<![CDATA[Purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the number of electronic furniture, the number of lamps, the number of family dependents, income and electrical power on the electricity demand by households in Amban Village, Manokwari Regency. The data obtained comes from the results of interviews and literature review that supports this research. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the number of electrical furniture, the number of lamps and the number of dependents did not affect household electricity consumption, while income and electrical power did not affect household electricity consumption demand.]]>

<![CDATA[Women act as wives and even mothers for children in the household by carrying out domestic tasks at home to take care of and serve their husbands and family members. When women have many dependent needs in the family, women take on a dual role to be absorbed in the world of work in the informal sector as traders by trading in the market in order to generate income in order to meet the needs of family life. This study aims to analyze the factors of age, working hours, education level, and the number of dependents on the income of female traders in Sanggeng Manokwari Market by using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The regression results show that there is a significant effect of age and working hours on the income of female traders, while the level of education and number of dependents does not show a significant effect on the income of female traders in the Sanggeng Manokwari Market.]]>

<![CDATA[PT. Sinar Suri Toyota is located in Manokwari Regency, West Papua Province. The research objective was to see whether compensation and work motivation had an effect on employee performance. This type of research is associative research using a quantitative approach method. The population is all employees in the workshop who work at PT. Sinar Suri Toyota Manokwari with a total of 32 people. However, at the time of data collection, there was a pandemic Covid-19 so that data retrieval via google was from. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. To see the effect of the independent variable compensation and work motivation on the dependent variable employee performance through hypothesis testing. There are two ways used to measure the independent and dependent variables based on the t test and the F test. From the research results based on the parti al test (t test) for the variable compensation and work motivation on employee performance. For a significant value smaller than the error error (0.000> 0.05) and a significant value smaller than the error error (0.032> 0.05, so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that partially the compensation and work motivation variables have a significant effect on the variable Employee performance While simultaneous testing (F test) of compensation and motivation variables on employee performance variables with a significant value smaller than the error error (0.000> 0.05) so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that simultaneously, compensation and motivation greatly affect employee performance.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to know whether financial knowledge, financial capability and financial behavior in partially and simultaneously that have affect to financial saticfaction. Then, to know which is most dominant factor that effect to financial saticfaction. The type of this research is quantitative that using numerical data to analyzed. The sample in this research is using proportionate stratified random sampling. Which is technique of collecting the data that using questionare distributed to lecturer at Universitas of Papua counted 83 samples. The data were analyzed using validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis (determination coefficient test, F tes and T Test) with SPSS 21 software support. The results of this study showed that the variables of financial knowledge and financial behavior influenced partially to financial saticfaction. While financial capability does not effect partially to financial saticfaction. Simultaneously, financial knowledge, financial capability and financial behavior have an effect to financial saticfaction. Then, the most dominant variable of financial behavior is affect to financial saticfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the influence of location, consumer income, house prices, appetite for subsidized home purchase decisions in Manokwari Regency. The variables in this study are Location, Consumer Income, House Price and Taste. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data obtained through agencies related to this study, the analysis method used is to use multiple linear regression models using the SPSS Statistic 16 program. The results of the partial study (t test) Location, Kosumen Income, House Prices and tastes had a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase subsidized homes in Manokwari Regency. But together (simultaneously) variable locations, consumer income, house prices and tastes significantly influenced purchasing decisions at a confidence level of 95 percent.]]>

<![CDATA[Tourism products are an important part of the development of tourism sector. the real conditions of tourism products in the form of tourist attractions, facilities, at the location of the tourism attraction at the Sauwmyen beach re not very supportive for tourist activity. this condition will certainly greatly affect the experience and comfort travel. This study aims to determine the perceptions of tourists about the condition of tourism products and the comfort of tourist visitors obtained during a trip to Sauwmyen Beach, Oransbari district, South Manokwari Regency. Frequency distribution analysis technique, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and the IPA (Import and Performance Analysis) approach were used as analysis methods. Result showed that the availability of tourism product in the form of tourism attraction excitability and adequate facilities are not fully found at the location of tourist object, there for their result of data analysis show that respondents’ perceptions of tourism product at tourist object are less satisfied. Then according to reality then the comfort of tourist visitors while in tourist sites is less satisfied. Then the strategy is the need for the development of sauwmyen beach tourism object by local residents and the government to improve performance, indicator tourism product that have a primary need for visitors and can be seen in the respondents of each individual in terms of their interest and performance for the development of a better Sauwmyen beach tourism object in the future to be used by all tourists.]]>

<![CDATA[The concept of development in Indonesia is an effort to increase equitable distribution of development and its results through sectoral policies and community performance, especially in rural areas. To prosper the village community, the government issued a special budget for villages through the Village Fund Allocation (VFA) to increase community independence, including the Sumber Boga Village. The amount of VFA for Sumber Boga Village naturally should be followed by an increase in the welfare of the community. This study aims to analyze the effect of the management of VFA on the welfare of the community in Sumber Boga Village, Masni District, Manokwari Regency. The type of research used is qualitative and descriptive research using 88 heads of families as respondents obtained using purposive sampling technique. Regression analysis was carried out and the results show that either partially or simultaneously, all independent variables affect people's welfare.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of his study aims to determine and analyze how much the income level of tuna fishing business is and what factors affect the level of tuna fishing business income in Manokwari Regency. The analytical method used is the quantitative descriptive analysis method with interview guides and questionnaires as instruments. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously and partially the variables of capital, length of time at sea, number of workers and experience at sea had a significant effect on the income of tuna fishermen in Manokwari Regency.]]>

The analytical method used is the quantitative descriptive analysis method with interview guides and questionnaires as instruments. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the income variable, the number of dependents, and the premium price, had a significant effect, while partially only the number of dependents had a significant effect on the demand for BPJS health services at the Wosi Health Center.]]>
