Abstract

Kalurahan Watusigar, which declared itself a conservation village, has a strategic location as the main access point for tourists from the north and east to the tourism area in Gunungkidul Regency, offering the opportunity to pioneer a green tourism village. The local community of Kalurahan Watusigar has initiated various initiatives through collaboration with relevant stakeholders. One such collaboration, with the Research and Community Service Institution of Duta Wacana Christian University (LPPM UKDW), is a community service activity aimed at strengthening destination branding through training for local product innovations of eco prints. The selection of eco print products is based on the availability of plants in the Watusigar area that can be used as natural dyes. The objective of this community service activity is to focus on developing the branding of Kalurahan Watusigar as a conservation village and green tourism village through local product innovation using natural materials and marketing strategies in accordance with digital technology. The target audience for this activity is the community members and Karang Taruna members of Kalurahan Watusigar. This community service activity introduces the eco print product ecosystem, which is the value chain of eco print products starting from creation, production, distribution, consumption, and conservation, utilizing action research methods through training, discussions, and workshops. The result of this community service activity is the expansion of knowledge about plants and materials in the environment to be used as environmentally friendly craft products. The eco print product innovation is an essential step in creating a creative economy ecosystem in Kalurahan Watusigar.

Abstract

Pregnancy can cause discomfort for the changes experienced by a mother, namely physical changes, changes in social functioning, and psychological changes. The first pregnancy for a mother is a new journey where one of the influential psychological aspects is anxiety. Anxiety during pregnancy is also experienced by primigravida pregnant women who become pregnant outside of marriage. The anxiety that is felt is due to the mother's concern for the child's health, the mother's ability to take care of the child, how to carry out the role as a mother, how the environment views her, economic conditions, and family conditions. This has an impact not only on the psychological condition of pregnant women so that they experience high and moderate levels of anxiety, but also on the condition of the exposed fetus. The Foundation's management said that this anxious mother gave rise to behavioral reactions such as irritability and crying easily. The method used to overcome this problem is psychoeducation to reduce anxiety. The results and conclusions of the psychoeducation carried out are that psychoeducation can increase knowledge and understanding of anxiety and ways to overcome it so that it can effectively reduce anxiety.

Abstract

The BSPS (Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya) program organized by the Directorate General of Housing of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing is a program implemented as a form of improving the quality of self-help housing. Although simple, building like this requires sufficient resistance to earthquakes. The results of the calculation of earthquake resistance that begins with loading the roof obtained a live load of 1.38 N, a super dead load of 0.75 N, and a dead load of 132102.5 N. Further testing on the calculation of ring beams results in ring beams being able to withstand a load of 1 .7191 kN with the help of the column interaction diagram states that the column is able to withstand a load of 252.6964 kN. The results of the ground spectrum response test show that Bandung district has a high earthquake risk and a class II risk period. Static power testing in the x and y directions is 270 kg and 260 kg. the level deviation on the x-axis is 0.0706500 mm and on the y-axis is 0.05575000 mm. This has proven the house to be resistant to earthquakes. Subsequent work can be in accordance with the standards given during the construction process. This building is resistant to earthquakes but the work requires more careful supervision.

Abstract

In this training, participants were given an understanding of the IoT (Internet of Things) for the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and were accompanied by instructors to get to know the technology. The approach method is based on research results that have been published in electrical engineering. We CO (Collaborated Overseas) with UTHM (Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia) in the CS (Community Service) programme, with the aim of providing guest lectures on the advancement of IoT technology and IR (Industry Revolution) 4.0. Thus, the contribution to this CS activity is to support the improvement of the quality of skilled labor from partner participants to be in line with industry needs. Therefore, the leadership of the institution approved and held the IoT for 4.0 IR training. Universitas Mercu Buana through the Institute for Research and Community Service participated in the field of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) with the long-term target of developing wireless sensors and actuators, and computing methods in embedded systems and the cloud. The conclusion of this CS activity is that participants were very enthusiastic about this activity and and gained the benefits of science, as well as an understanding of telecommunications.

Abstract

Project control is a structured effort to establish standards in accordance with the plan, design information systems, compare implementation with established standards, analyze potential deviations, and take corrective actions necessary to ensure the effective and efficient use of resources in line with the set targets. Each project has its own specific plan and schedule, determining the start and end time of the project, implementation methods, and resource allocation. Operational challenges often arise in project planning, such as resource shortages, improper allocation, delays, and other issues that may hinder the achievement of project goals as planned. This research utilizes a descriptive quantitative approach, which is a research method that describes the specific conditions of the project through the analysis of available data. This article will discuss the cost variance (CV) and schedule variance (SV) in the development of Griya Jenggala at PT. Sarana Loka Almika, evaluate the cost performance index (CPI) and schedule performance index (SPI) in the development of Griya Jenggala to assess its effectiveness, estimate the cost at completion (EAC) and estimated duration at completion (EAS) required to complete the Griya Jenggala project, as well as provide an estimation of potential profits or losses that may arise in the Griya Jenggala development project.
