Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan RSUP Dr. Mohamad Hoesin Palembang. Dalam penelitian ini diambil sampel sebanyak 100 orang dari 500 populasi pasien rawat jalan RSUP Dr. Mohamad Hosien Palembang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode simple random sampling.Dari hasil penelitian ini, secara simultan variabel reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, dan tangible secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Jalan RSUP Dr. Mohamad Hosien Palembang, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai uji F dimana sig F sebesar 0,0000 < α (0,05). Secara parsial variabel reliability memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan pasien yang ditunjukan nilai sig t 0,028 < α (0,05). Variabel responsiveness tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan pasien yang ditunjukan nilai sig t 0,000 < α (0,05). variabel assurance memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan pasien yang ditunjukan nilai sig t 0,05 = α (0,05). Variabel empathy berpengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan pasien yang ditunjukan nilai sig t 0,794 > α (0,05). dan Variabel tangible tidak memiliki berpengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan pasien yang ditunjukan nilai sig t 0,000 < α (0,05). Koefisien korelasi rata-rata 0,867 menunjukan hubungan yang sangat kuat dan positif (searah). Koefisien determinasi Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,752. Dapat dijelaskan bahwa variabel kepuasan di pengaruhi oleh variabel reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, dan tangible sebesar 75,2% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.Kata Kunci : Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Tangible dan Kepuasan pasien

Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini, yaitu untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai negeri sipil pada Dinas Pendidikan di Kabupaten/Kota dan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh :  1) gaya kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen organisasi, 2) budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi, 3) gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi secara simultan terhadap komitmen organisasi, 4) gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 5)  budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, 6) komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, 7) gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan verifikatif dengan melibatkan sampel penelitian sebanyak 200 orang Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten/Kota dan Provinsi di Sumatera Selatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proporsional random sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan model persamaan struktural (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan program aplikasi LISREL 8.70Hasil penelitian ini dengan menggunakan 2nd CFA (Second Order Confirmatory Factor Analysis), menunjukan bahwa : 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan  dan Budaya organisasi  baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap komitmen organisasi, 2) terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi dan komitmen organisasi tersebut merupakan faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai khususnya dimensi tekad bulat/kemauan kuat pada indikator kemauan bekerja keras untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi.Kesimpulan: untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai pada  Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten/Kota dan Provinsi di Sumatera Selatan diperlukan gaya kepemimpinan selling dan komitmen organisasi yang berorientasi pada tekad bulat/kemauan kuat. Kata Kunci : Gaya Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi,   dan Kinerja.

Abstract

Tujuan pendampingan keahlian untuk akselerasi pembahasan RAPBD, menganalisis kendala pelaksanaan fungsi anggaran DPRD, secara khusus ditujukan untuk mencari model dukungan keahlian dalam rangka peningkatan kapasitas Badan Anggaran DPRD dalam pembahasan dan penetapan APBD.Pendampingan dalam perspektif metodologimerupakan cara untuk mengembangkan peran masyarakat, sifat utama pendamping adalah sebagai “animator”.Dalam proses pendampingan, menggunakan metode participatory action research (PAR). Bahwa participatory action research adalah kombinasi sosial, kerja pendidikan, dan aksi politik menggunakan konsep penelitian partisipatif dalam konteks metodologi materialis historis, yang didefinisikan sebagai penelitian interaksi demokratis. Model yang dibangun untuk akselerasi  penetapan APBD mengikuti siklus anggaran, kata kuncinya adalah hubungan harmonis antara legislasi dan eksekutif. Pendampingan keahlian untuk membangun komitmen legislatif dan eksekutif, kemampuan tenaga ahli adalah menjembatani kepentingan Kepala daerah dan DPRD. Untuk pengkuatan Badan Anggaran DPRD perlu didampingi tenaga ahli yang memiliki kompetensi bidang ahli keuangan daerah dan auditing , peran Sekretariat DPRD menjadi krusial dalam merekrutasi dan menyiapkan kelompok pakar  sesuai kapasitas yang dibutuhkan.Peran pendampingan keahlian untuk akselerasi pembahasan anggaran pendapatan dan belanja daerah, faktor dominan yang menentukan adalah harmonisasi Kepala Daerah dan DPR. Kata kunci : Pendampingan Keahlian, Kelompok Pakar,  Banggar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the analysis of the effect of organizational commitment, organizational climate, and capacity building on the performance of the Ogan Komering Ilir Regency DPRD Secretariat. This research uses a confirmative survey method and is verification in nature. The method used is a quantitative method through data collection in the field and direct information from a sample of 71 people. The sample measurement refers to the concept of the Krejcie-Morgan table. The data collection techniques used questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. Hypothesis testing through t test and F test using SPSS analysis tools. The results of data processing using SPSS 20, using the t test that t count is 4.075 <t table 2.003 that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on performance; The organizational climate at the OKI Regency DPRD Secretariat apparently cannot affect the performance with t count 1.588> t table 2.003; Capacity Building affects the performance of the OKI Regency DPRD Secretariat with t count 2.176> t table 2.003. Regression determination jointly influences organizational commitment, organizational climate and capacity building on performance, in OKI Regency only 0.285 or 28.5%. This means that as many as 71.5% are influenced by variations or combinations of other variables outside the research variables. The conclusion of this research is that Organizational Commitment, Organizational Climate and Capacity Building on the Performance of the Regional Representative Council Secretariat of the Ogan Komering Ilir Regency are influential, but to improve the performance of the OKI DPRD Secretariat can be done by increasing the work commitment of employees; in carrying out the workload that is completed according to schedule, through increasing the organizational commitment of the DPRD Secretariat to guard against committing disgraceful acts in order to maintain the morale of the DPRD.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengankepuasan kerja sebagai variabel antara di PT Sinar Surya Matahari Motor. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linearberganda, dan uji analisis jalur dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 20. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 110 responden. Penelitian menggunakanpendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skalaLikert untuk mengukur setiap pernyataan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara terpisahantara lingkungan kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan secara langsung. Sedangkan nilai signifikansi pengaruh lingkungan kerja dankompensasi melalui kepuasan kerja tidak lebih besar dari pengaruh langsungnya. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress which includes role conflict and workload on employee performance, especially at university lecturers in Banten. Respondents in this study were 106 lecturers from 13 universities in Banten. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS 20 program. The results of this study indicate that workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, but role conflict has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, role conflict and workload have a significant effect on employee performance. The implication of this research is expected to provide information and input to relevant institutions (university leaders), especially universities in Banten in their efforts to minimize the impact of negative work stress on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of Government Apparatuses in Cicendo District, Bandung City. This study involved 63 Cicendo District government officials, Bandung City, and all of them became respondents using a multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of this study indicate that Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the performance of Cicendo District Government Apparatuses, Bandung City. While partially it was found that the leadership style factor had the most dominant significant influence on the performance of the Cicendo District Government Apparatus, Bandung City.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether the time management variable has an influence on student academic achievement. The research data uses primary data derived from questionnaires which are then processed and analyzed and then presented in the form of tables and narratives. The sample used was 97 respondents taken from the second semester student population majoring in Management who already had study results in the form of grades and stated in the study results card. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. In this research, tthe analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the study stated that time management has a positive influence on academic achievement.

Abstract

One of the after-sales services offered by the Yamaha corporation, Yamaha One Day Service, offers maintenance and repair services for the customer's Yamaha unit on-site. One of the key components for effective unit functioning is the maximum performance of the Yamaha employees that work onsite maintenance in the Bandung region. This study aims to investigate the effects of pay on performance, pay on job satisfaction, pay on performance through job satisfaction, pay on performance, pay on performance through job satisfaction, pay on performance through job satisfaction, pay on performance, pay on performance through job satisfaction. A sample of the workforce was taken using the census method, and there are currently 39 respondents who work in the Bandung region. The analysis makes use of path analysis with SMART PLS. According to the results, 1) compensation has a positive but not statistically significant impact on performance, 2) compensation has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, 3) compensation has a positive and significant impact on performance via the variable job satisfaction, and 4) motivation has a positive but not statistically significant impact on performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job evaluation, work environment and supervision on the work effectiveness of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Lahat Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test using, normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, partial tests and coefficient of determination. The results of the study obtained that job evaluation has a significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Lahat Regency. The work environment has a significant effect on the effectiveness of the work of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Lahat Regency. Supervision has a significant effect on the work effectiveness of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of Lahat Regency Keywords: Job evaluation, work environment, supervision and work effectiveness.
