Abstract

Hospitals as health care institutions are always required to provide quality, effective and acute services. PERSI forms a guideline for developing service standards so that it supports more accountable and efficient hospital health services called clinical pathways. Clinical pathways are used to systematically record each intervention given to patients. In its implementation, the clinical pathway does not always work perfectly, this is caused by various things such as the lack of resources (equipment and other health facilities), also caused by the negligence of technical implementers such as doctors, nurses, nutritionists, and pharmaceuticals. The clinical pathway monitoring system is important to know the obstacles that arise. The monitoring system can support the evaluation process to be faster. In this study, the system was developed using the agile method with the scrum model. The study was conducted at Harapan Harapan General Hospital in Tegal City involving those who played a direct role in using the system, Patient Care Management (MPP). The functional test results are divided into three, the first system quality results as much as 76% according to its function. Second, the assessment of the quality of information, the value of the quality of information produced as much as 68% according to its function. The three assessments of service quality obtained results as much as 63% according to its function.

Abstract

Water contamination is a problem that is always difficult to resolved. One of the main sources that causes water contamination is waste caused by human activities. The needed for a system that can analyze the data of water contamination sources. The main cause of water contamination that became variables in this study are family, factory and other waste. The method of Cluster and Average Linkage is used to analyze hierarchical data. The results of Cluster analysis hierarchically divided into three provincial groups based on the population distribution of waste. The first group is the Province of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam, North Sumatra, West Sumatra, Riau, Jambi, South Sumatra, Bengkulu, Lampung, Bangka Belitung, DKI Jakarta, DI Yogyakarta, East Java, Banten, Bali, NTB, NTT, East Kalimantan, North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Gorontalo, West Sulawesi, Maluku, North Maluku, West Papua and Papua. The second group consists of West Java and Central Java. In the third group occupied by West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan and South Kalimantan. The source of water contamination, namely family waste, dominates the second group or it can be said that the province classified as the second group is dominated by family waste. The source of factory waste water contamination that dominates in the third group or it can be said that the provinces classified in the third group are dominated by factory waste as one of the most important sources of water contamination. The first group consisted of 28 members or 28 provinces, the second group had 2 members, while the third group consisted of 3 members. The first group has a source of water contamination, the most important of which is based on the indicators that are seen to be stable for the three indicators. The main source of water contamination based on the three indicators studied for the second group is dominated by family waste and other wastes. Whereas for the third group is dominated by factory waste.

Abstract

Lombok Tengah merupakan salah wilayah di Nusa Tenggara Barat yang memiliki banyak potensi, pada tahun 2014 melalui peraturan menteri Nomor 52 dinobatkan sebagai Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus. Dengan adanya kawasan ekonomi khusus (KEK) Mandalika di Lombok Tengah berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) dalam bidang industri kreatif. Dengan bertumbuhnya UMKM dalam bidang industri kreatif di Lombok Tengah berpengaruh terhadap kebutuhan tenaga professional dalam bidang desain kemasan produk yang lebih menarik. Akan tetapi, para pelaku UMKM terkendala dalam mendapatkan informasi layanan desain produk seperti, desain logo, paper bag, kemasan untuk frozen food, dan pembuatan kemasan. Dalam era teknologi distrupsi aksesabilitas terhadap infromasi akan lebih mudah dilakukan dengan cara mengambangkan sebuah sistem informasi.Scrum adalah kerangka kerja yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah pengembangan perangkat lunak yang kompleks.Hasil penelitian yang telah berupa pembuatan Sistem Informasi layanan jasa desain grafis, sistem informasi yang telah dibuat dapatdigunakan untuk melakukan pemesanan jasa desainmemberikan kemudahan pada para pelaku yang bergerak dalam bidang industri kreatif mampu agar UMKM di Lombok Tengah.

Abstract

Teknologi berkembang dengan sangat pesat, termasuk dibidang pertanian, salah satu desa di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah yaitu Desa Kawo Kecamatan Pujut, dengan mayoritas mata pencaharian penduduk sebagai petani. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara bersama petani di Desa Kawo, terdapat 30% petani menanam semangka pada musim tanam dua sudah masuk musim kemarau, 75% lahan pertanian yang ada di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah adalah lahan tadah hujan yang hanya mengandalkan hujan untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan air sehingga diperlukan sebuah alat yang dapat melakukan penyiraman dengan pengontrolan yang otomatis dengan memanfaatkan Arduino. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan variabel tanaman semangka dengan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan tahapan menentukan potensi dan masalah, desain produk, validasi desain, uji coba produk, revisi produk, uji coba pemakaian dan produksi masal. Pengujian alat dilakukan tiga tahap, tahap pertama dengan mengirimkan perintah penyiraman sebanyak 1 liter dengan jumlah tanaman 16 tanaman, masing-masing tanaman mendapatkan 62.5 mililiter air dalam waktu 8 detik. Uji coba kedua mengirimkan perintah penyiraman sebanyak 5 liter air, masing-masing tanaman mendapatkan 312.5 mililiter dengan durasi penyiraman 20 detik. Sedangkan uji coba ketiga dengan mengirimkan perintah penyiraman sebanyak 8 liter air, masing-masing tanaman mendapatkan 500 mililiter air dengan durasi 33 detik. Jadi berdasarkan hasil pengujian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa setiap komponen berfungsi dengan baik dan sensor water flow yang berfungsi sebagai penghitung debit air yang keluar pada saat penyiraman dapat berfungsi dengan baik sesuai dengan perintah yang dikirim dengan rata-rata waktu penyiraman 4,3 detik per liter.

Abstract

Infection disease have been national or international problem. The prevalence rate of meaning is high for death. Infection disease difficulties to controlling. The occurrence of inequality ratio medical professionals is one of the things that became lack of control of infection disease. Information technology is needed to support the achievement of control, it became the base for building a modeling system that can detect the presence of infection disease, especially infectious disease with tropical infection categories. Ontology as a concept in building a system with using jaccard similarity method for calculation of the case. The result a system accuracy in this study, typhoid fever disease as much as 88%, dengue fever as much as 96% and malaria disease as much as 77%. System can be able to use by paramedic as reference the beginning for anamneses also patients can be able to use as an early warning to determine the condition health.

Abstract

Abstract The prevalence of cataracts in Indonesia is very high, this can affect the quality of life, productivity and social aspects will cause the nation's economy to be in a low-level position. Cataract problems certainly need to be considered more, however, on the other hand, the lack of experts (doctors) is an obstacle especially outside the city. Uneven distribution of experts will complicate the conditions for solving problems. With these conditions, a semantic-based information technology approach is needed regarding the treatment of patients with cataracts. Semantic information can provide knowledge to non-physician health workers, this will certainly facilitate the process of prevention and prevention of cataracts. In this research, knowledge is modeled using the ontology concept. We have built an ontology model that can be used as a guide to the management of cataract disease. To extract the built-in ontology model, simple protocol and RDF Language (SPARQL) are used as query languages. Apache Jena Fuseki is used to simplify the process of evaluating knowledge.

Abstract

Deteksi peristiwa biomolekuler dalam visual yang akan dianalisis menggunakan komputasi untuk mendeteksi efektivitas dan akurasi penyakit. Sebagai hasil utama, banyak analisis visual, mulai dari pengelompokan gen hingga filogenetik, menghasilkan pohon hierarkis. Toolkit Lingkungan Eksplorasi Pohon (ETE) yang membantu manipulasi, analisis, dan visualisasi pohon hierarkis otomatis. Kemudian, dalam makalah ini, daftar mutasi β-thalassemia yang merupakan kelompok kelainan darah herediter yang ditandai oleh anomali dalam sintesis rantai beta hemoglobin yang menghasilkan berbagai fenotipe mulai dari anemia berat hingga individu tanpa gejala klinis. Hasil ini adalah ETEToolkit dapat menguraikan mutasi ini untuk ditampilkan melalui pohon dan penyelarasan dalam satu bingkai, kemudian kita dapat menyesuaikan dan merender ke dalam gambar PDF. Mutasi ini berlokasi di pusat Jawa, Indonesia.

Abstract

In the era of technological disruption of mass communication, social media became a reference in absorbing public opinion. The digitalization of data is very rapidly produced by social media users because it is an attempt to represent the feelings of the audience. Data production in question is the user posts the status and comments on social media. Data production by the public in social media raises a very large set of data or can be referred to as big data. Big data is a collection of data sets in very large numbers, complex, has a relatively fast appearance time, so that makes it difficult to handle. Analysis of big data with data mining methods to get knowledge patterns in it. This study analyzes the sentiments of netizens on Twitter social media on Mr. Wiranto stabbing case. The results of the sentiment analysis showed 41% gave positive comments, 29% commented neutrally, and 29% commented negatively on events. Besides, modeling of the data is carried out using a support vector machine algorithm to create a system capable of classifying positive, neutral, and negative connotations. The classification model that has been made is then tested using the confusion matrix technique with each result is a precision value of 83%, a recall value of 80%, and finally, as much as 80% obtained in testing the accuracy.

Abstract

Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) is a hospital owned by the Lombok Tengah Regency Government. RSUD Praya has a main vision as a hospital with excellent service, by prioritizing perfect, effective, efficient and friendly quality services, family-based manner with financing affordable to all levels of society. Efforts that have been made by RSUD Praya are implementing hospital information systems. In 2014 RSUD Praya has used the hospital information system (SIMRS) which was developed independently. However, the SIMRS that was developed has not been deemed effective in supporting business processes at RSUD Praya. In mid-2019 to date, RSUD Praya has carried out a system migration. The system migration from the old SIMRS to SIMRS Khanza presented obstacles in integrating data. One reason is that the two hospital information systems were developed by different developers. Therefore, the data contained in each Database is different. This difference creates a gap when it comes to analyzing patient data simultaneously from 2014 to the present. Gap analysis between the two hospital information systems at RSUD Praya cannot reflect good data management. One of the efforts to overcome the gap analysis is to build a data warehouse. The development of a data warehouse and dashboard is the right effort if you look at the size of the data records stored in the two SIMRS Databases used at RSUD Praya. The test results on the dashboard system that were developed simultaneously were as much as 86% with each measured assessment was a system quality assessment of 86%, an assessment of information quality by 88%, and an assessment of system service quality by 85% of the test results it can be concluded that the system is sufficient. assist in supporting the performance of data processing at RSUD Praya. With the dashboard system developed at RSUD Praya, stakeholders in the hospital be able to get the information and knowledge contained in the transaction data carried out at RSUD Praya easily

Abstract

Tugas Akhir merupakan salah satu karya ilmiah mahasiswa sebagai syarat menyelesaikan pendidikan Strata Satu (S1) di STMIK Lombok. Sistem pengajuan judul tugas akhir dan dosen pembimbing di STMIK Lombok masih menggunakan sistem konvensional sehingga proses pendaftaran pengajuan tugas akhir menjadi lebih lama dan memperlambat penyusunan proposal. Peneliti menggunakan beberapa Metodologi penelitian dalam Perancangan sistem ini. Untuk metode pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan metode Observasi dan metode Wawancara pada Mahasiswa, Akademik dan Kaprodi. Sedangkan untuk metode analisis metode yang digunakan adalah metode PIECES. Pada penilitian ini dikembangkan sistem pendaftaran Tugas Akhir di STMIK Lombok dengan metodologi extereme programming. Sistem digunakan oleh 4 user yaitu mahasiswa, akademik, dosen, dan kaprodi. Interface dibangun berdasarakan form cetak yang berlaku. Sistem diintegrasikan dengan Database SIAKAD STMIK Lombok. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian fungsional yang dilakukan dengan metode white box. Setiap fitur dapat berjalan dengan baik dan sistem dapat mengelola data pengajuan judul, pendaftaran seminr proposal dan pendaftaran sidang Tugas Akhir.
