This research is part of a qualitative research type. The method used in this research is literature review. This paper focuses on the positive outcomes, growth and achievements of character-based education by analyzing empirical data and new research findings. The role of teachers as mentors and guides is crucial in developing students' character. Through a better understanding of effective strategies and potential barriers, this research offers valuable contributions to the development of more effective teaching methods in the future. Organizational efficiency depends on high-quality human resources. Employee human resources difficulties often occur. However, there are some problems arising in relation to the human resources of employees where there are behaviors that indicate that there are activities that impede the performance of the organization and indicate the presence of some inappropriate staff. Corporate culture affects organizational citizenship behavior. The study examines and tests the relationship between cultural values and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in ethnic Chinese workers. PT Capella Dynamic Nusantara involved 127 ethnic Chinese employees for research analysis using purposive sampling methods. This analysis uses quantitative data. This data is collected using surveys techniques through online media in particular Google Forms. This forms consists of 26 items of cultural value scale and 36 items of behavioral scale of organizational citizenship. The hypothesis put forward in this study is that there is a positive relationship between the cultural values of Chinese employees and the behavior of organizational citizenship. The calculation is done using an analytical test (hypothesis test) consisting of the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Test. The survey found a strong link between organizational citizenship behavior and cultural values. Employee cultural values and organizational citizenship behavior are positively correlated. Thus, cultural value rises with the existence of organizational nationality behaviors and vice versa. The correlation coefficient of 0.303 and p=0.05 is shown by data analysis, which suggests that there is a positive and significant relationship between cultural values and organizational citizenship behavior. In other words, the higher the cultural value, the greater the organizational citizenship behavior, and vice versa. From this study it can be concluded that the research hypothesis that states there is a positive relationship between cultural values and the behavior of citizenship of the organization is accepted.

KMB is a creative economy business that sells furniture equipment such as various kinds of ceramics, granite, sanitary and technical equipment in Pati Regency, Central Java. KMB (Kayani Maju Bersama) carries out marketing activities offline and online. The business has fluctuating income, does not have a clear upward or downward trend. This is caused by the lack of fulfillment of consumer demand due to the lack of storage and display space at business outlets. This research aims to determine whether or not it is feasible to plan to open a new KMB branch in an area with a wider market share. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive and observation. The data collected is primary data in the form of market, technical and financial data obtained from the company. Furthermore, secondary data is obtained from internet sources or other literature studies. The results of designing market aspects obtained demand forecasting for the next five years with calculations using the SMA (Single Moving Average) method which includes potential markets, available markets and target markets. The results of the technical aspect design showed that the best new branch location was in Kudus Regency, the workforce was 29 people, and the total area of the new branch was 1350 m2. The results of the financial aspect design showed that the MARR was 15% with an NPV of IDR 8,110,680,197, an IRR value of 35.88%, and a PBP value of 3.65 years, which means that the three conditions were met for the business to be considered feasible. Apart from that, the sensitivity value is also taken into account by four important factors, namely an increase in product procurement costs with a sensitivity of 12.96%, a decrease in selling prices with a sensitivity of 30.61%, an increase in labor costs with a sensitivity of 197.12%, and a decrease in demand with a sensitivity of 9. .88%. Variables for each risk in market aspects, technical aspects and financial aspects owned by KMB are also measured by the NPV results of IDR 2,870,193,102, IRR value of 35.88%, and PBP value of 4.98 years, which means it can still be said to be feasible.

Corporate social responsibility changes the focus of a business from internal responsibility to environmental and social issues. This research examines how profitability, liquidity, leverage, independent board of commissioners, managerial ownership, and audit committee impact Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in agricultural and mining companies traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2018 to 2022. A total of eight out of a total of 75 companies as observation units, the companies have met the criteria in the purposive sampling method. This analysis uses multiple linear regression. Classic assumption tests such as normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity and autocorrelation were used to process this research data. The research results show empirical evidence that leverage (DER), manager ownership, and audit committee have an effect, while profitability (ROE), liquidity (CR), and board of commissioners do not influence corporate social responsibility. Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test results with Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) shows that the data is normally distributed, with a significance value of 0.104 > 0.05. The research results also do not show symptoms of multicollinearity because the tolerance value is above 0.10 and the VIF is below 10. There is no heteroscedasticity problem because the significance value of each independent variable is greater than α (0.05). The research results also show that there is no autocorrelation problem between each regression variable with the Asmpy sig (2-tailed) value being 0.104 more than 0.05. Apart from that, the F test results of the five independent variables influence CSR simultaneously. The results of calculating the coefficient of determination (R2), which shows an R2 value of 0.910. This shows that ROE, CR, DER, board of commissioners, manager ownership and audit committee influence CSR by 91%. Additional factors not discussed in this study had an impact of 9%.
