Abstract

Interest is a condition where the individual pays more attention to something and is accompanied by his desire to know and learn and prove more about the situation. This study aims to determine the effect of financial rewards, gender, work environment and perceptions on student interest in becoming Government Accountants. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to students of the Accounting Study Program at Muara Bungo University class 2018-2019 with a population of 75 students. The sample in this study amounted to 69 students who were obtained using a saturated sampling technique. The results showed that the level of financial appreciation, gender and work environment partially had no effect on students' interest in becoming Government Accountants, perceptions partially influenced students' understanding of interest in becoming Government Accountants. The value of the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) is 0.282. This result means that there is a contribution of 28.2% (low) from the variables studied. While the remaining 71.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work commitment and supervision on employee work discipline at the Pasar Muara Bungo Sub-district Office, Bungo Regency partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique of this research is saturated sampling with a total population of 38 people, and the sample is only 37 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with the results of the study is Y = 15,729 + 0.397 (X1) + 0.270 (X2) + e. Partial and simultaneous test results show the influence of work commitment and supervision variables on employee work discipline. The R Square value is 0.801 or 80.10%. Where the dependent variable (Y) can be explained by the two independent variables of 80.1%, while the remaining 19.9% is influenced by other dimensions outside the study.

Abstract

Education is a way to educate the nation, and educational goals will not be realized if there is still academic fraud. Based on the results of initial observations, there is academic fraud in accounting students. This study aims to determine knowledge of pressure, opportunity, rationalization, ability, and competitiveness partially or simultaneously among Muara Bungo University accounting students. This research method is quantitative, with the population being UMB Accounting students. The research sample was 99 students with data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is multiple linear regression. The results of the partial test show that only competitiveness influences fraud behavior, while simultaneously all variables influence fraud behavior. The contribution of pressure, opportunity, rationalization, ability, and competitiveness can affect academic fraud by 24.3% while 75.7% is influenced by other variables that have not been in this study. Hopefully this research can become one of the pieces of information in making decisions on academic cheating.

Abstract

The business world is currently experiencing very rapid development, investors must at any time conduct an analysis of a company, using the company's financial statements to determine the condition of the company. In investing, an investor must expect a profit (Return). The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect stock returns in the Aluminum and Mining Industry Sub-Sector Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. This type of research is quantitative research using secondary data, with looking at company data obtained through the annual report obtained from www.idx.co.id. The method used to determine the sample is purposive sampling method using multiple regression analysis with the support of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 23. The results of this study indicate that partially Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Equity have an effect on Stock Return. While the Return On Assets and Net Profit Margin have no effect on Stock Return. Simultaneously Debt to Equity Ratio, Return On Assets, Return On Equity and Net Profit Margin affect Stock Return

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of consumer behavior on purchasing decisions Alexandre Cristie watches in Bungo District partially and simultaneously (simultaneously). The method used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique for this study was accidental sampling with a total population of 96 people and a sample of 96 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with the results of the study Y = 4.926 + 0.210 𝐗1 + 0.092 𝐗2 + 0.140 𝐗3 + 0.109 𝐗4 + e. The partial and simultaneous test results show the influence of consumer behavior variables on purchasing decisions. The R Square value is 0.304 or 30.4%. Where the dependent variable (Y) can be explained by the independent variable of 30.4%, while the remaining 69.6% is influenced by other variables outside the research.
