk management in the TKTI aspects. Unfortunately, TKTI's risk management at XYZ School of Technology is currently not available. TKTI risk in its current condition is managed manually, incidentally, not holistically, and not based on the concept of a risk management framework. This causes the TKTI system to be not well organized so that carrying out the TKTI maintenance process requires more effort. One application is the application of an online learning system during the Covid-19 pandemic, which causes applications, human resources, and the network used to cause errors often. These errors are either human errors or server failures. This study will discuss the process of Analysis and Design of Information Technology Governance Risk Management at XYZ School of Technology Using the COSO ERM Integrated Framework, which produces TKTI recommendations. The design method is carried out in five stages within the risk management framework, namely the internal environment, goal setting, event identification, risk assessment, and risk response. The framework used to build this risk management module is the COSO ERM Integrated Framework. The results of this study are a TKTI risk management document that makes it easier for the Information System and Technology Agency (BTSI) and the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) to minimize risk based on events and potential trends, to prevent significant losses at XYZ School of Technology.

Abstract

Globalization makes human resources one of the qualities or advantages that become a parameter in the competition between countries in the world. To produce superior human resources, an experienced mentor is needed who can act as an advisor and role model, also known as a mentor. To bring together the two parties, namely mentors and mentees, an e-learning prototype was designed to solve problems between users and according to user needs. This prototype uses the prototype design of the Figma design application and uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) to design the design needs of user features and the process flow that occurs. Making this prototype utilizing a data collection method based on literature review for reference in the early stages of research, then taking samples from the Mentor and Mentee needs analysis questionnaire to 113 respondents consisting of the general public who received formal and non-formal education and 85 out of 113 respondents stated that need these prototypes. The author also evaluates the prototypes that have been built with the help of targeted Mentor and Mentee users, and the average results are agreed if the entire display of the function prototype can be understood and the business flow in it can be followed.

Abstract

There was research in Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Terpadu Nurul Fikri about how to check the maturity of melon with the skin of melon. That research used image processing to build an algorithm to find the maturity of melon based on melon skin. The algorithm has been created into programming code and only runs in a command prompt that only some people can use. In order algorithm to can be used by many people, this research will continue the previous research to make a mobile application that connects into an algorithm with a web service. The development methodology that is used in this research is the Rational Unified Process. The mobile development using react-native to make a front end and flask to make a backend. The results of this research are expected to help the community to check the maturity of melons more easily.

Abstract

The world of education, especially in Vocational School Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ) schools at Depok, requires technology to support learning and teaching activities digitally or online. Currently, schools are connected via an internet connection, but there are problems related to data security when exchanging data between schools. In this research, IT infrastructure was built relating to the interconnection of computer networks in TKJ schools at Depok to connect schools with multilevel security. The method used observation, interviews, and literature to analyze the network needed and make a design to be implemented and tested from the results of the implemented design. The results of this study were successful in connecting SMK TKJ schools at Depok with Virtual Private Network (VPN) technology based on Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol (L2TP) and IP Security optimally, which has been tested. So, I concluded that the design and implementation of L2TP and IPSec VPNs could be worked well to connect between SMK TKJ at Depok.

Abstract

In a college environment, the learning process consists of two ways. First, learning that uses hard skills emphasizes intellectual development that is directly on the problem. Second, soft skills learning. Lessons given while in college are more inclined to theoretical skills resulting in most students attach importance to hard skills in learning. Lack of soft skills education in students causes them to be only good at memorizing lessons and already feel successful by having skills. Students do not need not that hard skills, but both must run simultaneously. In soft skills education for students, it is usually taught face-to-face with teachers in universities. I am looking at the data of WeAreSocial.net and Hootsuite survey results as of January 2018, which states that Indonesia is the most significant active user of Instagram and Twitter in the world, the use of Instagram social media as a learning method can say as an opportunity that social media can also use for soft skills education, incredibly informal soft skills education such as character building. This study evaluates current soft skill education using the Likert scale formula. Then from the evaluation results can be a recommendation of soft skills education strategy for students using social media.

Abstract

At this time, the role of technology in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) business activities is significant in supporting one of the success factors for entrepreneurs. One of them is the role of technology in incorporating data into the system in MSME business activities. Apidah's Bag Store is one of the players in the MSME business that sells different kinds of bags. The store has been operating since 2008 and already has a Jakarta branch. Based on the results of an interview with the owner of the Apidah Bag Store, he claimed that it was not reported in the book for the management of products. So the issue that may arise is the lack of a documented special sales report. The Apidah Bag Store does not have a goods management system, it is difficult for the store to know what products are still available in the store, and the profit that has been earned is also challenging to understand. One type of data integration system that is carried out is such as the use of the Odoo application to input data on products in the Apidah Bag Store. The Odoo software is an open-source, modern, and full Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application. In this analysis, the Point of Sale (POS) module is the Odoo program used. In the processing of purchase transaction details, sales, and transaction reporting, POS is used to support business managers or business owners. By going through multiple phases, the author implements the Odoo application at the Apidah Bag Shop. Starting from problem identification, preliminary research, review, system design, implementation, testing using black-box and UAT methods to outcomes of assessment and enhancement. At the Apidah Bag Shop, the introduction of the goods management system has been successfully carried out until the reporting stage on items that come out every day. Certain items are still unsuccessful, however, such as shifting currency and using businesses in the program.

Abstract

Paud Azizah is one of the schools that, as the Standard Curriculum utilizes the BCCT (Beyond Circle and Center Time) process, Paud Azizah uses this method for synergistic learning while playing or playing while learning with learning strategies. The teacher will write down the activities carried out by the students and their progress in school through a connecting book that will be provided as a result of the report by the parents of the students. But not all of each student's parents read the notes in the connecting book since the parents are busy themselves. This study developed a Moodle-based e-report system to resolve this problem. This method requires teachers to generate information on child development and report cards for one semester to assess teaching and learning activities. But not all of each student's parents read the notes in the connecting book since the parents are busy themselves. This method requires teachers to generate information on student development and report for one semester as an evaluation of teaching and learning activities. In Paud Azizah, Moodle's function as a reporting system for child development is to help easily access communication between teachers and parents or guardians without barriers that make it difficult for both parties. By going through several testing phases, the author is implementing the application to develop the Moodle system at Paud Azizah. Beginning with the identification of problems in preliminary studies and literature, systems analysis in the form of data and information, system design in the form of mockup designs, systems implementation, and testing systems that apply the UAT method by creating questionnaires as a result of the implementation process for teachers and guardians of students at Paud Azizah as a result of the implementation process.

Abstract

ZTP (Zero Touch Provisioning) is an innovation in the IT world, which changes configuring devices from manual to automatic. This innovation creates due to the increasing need for network devices. It is a challenge for network companies to manage it both in terms of time and cost. In the traditional method, Network device administration must log in to each network device one by one to perform configuration. This is, of course, inefficient. This is where the advantages of automation, network device configuration becomes more efficient, plus repetitive work such as configuration backups monitoring can do automatically. In this study, the authors will test the efficient use of the ZTP by comparing the configuration time manually and automation with ZTP. This research configures the IP address, creates a DHCP server, and creates a hotspot on MikroTik. To make it easier for network management, the author created a dashboard to find out which devices have been configured. The automation system itself makes using Python programming, which utilizes the Paramiko main library as a liaison between network devices and automation servers via the SSHv2 protocol.

Abstract

The Link and Match lecture system is a lecture program created to combine the higher education curriculum with the needs of the world of work. Since implementing the Link and Match learning system at STT Terpadu Nurul Fikri, which has been running in 2019, there have been administrative problems such as difficulties in seeing Presence, final grades, and student performance in link and match. This research aims to build a Link and Match Information System Dashboard Using Google Sheet that facilitates managing and administering the Link and Match Program. The research method used in this study uses the Mix Method research method, which combines qualitative and quantitative research and uses Scrum for the dashboard development method. The test results from the Implementation of the Link and Match Information System Dashboard are 100% for Students and 98.9% for Lecturers, which means that the existence of this Dashboard makes it easier to monitor the administration and management of the Link and Match dashboard. The Link and Match Information System provide a feature to view Student Final Scores, Student Attendance Percentage, Recap of Group Presence for each sprint, Student Presence Level with a percentage of >75% and <75%, Percentage of group point reduction, Individual point reduction percentage, Highest and lowest score of 3 students, Comparison of group scores in each sprint and Student Activity Logbook.

Abstract

Learning media is needed in basic math operations at the elementary level because it can help children learn math operations. The learning media used must be by the child's daily life to understand it easily. The rapid development of technology has resulted in children getting closer to smartphones and often using them to play games. This study will discuss the design and development of learning media for basic mathematics operations using a model-driven game development approach that produces mobile games on Android devices. The development method uses five stages of the agile version of the model-driven game development: envisioning, iteration modeling, model storming, test-driven development, and review. Unity chooses as the game development software in this study. The results of this study are the design and building of a mobile game application for learning basic math operations that are easily understood by elementary school children and can use by elementary math teachers.
