Abstract

In this journal the author wants to analyze how the influence of leadership in the work environment is how employees can work in accordance with the instructions that have been given to them, by ignoring them. In order to achieve satisfactory results and there are no desired obstacles, the influence of the head of the Pt Bhinivan Construction Abadi bascamp is very much needed, to always give calls that demand disciplined work, in order to maintain the safety, comfort, and security of the workers. Management of change is needed to improve the nature of the workers who sometimes do not want to listen to the advice that has been given to protect themselves and the company for the better. And in getting the data the author uses the descriptive method, which in this study the author wants to provide information about the problems, circumstances, structure of the institution, service or program, which is owned by the leader in improving performance at PT Bhinivan Konstruksi Abadi (BKA)

Abstract

Di era zaman perkembangan saat ini sangat banyak berbagai jenis produksi. Salah satu nya yaitu perkembangan penjualan makanan dan minuman yang saat ini mulai berkembang mulai pesat. Yang saat ini yang memiliki penjualan yang mngalami kenaikan yang besar adalah roti. Dengan potensi berkembangnya penjualan roti maka untuk memiliki keunggulan dalam persaingan penjuaalan aroma bakery dan cake shop menerapkan supply chain management. Metode dari penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif yang fokus terhadap analisis supply chain management pada produk aroma bakery dan cake shop. Perencanaan logistik pada roti termasuk terbaik dari segi kualitas produk, harga yang kompetitif dan kredibilitas perusahaan pemasok. Pasokan roti sangan membatu perindustrian pasokan roti ke seluruh cabang cabang roti di seluruh indonesia dan berdampak kepada penjualan roti.

Abstract

Organizational commitment shows a positive relationship with desired outcomes such as high performance. Committed employees feel that their work results are a reflection of the organization, so employees will try to produce the best performance. Organizational commitment to employees makes employees not leave the organization, so the more committed employees will reduce the level of employee turnover. With the potential possessed by employees, he will bring changes to the company's organization. With increasing changes, the company will advance. So the influence of work involvement and employee commitment plays a very important role in the potential of a company's progress.

Abstract

The Sidikalang area is indeed known as the best producer of Robusta coffee beans which have high caffeine content, which reaches 70-80%. There are companies that produce and sell products in the form of Robusta coffee. These companies certainly need activities in the form of supply chain management which are applied to the flow of goods from upstream downstream. The company certainly needs activities in the form of supply chain management that is applied to the flow of goods from upstream to downstream. Companies that use good supply chain management will have a good impact on the flow of goods or services. The impact is that the company will be more structured, coordinated, scheduled, and integrated so that the whole process will run effectively and efficiently. Then the company also makes efforts to offer the best products for consumers. This study aims to 1) determine the application of supply chains management and 2) the factors that hinder supply chains management in Robusta coffee in Sidikalang city. The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques by observation, case study and interviews. The results of the study using observation and interview data collection techniques showed that the application of supply chain management to robusta coffee in the city of Sidikalang, namely there was an application of SCM consisting of producers, retailers of robusta coffee are people who already trust and know each other so that it can facilitate and provide smooth operation. for SCM activities on robusta coffee in the city of Sidikalang. And there are factors that hinder SCM activities, namely pest attacks on robusta coffee, labor shortages, and the robusta coffee fields are far from the robusta coffee company factory in Sidikalang city

Abstract

Halal supply chain management is an integration of business processes from an initial supplier who then provides products, services, and information that can add an added value to final consumers in accordance with the rules of Islamic teachings, namely the Al-Quran and Sunnah. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumer awareness of halal food supply chain management on consumer buying interest. The method used is a qualitative method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sample used is UINSU students. The results of the study indicate that Halal Supply management has an effect on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic, which has hit not only Indonesia but the whole world, certainly affects various sectors, especially the corporate employment system. The implementation of a work system that is usually done conventionally has now turned into a work from home (wfh) system with the concept of working online under the supervision of the company's superiors. People are forced to adapt to new lifestyles that are considered able to reduce their risk of exposure to this disease and in the long term can make them survive in the midst of the epidemic.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang sering timbul di Puskesmas yaitu berupa ketersediaan tenaga kesehatan yang kurang, kemudian kelengkapan obat yang belum memadai, dan juga sikap dan perilaku petugas kesehatan terhadap pasien. Terkadang hubungan antara petugas kesehatan dengan pasien belum dapat tercipta secara baik dan menimbulkan rendahnya tingkat kepercayaan terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Hal tersebut dapat mempengaruhi minat masyarakat khususnya peserta BPJS kesehatan untuk memperoleh pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna BPJS terhadap pelayanan puskesmas Simalingkar. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan pedoman pertanyaan untuk ditanyakan kepada masyarakat. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut maka diperoleh informasi berupa 10 responden puas dan 5 responden tidak puas terhadap dimensi Ressponsive, 11 responden puas dan 4 responden tidak puas terhadap dimensi Assurance, 12 responden puas dan 3 responden tidak puas terhadap dimensi Emphaty, 15 pasien puas dan tidak ada pasien yang tidak puas terhadap dimensi Tangibles, 13 responden puas dan 2 responden tidak puas terhadap dimensi Reability. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Rata-rata pasien merasa puas dengan pelayanan pengguna BPJS di Puskesmas Simalingkar, Kota Medan.

Abstract

Pada tahun 2020, Indonesia memiliki kasus pertama epidemi Covid 19. Semenjak pengumuman ini, opini publik dibuat bingung. Menyikapi hal tersebut, pemerintah menerapkan kebijakan PSBB yang dituangkan dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No. September 2020 tentang pedoman social distancing berskala besar sebagai pedoman untuk mencegah penyebaran yang meluas. Kenormalan baru berlaku untuk semua industri, termasuk kegiatan pemerintah di bidang pelayanan publik. Kebijakan pemerintah ini telah membawa perubahan yang signifikan dalam perilaku aparatur pemerintahan. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan agenda ASN sesuai dengan new normal. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian kepustakaan. Sistem informatika adalah kumpulan data atau dokumen serta teori, analisis, dan tulisan yang terkait sebagai usulan untuk menggambarkan efektivitas dan efisiensi program pemerintah pada aparatur sipil negara menurut tatanan formal baru atau new normal. Program-program baru sedang berjalan, seperti pengurangan jam kerja, split work from home (WFH) dan work in office (WFO), implementasi work monitoring dan online presence.

Abstract

Sumatera Utara ialah salah satu provinsi di Indonesia yang penduduknya kebanyakan berkeyakinan Islam. Kemajuan pabrik halal wajib ditopang dengan pengembangan kaitan pasokan yang pas. Riset ini ialah riset abstrak yang bermaksud buat meningkatkan bentuk kaitan pasokan halal di Sumatera Utara. Motode riset yang dipakai ialah tipe riset abstrak dengan memakai riset pustaka( library research), yang mana informasi didapat dengan membaca, menelah serta menganalisa bermacam kesusastraan. Bentuk abstrak yang dibesarkan dalam postingan ini berpusat pada pandangan kedudukan pengelola kebutuhan dalam implentasi kaitan pasokan halal. Pengelola kebutuhan yang amat berfungsi merupakanīŒ 1) pelakon upaya atau pabrik halal,( 2) penguasa,( 3) Akademi Besar atau Badan Studi,( 4) pelakon upaya prasarana cagak kaitan pasokan halal, serta( 5) warga.

Abstract

This study aims to narrate or inform readers about the influence of the UMKM supply chain in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research in this research is expanatory research with a quantitative approach. The research method used is the method of collecting data from various sources on the internet, by combining these sources into one. The data collection technique used is to find the required information. The results of this study indicate that the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has made many sectors slump, including the UMKM sector. The impact of COVID-19 has damaged supply chains for MSMEs in Indonesia, especially due to the implementation of social restrictions.
