Artikel yang dimuat dalam jurnal IJMPro adalah penelitian asli dalam bidang manajmen dengan fokus pada manajemen sumber daya manusia, manajemen pemasaran, manajemen keuangan dan manajemen operasi. Abstract

Research objectives specifically to know the results of the analysis of the implementation of the value of cultural safety through the Baturaja Risk Containment employee Level Junior Manager and Specialist at PT. Semen Baturaja Site Baturaja. The method of research that is used is qualitative descriptive by emphasizing analysis of data obtained in the field. Data collection in the field using observation and interview techniques. Data sources and information obtained from informant that is an employee of the Junior manager and specialist and also key informant from the officials at the Vice president, Senior Manager and Manager who experienced more than six years in the field. The results of the study stated that before the program BRC employees did not care and do not understand the importance of occupational safety. After the implementation of BRC program there is a change in safety culture of employees with increased awareness of 64%, increased adherence to safety rules by 14% and increased understanding of safety culture by 22%. Factors supporting the creation of cultural safety include 60% of consciousness, 25% of fear due to sanctions and 15% pressure from superiors. The positive impact of the BRC program makes employees more concerned about the culture of safety. With the commitment and maximum support from the cement Baturaja, the value of cultural Safety through BRC program for employees of Semen Baturaja in Junior Manager and Specialist disite Baturaja can not only be realized well but also provide a positive image for investors and the public.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is specifically to obtain the influence of Cost, Production Time and Product Quality trough decision for making spare part influence on performance Departement Workshop and Constuction PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. The research method uses descriptive survey, field data collection using questionnaire and observation techniques. This research uses a mix method in the form of quantitative research that is equipped with qualitative data. Samples taken as many as 100 people who are echelon I, II, III, and IV employees. Data processing using SERVO Analysis tools and SPSS software version. Testing data with realibility test using cronbach’s alpha, get value of cost efficiency = 0.965 > 0.60, production time = 0.974 > 0.60, quality product = 0.971 > 0.60, corporate performance = 0.970 > 0.60, decision for making spare part = 0.946 > 0.60. that the variable of cost efficeiency, production time, quality product, corporate performance, decision for making spare part on performance Departement Workshop and Constuction PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk. Cost have positive and significant effect towards decision for making sparepart in Departement Workshop and Construction PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk as big as 20.4%, Production Time have positive and significant effect towards decision for making sparepart in Departement Workshop and Construction PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk as big as 38.2%, Product Quality have positive and significant effect towards decision for making sparepart in Departement Workshop and Construction PT. Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk as big as 39.7%.

Abstract

On limestone blasting activities besides safety there are two other important factors that must be highly considered, that are productivity and environmental impacts that caused, along with the replacement of the blasting contractor at PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk and accompanied by the strategy of explosive type change that used from ANFO with electric detonator to DABEX with non electric detonator. So, it is necessary an analysis of productivity and environmental impacts that caused, whether for the better or vice versa. The research method that used is qualitative triangulation research using data from direct observation in field, managing documentation data and conducting deep interview with parties who are directly or indirectly involved on limestone blasting activities. Interview was conducted with 10 samples representing representatives of Mining Division work unit with representatives from Echelon 1, Echelon III, Echelon IV and daily workers. From the testing data obtained that the strategy of explosive type change from productivity side is better and more efficient whereas from environmental impacts caused side is not better especially with the use of DABEX which cause an increased level of vibration. Based on these results, it is necessary to make improvements to the blasting method or to find for other alternative explosives that can increase productivity but have minimal environmental impact.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product, price, promotion, place, people, physical evidence, and the process, or what is known as the 7P marketing mix on the decision to purchase plane tickets Online. The methodology used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis method, with the population used in this study consisting of 3 (three) airlines, namely Sriwijaya Air, Batik Air, and Lion Air Palembang with 329 respondents and processed with SPSS version 22. Partially, the marketing mix variables that influence the purchasing decisions to purchase plane ticket online of Palembang are price, place, and process. The conclusion of this study, the results of the analysis show that the product, price, promotion, place, people, physical evidence, and process variables together have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision to purchase plane tickets Online of the Palembang city with an F value of 64.908 and an r2 value of 0.766 or 76% and the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how competence, compensation and work motivation jointly affect the performance of KPU employees in Banyuasin Regency. The General Election of Banyuasin Regency used quantitative methods, using a saturated sampling sample in the study of 20 employees. In this study, the types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Hypothesis testing through t test and F test using SPSS analysis tools. The results of data processing using SPSS 20, using the t test that t counts 4,330> t table 2.003 There is an influence of competence on performance; that t count 4.181> t table 2.003 positive and significant effect of compensation on performance; t count 4.469> t table 2.003 there is a positive and significant influence of motivation on performance; and F count 34.356> F table 4.883 and a significance level of 0.00 <0.05, that there is a positive and significant effect on the competency, compensation and motivation patterns together on performance, with a determination coefficient of 77.5%, the rest is influenced by other variables. The conclusion of the research is that competence, compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance either partially or simultaneously. Strategies to improve employee performance at the KPU Banyuasin Regency can be done by first increasing employee motivation to increase broad knowledge of knowledge in supporting work implementation, then increase. competence to be consistent in having a good attitude with colleagues.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the results of the analysis of the influence of organizational culture, competence and compensation both partially and simulatively on the performance of Palembang Palembang Regional Market Company Palembang City. The study used a confirmatory survey method with a quantitative approach, a population of 220 employees of Palembang Jaya Regional Market Company Palembang City, 142 taken as a sample of research using a Sloven formula, data collection using questionnaire techniques, documentation and observation. Data processing uses the spss version 23 analysis tools. Research time is from November 2019 to January 2020. Results Data output is processed with SPSS, that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on performance with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05 and t table 7.552> t count 2.003 regression coefficient of o, 538; that partially the competence has a positive and significant effect on performance with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05 and t table 5.949> t count 2.003 regression coefficient 0.450; that partially, compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance with a significance level of 0.00 <0.05 and t table 7.667> t count 2.003 regression coefficient of 0.545; and simultaneously organizational culture, competence and compensation affect the performance of t count 8.599> t table 4.763 regression coefficient of 47.1% the rest 52.9% influenced by other variables. Research conclusions that (1) employee organizational culture always work together in a work team, have a positive and significant effect on improving performance through leadership support in employee development, (2) employee competence by getting enough facilities to run, tasks have a positive and significant impact on performance through leadership support in employee development; (3) Compensation to employees in the form of adequate facilities in carrying out tasks, positively and significantly influencing performance through leadership support for employee development, (4) Organizational Culture, Competence and Compensation simultaneously affect the performance improvement of Palembang Palembang Pasar Daerah Regional Company with a regression reached 47.1%, while another 52.9% was influenced by variations of other variables. Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the analysis of the effect of organizational commitment, organizational climate, and capacity building on the performance of the Ogan Komering Ilir Regency DPRD Secretariat. This research uses a confirmative survey method and is verification in nature. The method used is a quantitative method through data collection in the field and direct information from a sample of 71 people. The sample measurement refers to the concept of the Krejcie-Morgan table. The data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Hypothesis testing through t test and F test using SPSS analysis tools. The results of data processing using SPSS 20, using the t test that t count is 4.075 <t table 2.003 that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance; The organizational climate at the OKI Regency DPRD Secretariat apparently cannot affect the performance with t count 1.588> t table 2.003; Capacity Building affects the performance of the OKI Regency DPRD Secretariat with t count 2.176> t table 2.003. Regression determination jointly influences organizational commitment, organizational climate and capacity building on performance, in OKI Regency only 0.285 or 28.5%. This means that as many as 71.5% are influenced by variations or combinations of other variables outside the research variables. The conclusion of this research is that Organizational Commitment, Organizational Climate and Capacity Building on the Performance of the Regional Representative Council Secretariat of the Ogan Komering Ilir Regency are influential, but to improve the performance of the OKI DPRD Secretariat can be done by increasing the work commitment of employees; in carrying out the workload that is completed according to schedule, through increasing the organizational commitment of the DPRD Secretariat to guard against committing disgraceful acts in order to maintain the morale of the DPRD.

Abstract

In this globalization era, every company both small and large companies compete with each other with the aim to maintain and advance the life of the company. In this study the profitability ratio is measured by return on equity (ROE). Return on equity (ROE) is a ratio that shows the company's ability to generate net income for return on shareholders' equity. In this study, the sample that will be used is consumer goods companies listed in LQ45 for the period of 2012 to 2016. LQ45 is chosen based on the availability of complete financial statement data, companies listed in LQ45 have been categorized as having a level of liquidats, profitability and company value from year after year is in good condition compared to companies that are not listed in LQ45, so it is expected that testing of the ratios can be done thoroughly in accordance with the objectives of this study. Food and Beverage Companies in LQ45 which the authors make as a sample of this research are: PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk (UNVR), PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk (INDF), PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur, Tbk (ICBP). The test results prove that: partially, the Capital Structure (DER) of the Company has a positive effect on firm value, company growth has no effect on firm value, profitability has a negative effect on Company Value (PBV) and simultaneously capital structure, company growth, and profitability have an effect on the value of the company. To increase its growth, food and beverage companies listed on the IDX LQ45 must pay attention to capital structure by utilizing productive use of debt to increase company value.

Abstract

Currently, the development of digital marketing, especially on social media Instagram, is increasingly in demand by everyone, of course, this has an impact on the quality of great brand awareness for companies in marketing their goods or services, including universities. In this study, there are five variables used, namely content creation (X1), content sharing (X2), connecting (X3), community building (X4), brand awareness (Y). This type of research in this study uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Data collection was obtained through distributing questionnaires online to students of the Faculty of Economics who are still active in the even semester in 2019. The sample used in this study amounted to 275 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The result of this research is content creation (X1), which has a positive and significant effect on brand awareness (Y) of social media Instagram, Indo Global Mandiri University. Content sharing (X2) has not had a positive and significant impact on brand awareness (Y) of the social media Instagram at Indo Global Mandiri University. Connection (X3) has not had a positive and significant influence on brand awareness (Y) of the social media Instagram at Indo Global Mandiri University. Community building (X4) has not had a positive and significant impact on brand awareness (Y) of the social media Instagram at Indo Global Mandiri University. However, all variables (X) have a joint influence on brand awareness (Y) of social media Instagram, Indo Global Mandiri University.

Abstract

Currently, more and more banking companies are competing for control of the existing market share by creating customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is the main thing for banks to gain the trust of customers to continue using their services. In this study, there are five variables used, namely Brand Image (X1), Product (X2), Service (X3), Promotion (X4) and Customer Satisfaction (Y). The type of research used in this research is descriptive verification method with a quantitative approach. Data collection is obtained through distributing questionnaires to customers of PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk KCP Bayung Lencir which is still active. The sample used in this study amounted to 261 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with data analysis techniques through descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The result of this research is that brand image partially affects customer satisfaction at PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk KCP Bayung Lencir, the product has no effect on customer satisfaction PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk KCP Bayung Lencir, service affects customer satisfaction PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk KCP Bayung Lencir and Promotion has no effect on customer satisfaction at PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk KCP Bayung Lencir. Meanwhile, brand image, products, services and promotions together have an effect on customer satisfaction at PT. BNI (Persero) Tbk KCP Bayung Lencir. The percentage of influence of brand image, products, services and promotions on customer satisfaction is 49.1%, while the rest is influenced by variables or other factors outside of this study.
