Abstract

One of the disturbances in the transformer at the South Surabaya Substation is a short circuit, this disturbance causes an increase in the flow of electric current to a large extent resulting in heat on the transmission line and damage to the electric power system equipment so protection is needed. One type of equipment that needs to be protected is a transformer using a differential relay. In this study, the process of determining the relay settings was used using a numerical process and compared with the genetic algorithm(AG)method. In the AG process, the targeted optimization values are the current values of IsettandId. The results of the two processes are compared with the existing conditions to determine the resulting acceleration of the trip relay response. The trip response acceleration of each differential relay from the AG results shows an acceleration value of 0.088s, 0.047s, and 0.047s to the existing conditions while the numerical process shows an acceleration of the trip process of 0.083s, 0.045s, and 0.045s to the existing conditions. The results of the AG optimization show that the acceleration response is the best compared to the numerical process

Abstract

So far, the processing of SP3 data at Polrestabes Palembang is done manually, namely administrative staff officers write in the SP3 ledger and then type on a computer with Microsoft Office Word, so problems arise, namely administrative staff complain because the process takes two times which takes a long time to write and input. SP3 data. Another problem arises when searching for SP3 data based on letter number takes quite a long time so it is not effective and efficient. During the apprenticeship program at Polrestabes Palembang, an SP3 system was made, but there were still deficiencies, namely administrative staff recapitulating data based on case categories within a month, still counting manually, therefore a development was made that would make it easier for administrative staff to automatically recap data. With the development of this feature will be more effective and efficient. The purpose of this research is to make the development of an investigation termination warrant system. The benefit of this research is to simplify and speed up the work of administrative staff in inputting and searching for SP3 data. The system development method in this study uses the RAD method. The stages of this method are Requirement Planning, RAD Design Workshop, Implementation, Testing. Abstract

In the era of globalization, the progress of science and technology is very rapidly developing. This progress contains several aspects of human life both in terms of education, daily activities and business activities. One of the businesses engaged in selling tempeh in the form of a home industry needs to utilize the maximum technology that is wrong using Android. This is done to help increase the number of customers, customer loyalty and more importantly compared to the minimum cost. One technology that can increase the number of customers, customer loyalty and more importantly compared to the minimum Android technology. Before carrying out the calculation process, the authors conducted research by observation and interview. Optimization is a method used to analyze a system based on research. The Stepping Stone method is used to calculate the minimum operational costs required when given resources. Is the main step of the Stepping Stone method using the North West Corner method. The principle of work and support is to allocate resources offered by home industries at minimum cost. After using this method, the result is Rp. 40,600 from the initial cost before minimization of Rp. 65,000.

Abstract

Indonesia is a region prone to natural disasters, one of which is flooding. The purpose of this study was to visualize the impact areas of the natural flood disaster in all provinces of Indonesia by implementing business intelligence, which displays the number of submerged houses, damaged houses, and public facilities, as well as the number of dead, missing, and injured victims. The method of this research was obtained in the form of a dataset sourced from the National Disaster Management Agency from January 1, 2008, to January 31, 2023, using the business intelligence platform Tableau Public. The results of the research are in the form of reports and dashboards that display data visualization for flood-affected provinces in Indonesia. In conclusion, based on the visualization results obtained, the province that experienced the impact of the flood disaster was West Java with the highest number of 1,538,125, and based on all cities and districts in February 2021, there were 221,715 The most damaged houses and public facilities, namely 4,929 houses and 76,795 public facilities; and the most flood victims, namely 173 missing victims in 2010, 500 dead victims in 2010, and 69,656 injured victims in 2008.

Abstract

Companies for their daily activities use Office applications such as Word and Excel for bookkeeping, they switch to Movable Fixed Asset and Inventory Management applications because they often lose data when there is a sudden power failure. The purpose of this Audit is to find out how much the effectiveness and efficiency of the Movable Fixed Asset and Inventory Applications are used in the Company. Benefits for PT. Semesta's work is to evaluate whether they are using the Movable Fixed Asset and Inventory Applications correctly. COBIT is a framework that is often used by auditors, especially information systems auditors. COBIT can be used as a comprehensive tool to create information technology governance in a company. The results of the study were carried out to measure the performance of the application in the form of analysis, level of capability mapping, and recommendations for the company. The standards used in research are COBIT 5 focusing on the EDM, APO, BAI, DSS, and MEA.PT domains. Karya Semesta With the Cobit 5 Framework, a conclusion can be drawn based on the deployment of the questionnaire, there is the highest value in the domain EDM04 Ensure Resource Optimization has a gap of 0.38 with Ti Managed and Measurable capabilities and APO12 has a gap of 0.33, DSS5 has a gap of 0.28 with the P level or Partially achieved in its entirety, while for the APO10 maturity level it is smaller, namely 2.67, it has not reached the target level, then GAP will occur -0.33 and also BAI09 maturity is smaller than the target level, a gap of -0.23 will occur, and MEA01 the maturity level is also below the target level L or Largely achieved, with IT capabilities in the Defined Process for those that are still below the target level must be increased again so that the company is better

Abstract

Online-based sales are a must-have for every Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). By making buying and selling transactions online, business people are no longer need to waste a lot of time for marketing products or services to the marketplace. Considering that there is no current sales system or profile that introduces the sasambo techno company, this research raises a case of study for developing e-custom with a fast and adequate system release in a short time. The problem in this research is the limited time which is very short, therefore this research proposes the spiral method as a methodology for modeling the problems that occur in Sasambo Techno companies and solutions for developing e-custom systems at Sasambo Techno companies as a solution to problems found when conduct research. The spiral model is an iterative system development method that focuses more on risk analysis that will occur when developing the system, risks that will occur to the system and customer requests for the system to be developed. Abstract

Scholarship is a program in the form of financial assistance aimed at individuals to continue their education with the aim of helping reduce the financial burden during the study period, especially in difficult situations, so that it can help expedite the learning process. Based on data related to scholarship recipients obtained in 2020, 2021 and 2022, analysis is needed to see the characteristics of Bank Indonesia scholarship recipients because Bank Indonesia does not yet know this, this was said directly by the Bank Indonesia Scholarship supervisor. The method needed for grouping data is data mining with the Fuzzy C-Means algorithm and using a computerized system, namely the RapidMiner application. This study uses the Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA), Semester, and Study Program variables. The research results obtained were at Riau University for three years, the pattern formed was students of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences with a large GPA of 3.5. At Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau State University, Riau Muhammadiyah University, and Lancang Kuning University have the same pattern, namely students with a GPA above 3.5. Then at the Dumai College of Technology, namely Informatics Engineering students with a large GPA of 3.5

Abstract

At present official tutoring is an option for students to support their preparation for the next level of education, not only limited to guiding study, usually tutoring management prepares certain strategies so that students can pass the selection at the intended official service. Official schools in Indonesia are currently quite popular and in demand by many students, this is due to the advantages of official schools, namely the cost of education is relatively cheaper and even free, under the auspices of state institutions and have a greater opportunity to work immediately after graduation. This high interest causes high competition to enter service schools. One of the most popular services today is the STIS Statistics Polytechnic. The New Student Selection Selection (SPMB) at the STIS Statistics Polytechnic went through many stages. So that this is of interest to the tutoring management to find out what factors determine the passing of the selection. Ignorance of tutoring management in knowing the passing factor can lead to a lack of effective strategies and learning processes for tutoring students. Therefore, in this study the application of data mining science was carried out, namely classifying data from the 2022 STIS Statistics Polytechnic SPMB results using the ID3 decision tree algorithm which aims to find out the main factors that determine which students graduate. Then, the results of the research can be a support for tutoring management decisions in making strategies and future evaluations. So that tutoring students get the most appropriate and appropriate coaching strategy based on the results of this study. The dataset was analyzed by Data Mining using the ID3 Decision Tree Algorithm. Based on the research conducted on the data, the Kappa value is 1,000, the Accuracy is 100%, the Recall is 100,000%, the Classification Error is 0.00 and the Precision is 100%

Abstract

Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin (ITDA Muba) is one of the institutions in Musi Banyuasin Regency that provides public services as a form of service to the public, especially the people of Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. There are various types of public services provided by the Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin, such as requests for clearance letters, requests for character certificates, requests for speakers, and the KPK clinic service. Based on the conducted research, the Public Service Application (APU) of the Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin (ITDA Muba) can be successfully developed using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework. This indicates that the appropriate technology selection can support the development of a reliable and efficient application. The development of APU ITDA Muba using the Scrum method has brought benefits in increasing the involvement of the Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin as a client. Active involvement of the client is crucial in the process of application design and development to ensure that their needs and expectations are met. By hosting the application on the internet, APU ITDA Muba can be accessed by the public without time and location constraints. People can submit service requests anytime and anywhere, providing greater convenience and accessibility. Therefore, if the Public Service Application (APU) of the Inspektorat Daerah Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin (ITDA Muba) continues to be developed to improve its quality, improvements in functionality and security should be considered. Thus, the application can become better in terms of usability and provide a higher level of security. Further development efforts will contribute to more effective and efficient public services

Abstract

The government has been established improving the quality of rubber by implementing the Gerakan Nasional Bokar Bersih directed through Unit Pengolahan dan Pemasaran Bokar or UPPB. In processing and marketing rubber, UPPB conducts a rubber tender system. One of the UPPBs that applies the rubber tender system is UPPB KT. Karya Tani-IV. However, the tender system is still carried out conventionally through the Whatsapp group, so that the marketing of rubber carried out is still less extensive and is only marketed to known tender participants. In addition, UPPB KT. Karya Tani-IV currently does not have a website-based information system that can store farmer rubber recording data using a database. Therefore, this research provides a solution to design a prototype of the rubber tender Information System using the Design Thinking method. The design thinking method is considered capable of overcoming the problems faced by creating solutions based on user needs. The Design Thinking method is used to solve problems through creative ways by involving users into thinking activities and the user's point of view is used as the main benchmark in an action or activity in solving problems. The prototype of this system is designed to expand the reach of rubber marketing and make it easier for UPPB KT. Karya Tani-IV in processing rubber data. After testing the prototype using the System Usability Scale method, a final score of 82.45 was obtained. The final score obtained is included in the Acceptability Ranges category of "Acceptable" with a grade scale of "A" and receives an adjective rating of "Excellent", so the prototype designed is acceptable and feasible to be developed as a system that can assist the marketing and processing of Bokar data at UPPB KT.
