Abstract

The Papua Province Environmental and Building Arrangement Work Unit is still carried out conventionally in carrying out building data collection. Data collection is still using a questionnaire form, then entered into a computer using Microsoft Excel. This study aims to build an online building data collection information system. Data obtained through direct observation on the object of research and interviews with the building data collection field. The analytical method used to analyze problems in the ongoing system is the PIECES analysis method. The design is carried out using an object-oriented design method, namely, UML design. And the system testing stage uses the black box method. With the existence of an online building data collection information system, it is expected to be a solution to simplify and speed up the process of the survey team conducting building data collection.

Abstract

Indonesia is predicted to experience a demographic bonus period in 2030. In order for Indonesia to get the maximum benefit from this demographic bonus, the availability of abundant productive-age human resources must be balanced by improving the quality of education and skills. Educated and competitive human resources need to be improved in terms of the number and quality of competitiveness to support sustainable growth. In this research, the authors want to see the role of universities in influencing economic growth. The role of universities can be measured by the number of universities, college enrollment rate and the human development index (HDI). The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The research data used are panel data, data from 34 provinces in Indonesia with the study year 2015 - 2018.

Abstract

In this study, researchers used respondent data, such as gender, age and duration of work of respondents to be able to provide information about the characteristics of respondents. The study population was employees in the Hj. Bunda Halimah hospital, which consists of doctors and health workers such as nurses, midwives and administrative staff. The sample is determined by the number of sample members (sample size) 55 people with proportional random sampling technique. 15 doctors and 40 health employees. This research is the result of a field study to obtain questionnaire answer data that measures five main variables in this study, namely Transformational Leadership, Work Culture, Work Facilities, Job Satisfaction towards Performance in The Hj Bunda Halimah Hospital. The instrument was developed based on theoretical studies, then defined in conceptual definitions, operational definitions, and developed through lattice instruments and technical techniques. Knitted data analysis uses descriptive statistics and statistical analysis to test the significance of path coefficients, descriptive statistics to present data in the form of frequency distribution tables, histograms, and the number of statistics such as media, modes, averages, variants, and foreign standards. exchange. Statistical tests are used to test the significance of path coefficients using Partial Least Square (PLS) which is a Multivariate Analysis in the second generation using structural equation modeling (SEM). PLS can be used for a small number of samples, and of course with a large number of samples will be better able to improve the accuracy of estimates. PLS does not require the assumption that data distribution must be normal or not. The construct form can use a reflective or formative model in which from the results of statistical analysis, the relationship between variables formulated in the formulation of a problem as many as 7 pieces obtained significant results.
