The scope of the articles published in JoLSIC deal with a broad range of topics in the fields of law in general, but the main focus are in the Customary Law and Islamic Law provisions. The purpose of this journal is to promote research and studies on the topic of Islamic Law and Customary Law. JoLSIC provides a forum for academic researchers including students, as well as for practitioners of open legal publishing. The results of research show that the role of the Consultative Body (BPD) in village governance system serves as a village legislature stipulated in Law No. 32 of 2004, Regulation of the Government (PP) No. 72 of 2005, and Sukoharjo District Regulation (Perda) No. 6 of 2006 . BPD instrumental set rules with the village chief, the community and share their aspirations. The mechanism of the Village formally procedural regulations include: (a) Preparation Establishment of Village Regulations; (b) Discussion of Draft Regulation Village; (c) Establishment of Village Regulations and Endorsements; (d) Rural Development and Control Regulations; (e) The promulgation and dissemination Village regulations. Factors affecting the preparation of the implementation of Regulation participatory village in the district consists of 5 factors Mojolaban the juridical, political, human resources BPD, Facilities/Information Technology Facilities and rural culture.

Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan undang-undang dan pendekatan kasus dengan bahan hukum primer berupa peraturan perundang-undangan dan bahan hukum sekunder berupa publikasi tentang hukum yang bukan dokumen resmi (website) yang berkaitan dengan isu hukum yang dikaji.This study aims to determine how the interfaith marriage in Indonesia from the perspective of Islamic law. This type of research is normative research. The approach used is the approach of legislation and case-based approach to primary legal materials in the form of legislation and secondary legal materials in the form of the publication of the law is not an official document (website) related to legal issues studied.

Notary has two sides were attached, namely as an individual Indonesian citizens and public officials appointed by the competent authority. As a Notary as a holder of the office of Notary who performs duties as a public official appointed by an authorized official. Notary as an individual has a position as an Indonesian Citizen based on his personal identity as an Indonesian Citizen. The legal protection provided to the Notary is based on the position of the Notary as a public official appointed by an authorized public official, not legal protection as an individual Indonesian Citizen. Although the two are attached together but related to legal protection, there is a separation of the two positions. Legal protection of Notaries as individual Indonesian Citizens has been regulated by regulations already in Indonesia and related to the human rights of individual Indonesian Citizens while legal protection of Notaries as public officials is a topic of discussion that will be discussed further. Discuss the legal protection for Notaries in the performance of their duties by reviewing based on the principle of proportionality. Legal protection for Notaries in the performance of their office is now something important because many Notaries are criminalized in the performance of their office. The research method used for this research is normative research. This research is a prescriptive analysis. In this research, using the approach, the approach of legislation (Statue Approach) and conceptual approach (Conceptual Approach).

The purpose of this study is to determine the juridical analysis of the position of the child, the legal status of the child and to find out the government's efforts to overcome the position of the child from an unregistered marriage. This type of research is an empirical descriptive qualitative. The data source uses primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that children resulting from unregistered marriages are registered and then registered in the civil registration in order to obtain a legal legal position. The legal status of unmarried children is that after the Decision of the Constitutional Court Number 46/PUU-VIII/2010, if it can be proven based on science and technology and/or other evidence, it turns out that they are related by blood as their father, then they are entitled to inherit from their father. The government's effort in overcoming the position of children from unregistered marriages is to socialize so that siri couples become legal marriages, namely by registering with marriage istbat and re-marrying.Keywords: legal status, legal status, children, unregistered marriage

This study describes and examines several problems, first, in the implementation of population administration services at the Loket Desa in Wonogiri Regency are touts-free. Second, the model of population administration service at the Loket Desa that is free of touts that can be applied by the Population and Civil Registration Office of Wonogiri Regency. This research is a descriptive empirical research using an inductive approach. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used through documentation studies, interviews and observations. The data analysis of this research is data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and verificationThe widespread use of touts' services are still found in population administration services. This happened because people feels that services in population administration must go through complicated and long bureaucratic procedures. In fact, as bureaucratic reforms and government policies progressed, population administration services became easy, simple and free. On the other hand, using the services of touts makes management costs expensive and becomes an illustration of the low quality of service. Based on these problems, we need a new innovation that is "INFO CEPAT, INFO KILAT", by utilizing the WhatsApp application with the automatic reply method and as a means that can be used to find information about village counter services and can conduct consultations on population document issues. Hoped with this innovation, that the Loket Desa innovation service can be free from touts.

This study aims to find out the main causes of birth certificate data changes in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Karanganyar Regency, to know the policies of the Karanganyar District Government in the settlement of cases of changes in birth certificate data, and to know the inhibitory factors and supporting local government policies in resolving cases of changes in birth certificate data in Karanganyar Regency.In this study used an empirical juridical approach. With data collection techniques through observation, interview, and documentation studies. The results showed that the main cause of the name change case as in the Court Determination No. 2/Pdt.P/2021/PN Krg name change on the birth certificate was done because the applicant is better known in his residential environment as Antok Saryanto than Saryanto.Then in the case of correcting the name of the parent on the birth certificate in the name of Esti Rahayu the correction was done because there was an error in writing the name of the parent, Sumarsih should be Sunarsih as written on the Family Card and the parent's Marriage Certificate. Karanganyar District Government Policy in resolving cases of changes in birth certificate data in accordance with the provisions in the legislation The inhibitory factors of this policy are cultural factors and community factors. Supporting factors are legal factors, law enforcement factors, and facilities or facilities factors.

Negara Indonesia sebagai negara hukum memiliki kewajiban untuk melindungi hak pribadi penduduknya, salah satunya melalui pelayanan administrasi kependudukan. Perkembangan teknologi dan tingginya mobilitas penduduk memiliki pengaruh terhadap pelayanan administrasi kependudukan setelah adanya perubahan asas pelayanan yang semula asas peristiwa menjadi asas domisili, khususnya pelayanan KTP-elektronik. Menanggapi pengaruh tersebut, pemerintah melalui Kemendagri membuat kebijakan yaitu pelayanan KTP-elektronik luar domisili. Tujuannya untuk mempercepat cakupan kepemilikan KTP-elektronik secara nasional bagi penduduk wajib KTP serta memberikan pelayanan yang membahagiakan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menjelaskan dan mengkaji permasalahan mengenai implementasi pelayanan, kendala dan upaya mengatasi permasalahan dalam pelayanan KTP-elektronik luar domisili. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian empiris dan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Sumber data penelitian primer diperoleh dari wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari jurnal, buku, peraturan yang berlaku dan data di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pelayanan perekaman dan penerbitan KTP-elektronik bagi penduduk luar domisili di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Sragen sudah cukup baik, karena memenuhi variabel-variabel dalam teori implementasi Van Meter dan Van Horn serta teori Edward III meskipun terdapat kendala jaringan server, data pemohon yang belum diupdate, belum ada standar operasional prosedur, dan kurangnya sumber daya manusia. Upaya dari Disdukcapil Kabupaten Sragen untuk mengatasi jaringan server dengan ping jaringan/ memeriksa koneksi, sedangkan untuk mengatasi data pemohon yang belum update adalah menghubungi administrator database (ADB) Disdukcapil daerah asal untuk mengkonsolidasikan data ke pusat, Disdukcapil Kabupaten Sragen harus segera membuat dan mengesahkan standar operasional prosedur dan mengajukan permintaan pegawai ke Badan Kepegawaian Negara.

Dispute resolution through the judicial process is considered ineffective and efficient, because it is slow and convoluted. This is not in accordance with the basic principles in the judiciary, namely the judiciary is carried out in a simple, fast and low cost way. However, with the establishment of PERMA No. 2 of 2015 concerning Procedures for Settlement of Simple Lawsuits, the settlement of simple lawsuits disputes through Litigation can run more efficiently with all the provisions contained therein, including the elimination of exceptions. This study uses a literature study research method with a normative juridical approach. The data obtained from primary and secondary legal materials were collected using the library method for further analysis to determine the urgency of removing exceptions in PERMA No. 2 of 2015 concerning Procedures for Settlement of Simple Lawsuits. Based on the analysis carried out, the elimination of exceptions in the regulation is in accordance with the principles of simplicity, speed and low cost in court. Where this principle aims to make it easier for people to find the truth without injuring the rights of the parties because the entire process to be carried out has been explained in advance by the judge. In this case, it also avoids procrastination by the parties so that disputes can be resolved more quickly. Eliminating this exception is in line with the goal of maslahah mursalah. Because the purpose of maslahah mursalah with the use of simple, fast and low-cost principles is the same, namely for benefit by providing convenience in seeking the truth.

Tokopedia is one of the leading marketplaces in Indonesia that allows Tokopedia users (Toppers) to buy and save gold digitally in small amounts. This article aims to analyze the permissibility of buying and selling gold in cash in an Islamic perspective. This research uses normative legal research or library research, namely legal research conducted by examining library materials consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. This research is expected to provide insight into the mechanism of buying and selling gold transactions in cash so that people can avoid fraud.

This study aims to explain about ‘kawin gantung’ in the Sundanese tribal community, especially in several areas in West Java as part of a tradition that is still being maintained by some local people. The research method used is analytical descriptive research, which is a method carried out through studying and analyzing and giving an overview of the existence of “Kawin Gantung” in several areas in West Java in perspective on the protection of minors using a qualitative approach by providing interpretation of the data obtained by looking at the rule of law, theories and principles of law with the aim of answering the problem, with data collection technique through literatur study. The findings in this study that ‘kawin gantung’ with objects of minors which are still being carried out or maintained by some people in several areas in West Java, including in Cipaeh Serdang Village, Tangerang Regency, Cikawung Village, Tasikmalaya Regency, and Ujung Gebang Village, Cirebon Regency are not in line with the provisions that regulate the minimum age limit for marriage and is not in line with the protection and respect for children's rights, especially the right to have their opinions heard and the right to obtain tion against child marriage.
