Abstract

This study aims to analyze the rate of economic growth, the human development index, the level of concern for the poor in Central Java Province in 2015 – 2020. The type of data used in this study is panel data. The tool used to perform the test is eviews9. The tests used in this study were FE, CE, RE, Chou, Hausman, LM, multiple linear regression and normality tests. The results show that the economic growth rate has a significant negative effect where the coefficient value is -0.043 with a probability value of 0.0475, the human development index has a significant negative effect where the coefficient value is -1.104 with a probability value of 0.0000, and the level of open partition has an insignificant effect with a coefficient 0.071 with a probability value of 0.2727.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of China's exports and imports on Indonesia's economic growth through the exchange rate during 2000-2019. The method used is a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the publications of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), World Bank Data, and the International Monetary Fund (IMF). The analytical tool used is path analysis. Data is processed through E-views. The results of this study show that directly Indonesia-China exports had a positive and significant impact on Indonesia's economic growth. While, directly Indonesia-China imports did not have a significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth. Indirectly Indonesia-China exports and imports have no significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth through the exchange rate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Open Unemployment Rate, Provincial Minimum Wage, Economic Growth and Human Development Index on the Number of Poor Populations partially and simultaneously in Java. This study uses panel data regression analysis. The results of the study show that the Open Unemployment Rate has a positive and significant effect on the number of poor people on the island of Java. The minimum wage has a negative and significant effect on the number of poor people in Java. Economic growth has a positive and insignificant effect on the number of poor people on the island of Java. The human development index has a negative and significant effect on the Number of Poor Populations in Java Island 2012 – 2020

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of village fund allocation, human development index, and number of workers on economic growth. This research was conducted in Lamongan Regency. The results of this research shows that simultant test (F-test all independent variables had an effect on Economic Growth. The results of the partial test (t-test) show that the Village Fund Allocation has a positive and insignificant effect on Economic Growth, the Human Development Index has a significant negative effect on Economic Growth. While the number of workers has a significant positive effect on economic growth.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the demand for BPJS Employment insurance for formal sector workers in the city of Probolinggo. This study uses quantitative methods with the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression with EViews9 and SPSS25.0 programs. The results obtained indicate that income, education level, and age have a significant positive effect on BPJS Employment insurance demand.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of fundamental variables and macroeconomic variables on sharia stock prices in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for 1 periode 20116-2020 which publishes financial statements successively. The analytical method used is panel data regression with Common Effect Model (CEM) research model and assisted by the Eviews 9 program. The partial results show that all variables have a significant effect on Sharia Stock Prices except the Earning Per Share (EPS) variable has no effect significant to the Sharia Share Price. While the results of the study simultaneously all variables have a significant influence on the islamic stock price.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the success of economic development in Batu city and the influence of agriculture, production of holticultural, hotel accommodation labor and open of unemployment rate in Batu city. The method used in this study using mutiple regression and classic assump analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the area of agricultural that have been converted to tourism. Especiallyy in hotel accommodation, has no impact on the economy of human resources. This can be caused by the phenomenon of urbanization and th equality of community independence in improving skill is very good. While the results of the mutiple regression research show that partially, Hotel Accommodation have a negative and significant effect on agriculture. Meanwhile, iproduction of holticultural, labor and open of unemployment rate has a negative and insignificant effect on agriculture. Simultaneously, production of holticultural, hotel accommodation, labor and open of unemployment rate have a significant positive effect on agricultural of Batu City in 2003-2020.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of the tourism sector on the local revenue of Central Lombok Regency in 2011-2020. The analytical tool used is processed time series data by testing the hypothesis of Multiple Regression Analysis, Classical Assumption Test, F Test, T Test, R Test. The results show that domestic tourists have an insignificant negative effect with a coefficient value of -0.049960 and a probability value of 0.5449 . Foreign tourists have a significant positive effect with a coefficient value of 0.123156 and a probability of 0.0256. Accommodation has a significant positive effect with a coefficient value of 692.4411 and a probability of 0.0363 on Regional Original Income in Central Lombok Regency in 2011-2020

Abstract

This study aims to identify whether the workload affects the performance of employees at the West Aceh Regional Secretariat office, and whether the work environment affects the performance of the employees of the West Aceh Regional Secretariat Office. The samples involved in this study were as many as 20% 0f population. This study used a quantitative approach and a questionnaire as the instrument in the data collection technique. SPSS version 25.0 was employed to analyze the data obtained. The results of the study stated that based on the results of the T test, workload had a positive effect on employee performance and the work environment also had an effect on employee performance. Similar to the T test, the results of the F test also show that the two variables (workload and work environment) affected employee performance. Furthermore, the results of the coefficient of determination test show that 39.50% of employee performance was influenced by workload and work environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of the cable car project to be implemented in Batu City. This type of research is quantitative which is assisted by primary and secondary data in processing data. Primary data in the form of the latest numbers in 2021 assisted by Microsoft Excel Software. The analysis method of this research is an investment feasibility analysis using NPV, IRR, Net B/C Ratio, Payback Period, ROI, and Sensitivity Analysis instruments. This study found that the cable car project was declared feasible to be built with an NPV value of Rp. 221,270,812,352, IRR 14.90%, Net B/C Ratio 14.90%, Payback Period estimated at 22 Years 7 Months and RIO 13.90%. Sensitivity analysis of 75% of the number of visitors stated that the NPV of Rp. -29,045,541,406, IRR of 10.05%, Net B/C Ratio of 10.83%, Payback Period . 24 Years 7 Months, and an ROI of 9.83%.
