Journal of Computer Science and Information Technology is a threetly journal published by Universitas Putra Indonesia YPTK, Padang. It publishes scientific and technical papers describing original research work or novel product/process development. Abstract

The use of information technology is a basic need for an organization. Additional Quality of Employee Income ( TPP ) in an agency is very important as a medium for conveying information in every employee activity at the Padang Panjang PUPR Service Office. The quality of the TPP will be known after an evaluation is carried out. The quality of the TPP is included in the good or bad category. TPP quality testing is an important thing to determine the quality of human resources . One way to test quality is to use the McCall method . The McCall method is a method for measuring the quality of TPP implemented at the Padang Panjang PUPR Service Office. This research was carried out by filling out a questionnaire using the PHPMySQL programming language using the McCall method. This evaluation activity is used to measure the attitudes, opinions and perceptions of a person or group of people about an event. The results of this research also show that the results of the evaluation carried out produced a percentage on a scale of 81% - 100% = 84% and were categorized as Good. By carrying out this quality evaluation.

Abstract

Susunan Puzzle-8 merupakan game edukasi yang paling pertama dipelajari oleh anak anak khususnya TK Paud dalam mengenal angka 1- 10. Game ini sangat di sukai oleh anak anak yang baru mengenal angka dan digabungkan dengan sistem game agar anak anak tertarik untuk mempelajari susunan hitungan angka tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk membantu anak anak TK Paud untuk mempelajari hitungan angka serta manfaat lain dalam game ini adalah mengasa perkembangan daya otak, game ini sangat bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan daya ingat dan disertai dengan konsep belajar sambil bermain. Algoritma Ascent Hill Climbing memiliki ketentuan dalam melakukan proses penyelesaian diantarnya 1. Mulai dari keadaan awal lakukan pengujian , jika merupakan tujuan , maka berhenti, jika tidak, lanjutkan dengan keadaan sekarang sebagai keadaan awal. 2. Kerjakan hingga tujuan tercapai atau iterasi tidak memberikan perubahan pada keadaan sekarang. 3.Jika posisi lebih baik daripada nilai heuristik keadaan sekarang , ubah nilai dengan keadaan Sekarang. 3 masalah yang harus diperhatikan dalam algoritma Stepest Ascent Hill Climbing diantaranya Local Optimum, keadaan semua tetangga lebih buruk atau sama dengan keadaan dirinya, Plateur, keadaan semua tetangga sama dengan keadaan dirinya, Ridge lokal optimum yang lebih disebabkan karena ketidakmampuan untuk menggunakan operator 2 sekaligus. Hasil penelitian data ini posisi puzzle sudah sama dengan keadaan awal dengan nilai posisi 1-8 sudah berapa pada posisi Goal Terakhir, sehingga pencarian diberhentikan

Abstract

Jamu is a traditional medicine made from natural cultural heritage that has been passed down from generation to generation for health. Mbak Sum UKM is a small and medium enterprise that operates in the field of medicines, namely herbal medicine, where this business provides various types of herbal medicine. This herbal medicine business is a business that can promise business opportunities. Because there is so much interest in this natural herbal concoction, it makes it difficult for companies to meet product availability. And this makes SMEs need many suppliers to meet product availability for Mbak Sum's SMEs. Therefore, a system is needed to help Mbak Sum's SMEs overcome the problems they face. The system that will help Mbak Sum's UKM is a decision support system in selecting quality suppliers which will later help in fulfilling herbal herbal products in Mbak Sum's UKM as well as in making reports of incoming products from suppliers to Mbak Sum's UKM. The system built to support supplier selection decisions uses the multi-objective optimization by ratio analysis (MOORA) method. The MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis) method is a multi-objective optimization technique that can be successfully applied to solve various types of complex decision-making problems in decision making. The results obtained were that the first rank was Alternative 3 with a value of 0.284 and the sixth rank was Alternative 6 with a value of 0.164. The calculation process can be concluded that A3 is the best alternative

Abstract

Malnutrition in toddlers causes a negative impact on motor nerve development, inhibits behavioral and cognitive development causing a decrease in academic performance and social skills . In addition, malnutrition during infancy can cause long-term risks that focus on later in life, increasing the risk of disease or disability or even death. With advances in information technology today, it is very helpful in predicting or identifying an event, one of which is an expert system that can help an expert in identifying a disease in the world of medicine. Therefore, an expert system is needed that can help doctors and the public find out the type of malnutrition they are suffering from based on the symptoms they are experiencing. The expert system uses the Certainty Factor method in reasoning to obtain diagnostic results from the symptoms shown. This method uses the value of an expert's belief in the symptoms of a disease. The aim of this research is to apply the certainty factor method in identifying malnutrition and providing definitions and suggestions for the disease suffered. The expert system was built using PHP and MySQL database. The results of applying the Certainty Factor method based on the tested data showed that the disease suffered by the patient was Kwarshiorkor with a Certainty Factor level of 0.958528 or 95%. The results of this test show that the certainty factor method expert system is able to identify a disease based on the symptoms experienced

Abstract

The process of accepting and selecting prospective employees is the earliest process for a company to get quality employees that the company or agency needs. Companies must have criteria for the employees they want. On CV. Adtuil Photocopying in recruiting employees is still less efficient, namely prospective employees still send application files to the company or via expedition delivery. So HRD will have difficulty in selecting prospective employees because they have to record and double-check incoming application files as well as the process of determining the right criteria . Solutions used to overcome problems on CV. Adtuil uses a decision support system for selecting new employees, using the Multi Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method. This method is quantitative which uses a weighting system in decision making. Application design using the Vb programming language. Net and MySQL databases that can manage data quickly and accurately. The results of this research show that there were 3 employees who received 10 alternative data, namely A1, A5, A9 with scores > 75. After using this decision support system it can help CV. Adtuil Photocopy in determining employee acceptance precisely, quickly and accurately

Abstract

In an era of technology that continues to develop rapidly, structured and detailed data management is becoming increasingly important. This allows decision makers at the Clinic to easily monitor, evaluate and plan business strategies. The information system measurement application on Klink Mitra Sadona is used to analyze the quality of the electronic registration information service system for patients. This registration system can help patients make it easier to register at the clinic. Based on this, the quality of the health information system will be measured because in this system the level of system quality is not yet known, so as to identify the accuracy, completeness and quality of the software at the clinic. The measurement method in this research uses the McCall Method. The McCall method is a method used to assess the quality of a system. The results of research based on the McCall Method show that the quality of information system measurements is very good with a percentage value of 94%, with the best indicator value, namely efficiency with a result of 72% and the integrity indicator value is the worst indicator with a result of 52%.

Abstract

Security system is a set of procedures, technologies, software, and hardware designed to protect an entity or environment from threats, attacks, or security breaches. The main purpose of a security system is to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data or protected resources. In the context of the need for playgrounds that also serve as learning environments prioritizing safety and comfort, concerns arise regarding the security of personal belongings storage. When visiting playgrounds, visitors often bring valuable items such as mobile phones, wallets, or other electronic devices. The aim of this research is to create an effective and integrated security system to protect the valuable belongings of playground visitors. The method involves the design and implementation of a security system consisting of QR-Code as an identification mechanism and fingerprint sensors as an additional security layer. Data is collected through system testing to evaluate the performance and reliability of the proposed security system. The findings of this research are expected to contribute to improving the safety and comfort of playground visitors and serve as a reference for similar security system research and development in the future.

Abstract

The advancement of science and technology motivates humans to address environmental issues, including environmental cleanliness. Waste, as one of the main problems, poses a serious threat to humans and the environment. Indonesia, as the world's second largest waste contributor, faces significant challenges, particularly from traditional markets. This issue requires active participation and awareness of traders, as well as government action in enforcing regulations. Robotics technology and the Internet of Things (IoT) offer innovative solutions. The use of microcontrollers and ESP32 CAM modules can help detect and monitor littering perpetrators. This system utilizes ultrasonic sensors and PIR sensors to detect motion and distance. Thus, community compliance with waste management regulations can be enhanced through effective monitoring and enforcement.This research aims to design a system based on Arduino Mega 2560 and IoT to improve community discipline and awareness.

Abstract

Interactive technology is part of technological developments that can attract the attention of various groups ranging from children, teenagers and the elderly. This interactive technology has developed evenly in various aspects, one of which is financial education. Financial education is an important aspect in the development of children so they can manage finances wisely from an early age. In this era, piggy banks are still used to teach children how to save money properly and correctly. However, children are slowly starting to get bored and their intention to save is decreasing, this is because the piggy bank still has a monotonous storage method and lacks appeal, so children are starting to lose interest in saving their money. One of the media that can increase children's interest in saving is an interactive piggy bank, this media is equipped with ESP32, button, LED, DFplayer, speaker, infrared sensor, color sensor, proximity sensor, stepper motor, relay, solenoid, 16x2 LCD and telegram so that The technology and media developed, interactive piggy banks not only calculate the total number of coins and banknotes, but can also interact directly with children and increase children's understanding of saving money in a good and correct way. By using this method, children will be interested in using interactive piggy banks. Slowly, children's interest in saving will begin to increase and they will start to get used to saving money again.

Abstract

Commonly used security systems, such as CCTV and electronic door locks, are not effective in preventing customers who are negligent in paying boarding room rentals. To overcome this problem, a Lock System has been developed that is integrated into boarding room doors. This system automatically records the rental payment schedule and locks the room door if payment has not been made on time. Room renters will be notified via the Android application to immediately make payment. The boarding house owner will receive a payment notification and can verify it via the available admin application. Thus, this Lock System helps boarding house business owners to manage rental payments more efficiently and improve security effectively.
