Abstract

Since the crisis of employment in the industrial company / plant confined to absorb surplus labor. The increasing needs of family life and the head of the family income is not enough to make the involvement of women in order to increase revenue.The results showed that the characteristics of an average age of reproductive age 35-45 years (50%), has 2 children (41.18%) and have free time 6 hours (32.35%). The role of age, number of children, time spent working on women's labor income is jointly influenced significantly by 92.40%, meaning that its role is quite high, while partially the most dominant is the allocation of time and long work by 92.54%. Partial effect of age and number of children do not have a significant effect while the allocation of time to work a significant effect on women's earnings power. The role of age, number of children, time allocation and labor income women on family income have a significant effect jointly by 38.40% and amounted to 61.60% due to other factors. From the research results in this study suggested an increased skills for youth with less experience, increase working time, more inspiring for innovative product design, reproduce exhibitions for the introduction of products both within and outside the region.

Abstract

The study, entitled Analysis of Student Satisfaction Factors Impact On National Development University Student Loyalty "Veteran" Jakarta. To determine and analyze the influence of perceptual capabilities of employees, faculty performance against its impact on student satisfaction student loyalty either jointly or individually. This study is based on previous research and theories relevant capabilities of employees, faculty performance, student satisfaction and student loyalty by using the research method of descriptive analysis, correlation and path analysis (Path Analysis). Population studies students at the University for National Development "Veteran" Jakarta with sampling proportional stratified random sampling in the Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Law and Faculty of Social and Political Sciences as many as 168 respondents. From the analysis of the validity and reliability of all the questions to the variable capabilities of employees, faculty performance and student satisfaction and student loyalty is valid and reliable. Based on the analysis and hypothesis testing sub-structure have a significant effect on the capability of employees is 50.10%, 38.30% of faculty performance and jointly by 65.40%. While the sub-structure capability -2 influence employees at 13.70%, 30.90% of faculty performance and student satisfaction by 0.219 or 21.90% and jointly by 36.10% means that individually and jointly variable employee capabilities and performance of the faculty must still be improved, thereby increasing the satisfaction and loyalty of students at the University for National Development "Veteran" Jakarta. It is recommended to conduct further research on the influence of student satisfaction and loyalty beyond the capabilities of employees and performance variables lecturer at the University for National Development "Veteran" Jakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan, promosi dan citra merek terhadap loyalitas merek serta pengaruh citra merek sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah target demografi konsumen YouC1000 berusia 15-30 tahun. Ukuran sampel diambil sebanyak 75 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling dengan metode sampel purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner online berbentuk google form. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis inferensial melalui PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan software SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek, (2) kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek, (3) promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra merek, (4) promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek, (5) Citra merek tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas merek, (6) Kepuasan pelanggan melalui citra merek tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas merek, (7) promosi melalui citra merek tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas merek. Serta memiliki nilai R-Square adjusted sebesar 0,685.

Abstract

One of the failures in starting a business is failure in poor operational management. Operational risk is caused by internal process failures, human errors, system failures or external problems that affect operational activities. This study aims to measure the operational risk of PT. Unilever Tbk. before and during the Covid 19 pandemic. The method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques used, namely observation and documentation techniques. The results of this study show that there are differences in the level of RPN on internal and external failures. If before the pandemic, operational risk – external was the lowest risk crisis, during the Covid 19 pandemic, operational risk – internal was the lowest risk crisis. Lack of working capital and increased spending caused by the pandemic. Investors are less interested in consumer stocks and the provision of a new normal kit increases the company's expenses without being accompanied by income. Operational-external risk also increases due to the risk of late arrival of raw materials and disruption to the supply chain network, especially at suppliers.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive quantitative study that aims to find out how effective Gojek's online advertising is for students living in Jakarta using the EPIC Model method. The sample in this study used 100 active students residing in Jakarta as respondents. Sample selection was done by purposive sampling method with non-probability sampling technique. In this study, measurements will be carried out on the 4 dimensions of EPIC by looking for the average score of each dimension, the results of the study show the empathy dimension makes advertising able to attract customers' attention, the dimension of persuasion that advertising can affect customers, the impact dimension makes the advertisement give a deep impression to the customer, and the communication dimension can be stated that Gojek advertising can be well remembered and understood. From the results of the EPIC Rate of the four dimensions, the average EPIC score indicates the effective category.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) di wilayah Desa Padurenan Kecamatan Gunung Sindur untuk memberikan pelatihan tentang pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga dengan metode komposting. Sampah sering menimbulkan bau dan banyak lalat bila hanya dibuang di pekarangan. Warga belum memiliki pengetahuan dan wawasan dalam pengelolaan sampah agar lingkungan menjadi bersih dan sehat, serta belum memahami cara mengelola sampah berbasis masyarakat. Mereka belum memanfaatkan sampah rumah tangga menjadi barang yang bernilai ekonomi, seperti pupuk cair organik dan kompos. Mitra yang terlibat dalam kegiatan adalah kelompok ibu-ibu desa Padurenan dari RT 01/RW 01 dan RT 02/RW 01. Untuk mengetahui pemahaman akan pengelolaan sampah, dilakukan pretes dan postes dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada kelompok ibu tersebut. Hasil kuesoner sebelum diberikan ceramah adalah terdapat 69% responden mengaku tidak memahami pengelolaan sampah rumah tangga, sedangkan setelah kegiatan ini, pemahaman mereka meningkat menjadi 90%. Ada perubahan pemahaman sebesar 21% lebih dan mereka ingin melakukan pengelolaan sampah secara terus-menerus dengan harapan pada kemudian hari akan menjadi tambahan pendapatan bagi rumah tangga sehingga akan meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat.

Abstract

The Honda Brio car obtained the highest car sales figure in Indonesia in 2020 but has a lower brand image than its competitors as measured by the Top Brand Index. Based on this background, this study aims to determine, prove, and analyze the effects of brand image, product quality, and price on purchasing decisions for Honda Brio in Bogor. The population in this study is the owner of a Honda Brio car in Indonesia. The number of samples is determined by 75 respondents with the criteria of a Honda Brio car owner in Bogor using the purposive sampling method, and data is collected by distributing questionnaires through Google forms. The analytical techniques used in this research are the descriptive analysis technique and inferential analysis using SmartPLS 3.2.9. The results of the hypothesis test are as follows: (1) brand image has an effect on purchasing decisions of 0.249 positive and significant, (2) product quality has an effect on purchasing decisions of 0.300 positive and significant, and (3) price has an effect on purchasing decisions of 0.295 positive and significant, while the joint contribution is shown by the value of R Square Adjusted, which is 0.606 or 60.6%, while 39.4% by other factors.

Abstract

Business management is a process that must be carried out by business actors in managing a business in order to increase income through improving the quality of production, marketing, finance and business capabilities. The purpose of the Community Service program (PKM) in the Limo area, Depok is to provide counseling and assistance on packaging manufacturing business management for small food business actors. The problem faced is that the business management has not been maximized and has not used quality and attractive packaging for marketed small food products. The expected result of this activity is an increase in the number of buyers from business partners in RW 02 Limo, Depok. To find out the understanding of business management in making quality and attractive packaging, the service team conducted a pretest and posttest by distributing questionnaires to small business actors participating in PKM. The results of the questionnaire before being given counseling with the level of understanding after the activity increased by 50% and evaluation of the use of quality and attractive packaged products consistently and continuously increased in developing their business. In the next stage, evaluation of the results of business management assistance, packaging manufacturing, followed by granting patents on packaging labels is the next PKM programABSTRAK:Manajemen usaha merupakan proses yang harus dilakukan oleh para pelaku usaha  dalam mengelola usaha dalam rangka meningkatkan hasil pendapatan melalui peningkatan kualitas  produksi, pemasaran, keuangan dan kemampuan usahanya.Tujuan dari program kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat  (PKM) di wilayah Limo, Depok adalah memberikan penyuluhan dan pendampingan tentang manajemen usaha pembuatan kemasan  pada pelaku usaha makanan kecil, dengan meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya kemasan produk guna meningkatkan nilai jual produk yang dipasarkan serta meningkatkan mutu.  Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah belum maksimalnya manajemen usaha yang dilakukan parapelaku bisnis kecil dan belum menggunakan  kemasan yang berkualitas dan menarik  pada produk makanan kecil yang dipasarkan. Hasil yang diharapkan pada kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya jumlah konsumen dari mitra pelaku usaha di RW 02 Limo, Depok. Untuk mengetahui pemahaman akan manajemen usaha dalam pembuatan kemasan yang berkualitas dan menarik, tim pengabdian melakukan pretest dan postest dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada pelaku usaha kecil peserta PKM. Hasil kuesioner sebelum diberikan penyuluhan dengan tingkat pemahaman setelah dilakukan kegiatan meningkatan sebesar 50% dan evaluasi pemanfaatan produk yang dikemas berkualitas dan menarik secara konsisten dan berkelanjutan semakin meningkat   dalam mengembangkan usahanya. Pada tahapan selanjutnya adalah evaluasi hasil pendampingan manajemen usaha, pembuatan kemasan dilanjutkan untuk pemberian paten  pada label  kemasan  merupakan program PKM berikutnya.
