<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth, level of education and health on the number of poor people in the Regency/City of Bali Province. In this study, the high poverty rate in the Regency/City of the Province of Bali is a problem that will be studied. The method used in this study is a quantitative panel data method with the help of software eviews 9. The data used is secondary data, using panel data methods (cross-section) and (time series). The period in this analysis is 2007-2016 and 9 districts/cities in the province of Bali. The results showed that simultaneously the variable economic growth (X1) had a positive and significant effect on the number of poor people in the Regency/City of Bali Province. Meanwhile, the education level variable (X2) and the health variable (X3) have a negative and significant effect on the number of poor people in the Regency/City of Bali Province. <![CDATA[This study aims to analyze employment conditions and how inflation affects economic growth, minimum wages and employment in Banten Province. The object of this research is focused on Banten Province with data published by BPS Banten province. The data collection method used is a study of documentation derived from the publications of the Central Statistics Agency. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis in the form of time series multiple linear regression analysis based on classical assumption testing. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence on inflation, economic growth, minimum wages and employment on unemployment in Banten Province. The results of further research show that inflation, economic growth, minimum wages on unemployment in Banten Province simultaneously or together. The suggestion of this research is to encourage local governments to increase the capacity of human resources that can increase productivity, economic growth, employment and pay attention to unemployment in Banten Province. <![CDATA[This study aims to determine the factors that influence the human development index in the Gerbangkertosusila Plus area of East Java Province. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method and the variables used in this study are economies, population, poverty, and special allocation funds in the gate area of kertosusila plus. The data used in this study were obtained from BPS East Java Province. The results of this study indicate that the per capita GRDP has a positive effect, population density has a negative effect, the number of poor people has a negative effect, the special allocation fund for education has a positive effect and the special allocation fund for health has a negative effect on the human development index in the Gerbangkertosusila Plus area.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the factors that influence the Human Development Index in the Madura Island region. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method and the variables used in this study are HDI, per capita GRDP, Health Sector Budget, and Education Sector Budget on Madura Island. The data used in this study were obtained from BPS East Java Province. The results of this study indicate that GRDP per capita has a positive effect, the Health Sector Budget has a negative effect, and the Education Sector Budget has a positive effect on the Human Development Index in all districts on Madura Island.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to analyze the manufacturing sector which has the potential to increase employment and the effect of the number of industries, the GRDP of the manufacturing industry and the minimum wage on employment in the Riau Islands Province in 2015-2019. The method used in this research uses 2 methods, namely Klassen typology and panel data regression. The results of the research from the classification typology show that industries with potential employment or still developing rapidly (Quadrant III) consist of 4 industries. And the results of the panel data regression research show that the number of industries and the minimum wage have a positive and significant effect on employment. <![CDATA[This study aims to find out the Role of the Korean Wave (Korean Wave) To Creative Business Community in East Java Province, and find out the formation of Creative Business from the influence of the Korean Wave (Korean Wave). This research was conducted on several creative business communities in East Java Province with a total sample of 31 respondents of creative businessmen based on purposive sampling techniques. The object in this study is a creative business formed from Korean waves such as K-POP (Korean Music), K-Fashion (Korean Fashion), and K-Food (Korean Food). Data collection in this study was collected through observation and interview with several stages of data analysis such as data collection, data reduction, presentation of data, and withdrawal of conclusions. The results of this study concluded that the existence of the Korean Wave plays a role in creative business in East Java Province. This role has been the reason for the formation of various creative businesses.]]>

<![CDATA[Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) is the amount of added value generated for all business and service areas in a region, applying the total value of final goods and services produced by all economic units. Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) is influenced by the realization of income which is a fiscal policy adopted by regional governments. The purpose of this study was to determine the average source of regional income, analyze the influence of PAD, DAU and DAK on PDRB of Regency / City Government in East Nusa Tenggara. The data used is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of the Regency and City of East Java Province in 2017-2019. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the variable Investment (PMDN), Regional Tax and Labor (Working Force) on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB-ADHK) in the Regency/City of East Java Province. The analytical tool used is panel data regression. From the results obtained, the value of the determinant coefficient R^2 for the model used is the Fixed Effect of 0.929335. Where it shows the dependent variable is 92.93%. So that the results of the study can be concluded that simultaneously Investment, Regional Tax and Labor have a positive and significant effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB) with F statistic 48.65 greater than F-table. While the results of the partial test show that investment, local taxes and labor have a significant positive effect on Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB).]]>
