Abstract

TAM is a way to understand how external factors can influence what we think, feel and want. The TAM approach is designed to help people embrace new technologies by focusing on several key factors. The TAM theory provides a theoretical basis for how these factors interact. With this TAM theory approach. Users can first understand and learn how to use the application, for example the karejo application which has just been used and there are still many employees from the North Sumatra Environmental Service who do not really understand how the application works. This is influenced by the fact that in today's digital era, many applications are needed as tools to carry out various activities. One of the applications is the karejo application which is used by the North Sumatra Environmental Service as a means to facilitate various activities both in terms of work supervision, reporting of performance results, employee absences and various other activities.

Abstract

Prudential Sharia Branch Binjai is an Indonesia insurance company whose mission is to provide future welfare and health through varios product,including life and health insurance.The purpose of this study is to determine the basic principles of sharia insurance at PT. Prudential Sharia Binjai Branch.The qualitative research methodology used in this final theree includes surveys and interviews.Sharia insurance is an insurance is an insurance system based on islamic sharia in its service process and operation.Sharia comes from the provisions in the Qur’an ans as-sunnah.The emergence of sharia insurance in the Islamic world is based on the assumption that insurance states that existing insurance so far,namely convensional insurance contains many element: gharar,maisir,usury.This shariainsurance has principle that are firmly held,namely ta’awumu ‘ala al-birr wa al-taqwa (please help all of you in goodness and piety) and al-ta’min (feel of security).

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang alasan utama seseorang melakukan promosi adalah agar produk yang dipasarkan semakin dikenal banyak orang. Setelah produk banyak dikenal orang, maka hasil penjualan juga meningkat. Hal utama dalam promosi adalah membuat pesan yang persuasif yang efektif untuk menarik perhatian konsumen. Dan salah satu cara untuk melakukan promosi adalah dengan menggunakan media sosial. Media sosial adalah media promosi yang sangat berpengaruh saat ini. Oleh sebab itu penulis menganalisis pengaruh media sosial sebagai media promosi PT. Media Swara Prima. Dalam penelitian ini, jenis penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan nilai R square sebesar 0,579. Hal ini berarti bahwa variabel independen dalam model Media Sosial menjelaskan variasi Media Promosi sebesar 57,9% yang berarti bahwa Media Sosial Berpengaruh Positif terhadap Media Promosi.

Abstract

Every company will definitely experience expenses and income (income) that are identical to cash. Therefore, it is necessary to have financial records with the aim of accurately knowing how much income and expenses the company experiences. In addition, by recording the cash, we will find out whether the company is experiencing a profit or a possible loss each period. Therefore, a cash section was formed, which was called petty cash which was signed by the petty cash officer as the person in charge and the functions concerned to directly improve operational efficiency. The company's established operational operating procedures must be followed when managing the relatively simple transactions that need to be recorded. As a result, the author attempts to conduct scientific research on the PT implementation of petty cash records. Energy Sakti Sentosa, Pakkat. This study employs qualitative descriptive methods for data collection, including interviews, observation, and documentation. The study's findings demonstrate that PT has implemented petty cash. Energy Sakti Sentosa, Pakkat is carried out using the imperst method, or fixed fund method. In this method, the amount of the petty cash fund remains constant throughout the duration of the transaction. However, instead of waiting until the end of the period to replenish the petty cash fund, the method used instead replenishes it when the petty cash balance is low. A petty cash fund is also held by the company treasurer when petty cash is used, which can make the treasurer work harder. Implementation procedures and a number of records are used to carry out operational tasks like setting up a petty cash fund in petty cash implementation, and replenishing the petty cash fund.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaah zakat produktif untuk pengentasa kemiskinan di era Covid-19 (Studi kasus di Lazwashal Medan). Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) yaitu pengamatan langsung terhadap objek yang diteliti guna mendapatkan data yang relevan. Jenis pendekatan yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang bermaksud untuk memahami fenomena tentang apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian misalnya perilaku, persepsi, motivasi, tindakan dan lain-lain, secara holistik dan dengan cara deskripsi dalam bentuk kata-kata dan bahasa, pada suatu konteks khusus yang alamiah dan dengan memanfaatkan berbagai metode alamiah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kota Medan yang beralamat di Jl. Sisingamangaraja No.144, Gedung Pengurus Wilayah Sumatera Utara Lantai 2, Kecamatan Medan Kota, Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian yang menunjukan bahwa Zakat Produktif dapat menjadi solusi dan peran untuk memulihkan ekonomi akibat pandemi covid-19 sebagai berikut: (1) Menjadikan setiap desa sebagai UPZ untuk memaksimalkan zakat (2) memaksimalkan zakat tunai dan zakat produktif (3) memaksimalkan pengelolaan zakat produktif (4) mengadakan bantuan pendidikan bagi mahasiswa yang terkena dampak covid-19, yang diutamakan bagi mahasiswa jurusan ekonomi syariah supaya ke depan dapat mengedukasi masyarakat tentang ekonomi Islam.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Medan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana suatu pelaku pendiri bangunan yang tidak memiliki surat izin dari dinas perizinan tata ruang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kegiataan Program Kegiatan Kerja Praktek (Magang) dirancang dengan tujuan untuk pengembangan kompetensi dan menumbuhkan profesionalitas mahasiswa peserta Kegiatan Kerja Praktek (Magang) sebagai calon sarjana dan dengan harapan dapat memberikan dampak yang lebih bermakna bagi mahasiswa peserta Kegiatan Kerja Praktek (Magang) itu sendiri. Setelah mengadakan dan melaksanaka Kegiatan Kerja Praktek (Magang) mahasiswa banyak mengetahui banyak pengalaman tentang sistem kerja yang terdapat dalam perusahaan tersebut. Disamping itu mahasiswa dapat mengetahui bagaimana pengalaman bekerja di instansi terutama dibagian Administrasi Perkantoran, mulai dari pengarsipan dokumen, mengarsipkan dokumen, dan lainnya.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan implementasi strategi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Cafe XXX. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Café XXX yang berjumlah 38 responden dengan menggunakan metode probability sampling. Data sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis penelitian menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial (uji t) adalah t hitung = 8,750 > t table = 1,68830 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan Penerapan Implementasi Strategi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Café XXX.

Abstract

The main objective in this study was to find out how the quality of work of Administrative staff at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Model Medan. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The number of administrative employees at MAN 2 Medan Model is 13 people. The results of this study are the work quality of Administrative staff of MAN 2 Model Medan. The results of the study showed that some employees only waited for orders from the Head of Administration to carry out the tasks that had to be done and even some employees did not do any work at all. Employees do not yet have a concrete and comprehensive plan for the work they will do.

Abstract

The focus of this study is on the Service of Manpower's UPT region I North Sumatra, specifically the impact of compensation on employee performance.At the Service of Manpower UPT region I North Sumatra, the goal of this study was to find out how compensation affects employee performance.In qualitative and subjective research methods, information is gathered through interviews and documentation.This study's findings demonstrate that the theory proposed by Amrullah is supported by research.At the UPT Service of Manpower Region I North Sumatra, the data indicate that compensation has a positive and very significant percentage effect on employee performance.The study's conclusion is that effective compensation demonstrates that UPT employees of the Service of Manpower Region I North Sumatra are more committed to the organization's goals and mission.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to ascertain whether the Service of Manpower UPT I in the North Sumatra Region was required to pay overtime wages.At the Service of Manpower UPT I for the North Sumatra Region, direct interviews, observation, and documentation were used as data collection methods for the qualitative research method.According to the findings of the study, the practice of giving overtime pay from each company each has a system for paying overtime wages, but it is still not based on the rules that are set out in the Labor Law. This shows that the implementation of the obligation to pay overtime for workers who exceed their working hours at the Service of Manpower UPT I Region of North Sumatra, as well as the distribution of overtime pay given by the company to workers, is not in accordance with the Laws and Regulations.
