Abstract

Ecotourism management can be interpreted as an effort to optimize the use of natural and cultural resources responsibly and sustainably, with the aim of meeting the needs of tourists and also providing benefits to the local community and the environment. Ecotourism management covers various aspects, such as environmental management, financial management, human resource management, infrastructure management, and the development of programs and activities in accordance with ecotourism principles. In ecotourism management, collaboration between the government, community, and private sector is needed to achieve the goal of sustainable tourism developmentBali has great potential to improve the welfare of local communities and preserve the environment, but there are still some problems in its implementation in Bali. Several researchers have conducted research on ecotourism management. The population in this study was 2,945 with a total of 100 samples taken which were distributed to several locations in BALI. Data Analysis Method using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study conclude that sustainability accounting has a positive effect on ecotourism management and sustainability accounting with the concept of tri hita karana has no effect on ecotourism management

Abstract

This research was to obtain digital teaching materials for short story texts oriented towards critical thinking skills for high school students. Learning is an activity planned and facilitated by the teacher which aims to change student behavior for the better. Teaching materials can help and guide students in carrying out learning activities so that students' mastery of the subject matter becomes better. Short stories are stories that are physically short and can be read in one sitting. The research method that the author will use in this study is the Research and Development (R&D) method. This study uses the ADDIE research and development model method. The ADDIE development design stages are as follows: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Aspects of content or material obtained a percentage of 81,25%, aspects of presentation of material obtained a percentage of 75,00%, aspects of language and readability obtained a percentage of 81,25%, graphic aspects obtained a percentage of 90,00%. The results of the overall percentage of four aspects, namely content or material aspects, material presentation aspects, language and readability aspects, and graphic aspects obtained a score of 82.45%. Based on the results of these scores, the digital learning module for short story texts oriented towards critical thinking skills is included in the sufficiently valid criteria. Based on the results of the analysis of students' needs for teaching materials by the teacher and students, it can be concluded that students need teaching materials for short story texts oriented towards thinking skills for class XI high school students. Short story text learning modules oriented towards critical thinking skills for class XI high school students can be used as an alternative learning, because this teaching material is in accordance with the demands of the curriculum and according to the needs of students

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to find out how the process of developing Flip Book-based learning media and aims to produce Flip Book-based learning media products. This learning media is made to facilitate teaching and learning activities for educators and students. With this learning media students are more enthusiastic in teaching and learning activities. This research is a Design Based Research (DBR) development research which refers to Sugiyono's development model, which uses seven steps in research, namely 1) Potential and Problems, 2) Data Collection, 3) Product Design, 4) Design Validation, 5) Improvement Design, 6) Product Testing, 7) Product Revision. Data collection techniques in this study used validation questionnaires, namely validation of material experts and media expert validation as well as student and lecturer responses. Data collection techniques in this study consisted of interviews (interviews) with students or lecturers of the Indonesian Language Course

Abstract

The increase in sales volume is very important for a company development. Companies use all techniques to increase sales volume, from creating new products that meet consumer needs to marketing communications. With direct or indirect marketing techniques to introduce products that are owned by the company. In the current era, there are many ways to conduct marketing communications, one of which is with technology-based social media. This research was conducted using survey data methods, based on product development data, marketing techniques to the desired result in the form of volume increase.
