Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan dari adalah untuk menguji secara empirisperbedaan kinerja keuangan berdasarkan metode RGEC pada perusahaanperbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2011-2015. Objekpenelitian ini adalah Bank Swasta dan Bank Pemerintah yang Terdaftar Di BursaEfek Indonesia. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research, yaitu suatuobyeknya atau tujuannya adalah untuk menguji hubungan atau variabel-variabelyang dihipotesiskan. Variabel yang digunakan untuk menilai kinerja keuanganperbankan melalui CAR, BOPO, LDR, ukuran perusahaan, NPL, GCG dan ROApada bank swasta dan bank milik pemerintah yang terdaftar pada Bursa EfekIndonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 14 perusahaanperbankan (bank pemerintah sebanyak 4 dan bank swasta sebanyak 10. Teknikpengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non random sampling melaluipurposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji beda(Independent Sample Test). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahwa dariketujuh variabel pengukur kinerja terbukti hanya variabel BOPO, ukuranperusahaan,dan ROA menunjukkan perbedaan antara kinerja keuangan bankswasta dengan kinerja keuangan bank pemerintah. Sedangkan untuk variabelCAR, LDR, NPL, GCG menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan kinerjakeuangan antara bank swasta dengan bank pemerintah.

Abstract

Effort to develop tourist objects to attract tourist visits careful planning basedon data and information available through research activities, the purpose of development of tourist attraction will be tailored to the expectations of tourists to the benefits of tourism services offered. Therefore, the attractions based on information research results will be more effective. One of the development of the Martapura riverbanks is the development of Siring Piere Tendean and the tower of view, the floating market, the procurement of river transportation, and the construction of the Bekantan statue as the mascot of South Kalimantan. The purpose of the development is the improvement of the economy of the community, both local communities and traditional traders around the development of these attractions so that this study aimsto know the influence of tourist attraction to the incomes of local communities andtraditional traders. This research is quantitative and analyzed descriptively. The data used are primary data taken from observation, documentation, questionnaire method.Sampling technique is using purposive sampling with data analysis technique using simple regression. The result of the research shows that the influence of tourism object development on the income of local community and traditional trader is R2 = 0,590 or59% after the development of Siring Piere Tandean. From the result it shows theincrease of income of local community and traditional trader.

Abstract

The growth of household industry today is one alternative to improve the family economy. Their circumstances require them to participate in working to help the family economy to earn enough income just to survive. One way to earn extra income by trying to trade. The low level of education and skills that have made the cake traders prefer to work in the informal sector. By working in this sector they can divide the time between family and work done. Traders of cakes The majority of women who have characteristics such as individual characteristics and household characteristics that can affect the income contribution of women. Women's working roles have a relationship to women's income contribution to household income. The large or small amount of income received by working women will affect the increase in household income, and the income can be used for various things. This means that women's incomes contribute to their home economies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and prove that prices affect the consumer's decision to buy the house of type 36 in the CV. Prime rate of Mandiri in Manggis Guntung Banjarbaru.There are two variables in this study, the independent variable (Independent) are denoted by X, namely types 36 house prices on the CV. Prime rate Mandiri and the dependentvariable (Dependent) represented by Y is the consumer's decision to buy a house type 36 CV. Prime rate Mandiri. Number pupulasi in this study was 50 and made the overall sample of 50 respondents. Sampling using simple random sampling (simplerandom sampling). To determine whether there is the influence of the independentmvariable (X) to the dependent variable (Y) used simple regression analysis model equationY'= -1.287 + 0,982X. The conclusion of this study is t test showed that t count> t tablemwhere thitung 9.801> 2.011 ttabel. This means that the independent variable (X) there isma positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Y). The coefficient ofmdetermination shows the figure of 0.667 which means that the price variable (X) has a contribution of 66.7% of the consumer decision variable(Y), while the remaining 33.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian Olilacakes Banjarbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah pedekatan kuantitatif dengan responden sebanyak 69 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara terhadap narasumber dan pengisian kuisioner oleh responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan berbantukan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga berpengaruh secara parsial dan signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian Olilacakes Banjarbaru. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung hasil uji t sebesar 10,384 dan nilai ttabel sebesar 1,996 yang berarti thitung > ttabel maka dapat di nyatakan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Kemudian, dari penelitian ini diperoleh pula persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 7,285 + 0,820X. Adapun nilai R Square sebesar 0,617 yang artinya presentase atau kemampuan variabel harga dapat menerangkan atau menjelaskan variabel keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian Olilacakes Banjarbaru sebesar 61,7% sedangkan sisanya 38,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditunjukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan pemakai aplikasi e-commerce Shopee Indonesia. Variable yang digunkan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas pelayanan (X) dan kepuasan pelanggan (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa kelas reguler Banjarbaru Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Achmad Yani Banjarmasin sebanyak 40 orang pengguna Shopee Indonesia. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Kelas Reguler Banjarbaru Universitas Achmad Yani Banjarmasin sebanyak 40 orang. Tenik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh dimana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisa regresi sederhana, dengan rumus persamaan Y = a + bX.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa uji asumsi klasik dalam penelitian ini memenuhi syarat dilihat dari tidak terjadi uji heteroskedastisitas dan data berdistribusi normal . Persamaan regresi sederhana Y= -10,376 + 0,665X. Hasil uji t diketahui kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Shopee Indonesia, karena taraf signifikan 5% thitung 14,256 > ttabel 2,024. Koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 83,8% yang berarti kemampuan kualitas pelayanan (X) dapat menerangkan kepuasan pelanggan (Y) sebesar 84,2%, sedangkan sisanya 15,8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS) partially on stock prices in telecommuni-cation companies listed on the IDX. To find out and analyze the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS) simultaneously on the Share Price of telecommunications Companies Listed on the IDX. This is to determine the variables that have a dominant effect on stock prices in telecommunications companies listed on the IDX. This research is a correlational study. This study uses multiple linear regression methods to test hypotheses whit statistical analysis tools in the form of SPSS Version 21 software. Hy-pothesis testing is carried out after the multiple linear regression model to be usaed is deemed feasible or free from violations of classical assumption so that the test results can be interpret-ed appropriately. Classical assumption testing includes normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelationtest, heteroscedasticity test. The result of this research show that Current Ratio (CR) has no significant effect on stock princes and Earning Per Share has a significant effect on stock prices in telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016. Until 2019. Current Ratio (CR), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share sim-ultaneously affect stock prices. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh faktor sosial terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik pada toko kosmetik WIE di Kandangan, (2) pengaruh faktor personal terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik pada toko kosmetik WIE di Kandangan, (3) pengaruh faktor sosial dan personal terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik di toko kosmetik WIE di Kandangan. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen (Y), Faktor Sosial (X1), Faktor Personal (X2). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siapa saja yang kebetulan menjadi pembeli di toko kosmetik WIE. Teknik pengumpulan data secara wawancara, observasi, dan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Issac dan Michael dan teknik nonprobability sampling diperoleh sebanyak 58 responden dari 160 populasi. Hasil uji t variabel personal (X2) menunjukan thitung = 1,178< ttabel 2,003. Artinya Ho2 diterima dan Ha2 ditolak dengan demikian variabel personal tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikasi terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik. Hasil uji F menunjukan Fhitung 41,457> Ftabel 2,77 artinya Ho3 ditolak dan Ha3 diterima dengan demikian variabel sosial (X1) dan personal (X2) berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikasi terhadap keputusan pembelian kosmetik di toko kosmetik WIE di Kandangan. Variabel sosial dan personal dikatakan mampu menjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap keputusan pembelian yaitu sebesar 58,7% serta sisanya 41,3% diberikan kepada variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian. Kata kunci: Sosial, Personal, dan Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to (1) know and analyse the influence of the service, marketing mix through product variables, pricing, promotion, place, people, physical evidence, and the process of costumer decisions to save funds at Government Banks in Banjarmasin, (2) know and analyse service marketing mix variables that have dominant influence on costumer decisions to save funds at Government Banks in Banjarmasin. This research is quantitative descriptive. The type of data used is qualitative and quantitative data, while the data source used are primary and secondary data. The population in this study are individuals or costumers who have connected to the Government Banks in Banjarmasin. The sampling technique used for this study was purposive sampling. The number of samples taken is 95 costumers. Technique for collecting data through observation, questionnaires , and documentation. Data analyse was performed using multiple regression methods. Based on the result of the analyse, the product, promotion, place of technical evidence, and process partially influence the costumers decision to save funda with the Government Banks in Banjarmasin. Whereas people have no effect on costumer’s decision to save funda with the Government Banks in Banjarmasin. Simultaneously product, pricing, promotion, place, people, physical to save funda with the Government Banks in Banjarmasin. Promotion is a variable that has dominant influence on customers decision to save funda with the Government Banks in Banjarmasin.

Abstract

Promotional activities not only function as a communication tool between companies and consumers, but also as a tool to influence consumers in purchasing activities or using products according to their needs and desires. Indonesia has a variety of food. One of them is a business in the culinary field which is currently very promising. UMKM Roti Agung is a business in the culinary field located in the city of Martapura, South Kalimantan. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of promotion on consumer purchasing decisions for Roti Agung Martapura. The study was conducted at the Roti Agung MSME located on Jalan Taruna Praja No 2 Rt 11 Sungai Sipai Village, Martapura. The data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires or questionnaires, documents, observations and interviews. The questionnaire given is in the form of a set of closed or open written questions to respondents to answer. The variable of this study uses the independent variable, namely promotion (X), while the dependent variable is purchase decision (Y). The results of this study reveal 1) The results of the partial test or t test show the effect of the variable X (promotion) on the consumer decisions of Roti Agung Martapura with a tcount value of 8.781 and a t-table value of 1.992 so that we can see that tcount > ttable, it is stated that Ho rejected and Ha accepted where the promotion variable had a partial effect on consumer purchasing decisions for Roti Agung Martapura, and 2) R square value of 0.507, which means that the percentage of promotion variables can explain the variable purchasing decisions of consumers of Roti Agung Martapura of 50.7 % while the remaining 49.3% is explained by other variables outside of this study.
