Abstract

The healthcare system is a presuming indicator of the development of a country. The corporality of a welcome healthcare system will provide welfare and health for every citizen. However, the reality is that not all countries have the same rights and access to health services. Therefore, to obtain equal basic needs, right, and access to health services for every citizen, various countries are trying to implement universal/national health insurance. The implementation of universal health insurance is still a challenge for Indonesians. It is also related to the healthcare system that is still low compared to several other developing countries and Indonesia's neighboring countries. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to find a comparison between the healthcare system and the implementation of universal health insurance among neighboring countries in Indonesia. The analysis of this study was conducted by the literature review method. Each country has unique and different characteristics, so the healthcare system and universal health insurance that apply in each country have advantages and disadvantages. Therefore, every homeland strives for its healthcare system and instead seeks to build a strong, more stable, and stable health system so that every citizen can enjoy a quality and quality healthcare system

Abstract

Pandayangan Tourism is a natural tourist destination with a flowing river and beautiful natural surroundings, and it works in collaboration with the Labusel children's community. The study's goal was to identify and analyze Pandayangan tourism through the use of a Marketing Communication Strategy to Increase Tourist Visits. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data gathered through interviews with tourism managers, observations, and literature searches. Integrated Marketing Communication is the theory employed (IMC). Based on the data analysis, it was determined that Pandayangan Tourism had implemented a marketing strategy during the promotion stage, which was accomplished by using mass selling and public relations methods, understanding the benefits and drawbacks of tourism products, and carrying out marketing objectives that emphasized increasing sales in order to increase visitors. Pandayangan tourism's marketing strategy activities include providing the best facilities for the convenience of visitors. Promotional activities, understanding the benefits and drawbacks of tourism products, and achieving marketing objectives are all concluded to always obtain and produce an increase in visitors.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to depict the symbols and forms of Satanism in the Travis Scott concert. Due to riots that occurred during the concert a few months ago, 8 people were declared dead and hundreds of others were injured. However, many conspiracy theories emerged from netizens, who thought the concert was a ritual of human sacrifice because many netizens saw elements of satanism at the concert. As a result, the writer is intrigued by the images and shapes discovered by the researchers at this concert. The researcher will describe denotatively, connotatively, and mythically using Roland Bathers semiotics. Researchers discovered Satanic symbols and forms in Travis Scott's Astroworld Festival 2021 concert.

Abstract

This research is entitled Collaborative Pillars of Rural Development, which is located in Latdalam Village, South Tanimbar District, Tanimbar Islands Regency, Maluku Province. With a qualitative descriptive model, researchers took field data to obtain scientific facts related to How Collaborative Pillars Drive Latdalam Village Development. And the results of this study are (1) the communication of the driving pillars of village development in the village of Latdalam (Village Government, Churches, and Customary Institutions) needs to be maximized; (2) Commitment from the driving pillars and the community needs to be implemented with high development and awareness, and suggestions are given to this problem, namely: Implementation of the concept of Collaborating the village driving pillars in Latdalam, because healthy collaboration will create healthy ones, and be an example which is good for the next generation to maintain and develop the concept of collaboration in subsequent developments.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine how Deli Serdang Diskominfostan's communication model contributes to the creative and innovative dissemination of public information. This study is an example of descriptive qualitative research. The triangulation method was used in this study. Triangulation is a technique for determining the validity of research data. The data for this study came from interviews with several Diskoinfostan members as well as a student. The findings indicate that Diskominfostan's communication model for disseminating public information creatively and innovatively is a one-way communication model, in which Diskominfostan acts as a facilitator for disseminating information to the public or the general public. Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and radio are examples of public communication media.

Abstract

Rapid technological advancement brings civilization to the mass media industry. The presence of new media in the community has created communication dynamics in the transmission of information. Traditional media must be able to align with transformation and innovation. Despite the flood of digital media, daily alert's main product remains newspapers. The constructivism paradigm and descriptive qualitative research methods were used in this study. In-depth interviews, observation, and documentation were used to collect data in this study. According to the findings of this study, mass media alert has a strategy to keep the newspaper alive in the digital era, an innovation strategy, a human resource management strategy, and a recognition of obstacles and solutions in order to stay alive in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze law enforcement in the investigation of criminal acts of destruction of evidence in the jurisdiction of Kendari City and the role of evidence in court trials if the confiscated proof cannot be shown because it has been destroyed due to demonstrations and legal efforts by police officers in the Prevention of Destruction of Evidence Due to Demonstrations in Kendari City. This research is an empirical research type. Collecting data is through field studies, literature studies, interviews, and library materials relevant to this research. Furthermore, the data obtained were analyzed qualitatively and presented descriptively following explanations closely related to this research. A conclusion was drawn based on the analysis carried out. The study results indicate that law enforcement in the investigation of criminal acts of destruction of evidence is a form of accountability for the Kendari City Police Police; the police carry out the law enforcement process following their authority and the court.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how interpersonal communication is important in broken home families so that children do not develop psychological disorders or violate norms. Broken families are a social phenomenon that should not occur but has become common in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. According to the findings, eight factors contributed to a broken home: 1) communication disorders, 2) egocentricity, 3) dissatisfaction, 4) economy, 5) time, 6) lack of education, 7) third party disturbances, and 8) disturbances. psychological. Parents play an important role in establishing interpersonal communication so that no more children engage in harmful behaviors that violate norms. Furthermore, parents implemented a number of interpersonal communication strategies in order to establish an intimate and intimate relationship with their children.

Abstract

The cover of the LPM Dinamika magazine discusses the silver man phenomenon that occurs in Indonesia, the lack of a solution from the government that causes them to take to the streets, and the higher income required to become a silver man. The goal of this study was to figure out what the representamen, objects, and interpretants on the magazine cover meant. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method, with the cover of this magazine serving as the material for analyzing Charles Sanders Pierce's semiotics. The researchers chose the cover of the Silver Man magazine as material that is considered quite interesting and needs to be studied out of the many magazine covers studied. The two elements contained on the cover, namely visual elements in the form of images and text elements in the form of typography, show the results of this study, users of the sign on the cover of Uber-Uber Human Silver dynamics. Seven marks were discovered on the cover as a result of these two elements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of economic growth, government capital expenditure, and human development index on the inequality of income distribution in Metropolitan Cities in Indonesia. This type of research is descriptive associative research, where the data used is secondary data from 2012 to 2021 obtained from relevant agencies, which were analyzed using the panel data regression method. The findings of this study indicate that the human development index has a negative and significant effect on the inequality of income distribution in Metropolitan Cities in Indonesia, capital expenditures and economic growth have a positive and insignificant effect on the inequality of income distribution in Metropolitan Cities in Indonesia. Taken together, only the human development index has a significant effect on the inequality of income distribution in Metropolitan Cities in Indonesia.
