Abstract

This study aimed to determine the correlation between level of creative thinking ability with social knowledge competency of students of grade V in elementary school Gugus Kapten Kompyang Sujana in the lesson year 2017/2018. The type of this research was ex post facto. The method used in this research is descriptive method with correlation study type. Research populations were all students grade 5 in elementary school Gugus Kapten Kompyang Sujana academic period 2017/2018 which has population over 637 students. Sample was determined by proportional technique random sampling with the level of error 5% and the number of sample gained from the populations were 227 students. The data were obtained through the results of a creative thinking essay test which was answered by the respondents. The statistical analysis used in this research is hypothesis test using triserial correlation analysis. Based on the result of analysis then rptscount = 1,005. At a level of signification 5% with n = 227, then obtained rtable= 1,960. Because rcount= 1,005 >rtable= 1,960 it means that H0 that said there is no significant correlation between level of creative thinking ability with social knowledge competency of students of grade V in elementary school Gugus Kapten Kompyang Sujana in the lesson year 2017/2018 was accepted. The conclusion was there is no correlation between level of creative thinking ability with social knowledge competency of students of grade V elementary school Gugus Kapten Kompyang Sujana in the lesson year 2017/2018. Suggested to other researchers for the results of this study can be used as a reference to carry out further research using the test is a creative thinking essay test.Keywords: level of creative thinking ability, social knowledge competency, students of grade V elementary school.

Abstract

This study has a purpose to describe the steps of using Problem Based Learning model, in improving learning outcomes Subtheme Curtural Diversity in My Country. The research was conducted in SD Negeri Purwosari 01 Temanggung Regency with the subject of research is the fourth grader of SD Negeri Purwosari 01. The independent variable in this research is the learning model of Problem Based Learning, while the dependent variable, that is student learning outcomes. Data collection by observation and test. this study is designed to be implemented in two cycles. This study is designed to be implemented in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: planning, action, observation, and analysis and reflection. Data analysis techniques in this study are divided into two, the first is the analysis of quantitative data, is the value of student learning outcomes, and the second is the qualitative data, sentences that describe the results of observations on the implementation of learning. The results showed that the application of Problem Based Learning model can improve student learning outcomes. The analysis of learning result data shows that students' learning completeness is only 23.08%, increased to 46.15% in cycle I and in cycle II the learning completeness has reached 92.31%. Keyword : Problem Based Learning, Learning Result

Abstract

This research has an aim to determine the impact of CTL approach based on the portfolio assessment on science knowledge competence of grade V students Gugus I Gusti Ngurah Rai Denpasar Selatan of the academic year 2017/2018. This type of research is an experiment using Non-equivalent control group design research plan. The population of this research is all grade V students Gugus I Gusti Ngurah Rai with the total number of 263 students. The determination of the sample in this research is using random sampling technique with random class. The sample of the research is the student of grade Vc SDN 4 Sanur with the total amount 35 students as an experiment group and the grade V student SDN 8 Sanur with the total of 41 students as a control group. The competence data of science knowledge competence was collected by instruments in the form of multiple choice objective tests with 32 test items that has been validated. The data obtained were analyzed using statistic-descriptive method and statistic-inferential method, afterwards hypothesis test using (t) test. The result of the analysis data obtained thitung = 5,955 meanwhile, at the level of significance 5% and dk = 74 obtained score ttabel = 2,000 therefore, thitung =  5,955 > ttabel = 2,000. The average of science knowledge competence of an experiment group student  = 78,00 >  = 67,28 control group. Therefore, It can be concluded that the CTL approach based on the portfolio assessment has an effect on the science knowledge competence of the students of grade V Gugus I Gusti Ngurah Rai Denpasar Selatan Academic Year 2017/2018. Keywords : CTL, portfolio assessment, science knowledge competence.

Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive multimedia as a tool for improving the results of learning mathematics of grade 4 elementary school (SD). Research method with Research and Development (RnD) with ASSURE development model with 6 stages: 1) analyze learners characteristic, 2) state objectives, 3) select modify or design method, media or materials, 4) utilize media and materials, 5) learners participation, 6) evaluate and revise. The validity and interactive multimedia materials and products are tested by expert tests using the validation sheet instrument. Validate material experts with an 86% percent score with criteria indicating very high category. Media validation with 88% percentage score with very good category. The practicality of interactive multimedia products was tested with limited trials, 2 SDs did not use media and 2 SDs using media with PBL models during the learning process. The results of the limited trial results shown on 2 SDs that did not use media resulted in average pretest values of 72.56 and posttest 80.12 and sig. (2-tailed) 0.004. Furthermore, in the 2 SDs using media, the average pretest 75.74 and posttest 83.62 and sig. (2-tailed) 0.000 were generated. Based on the interactive multimedia developed and valid material contained in interactive multimedia can bring learners to learn indirectly and can learn independently. Keywords: Research and Development (RnD), Interactive Multimedia, PBL Model, Mathematics

Abstract

This study aimed to determine significant difference of science learning results between group of students who had been taught with CORE course assisted with visual media and group of students with conventional course. Fifth grade students of SD Gugus IV in Gianyar regency in academic year 2017/2018 were chosen as the object of this research.This research was quasi-experimental design and used post-test only control group design. Population of this research was 131 fifth grade students of SD Gugus IV in Gianyar regency in academic year 2017/2018. Researcher used random sampling technique in form of lottery to choose research sample. As the result, fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Samplangan and SD Negeri 3 Beng were chosen as the research sample. Data of learning science result were gathered using Objective Test and Essay. Gained data were analyzed using descriptive statistic and inferential statistic (t-test). Result shows tarithmetic is bigger than ttable (tarithmetic 5.447 > ttable 2.000). This shows that there is significant difference of science learning result between group of students who had been taught with CORE course assisted with visual media and group of students with conventional course. The result shows CORE course assisted with visual media gives influence towards fifth grade students science learning results of SD Gugus IV in Gianyar regency. Key words: CORE model, visual media, science learning result.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the process and the results of learning content of science grade 4 students on the theme 8 Sub Theme 1 through the model of learning Problem Based Learning. This research is a classroom action research (PTK). The study was conducted in two cycles with three meetings each cycle. The subjects of the study were 4th grade students of SDN Mangunsari 05. The data collection techniques used in this classroom action research were test, observation, and documentation. Result of validity test at cycle I of 45 problem there are 26 valid questions, in cycle II there are 24 valid questions. Reliability test in cycle I obtained Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.904 and on the second cycle obtained Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.878. The learning process on the initial condition of teacher action is 78,57% and student action equal to 71,42%. In the first cycle of teacher action in the learning process of the first meeting 82.14%, the second meeting amounted to 89.28%. Student action on first cycle of first meeting is 75% and second meeting is 89.28%. In cycle II the teacher's first meeting action is 100% and the second meeting is 100%. Student actions in the first meeting process of learning amounted to 92.85% and the second meeting 100%. The result of the research shows that there is an increase of learning outcome of IPA especially the theme of 8 sub themes 1. It is proved by the increasing of learning result. At the time of initial condition of 30% of students who reach the threshold. In the first cycle there was an increase to 80% that reached completeness. While in the second cycle there is an increase to 100% which reached completeness. The conclusion of this research is the application of PBL learning model to make students become more active and courageous in solving problems and increasing the result of studying the content of science.Keywords: PBL Model, Process, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK N 1 Pringapus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas X TSM SMK N 1 Pringapus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Kendall’s tau. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel total seluruh siswa kelas XI Tata Busana SMK Negeri 1 Pringapus yang berjumlah 116 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua jenis skala, yaitu skala, pengetahuan tentang pendidikan seks dan perilaku seksual yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti berdasarkan teori dari Rahman dan Fachrudin (2000), dan penulis mengadopsi dari Febrian Firza (2011) serta teori Arum dalam Octaviani (2009) dan penulis mengadopsi dari Febrian Firza (2011). Pengolahan datanya menggunakan progam SPSS for Windows 17.0 version. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan pengetahuan tentang pendidikan seks dengan perilaku seksual remaja siswa kelas XI Tata Busana SMK Negeri 1 Pringapus tahun pelajaran 2018/2019, dengan nilai r = 0,435 dan koefesien signifikansi 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Maka hubungan kedua variabel tersebut positif dan signifikan. Dengan demikian, hipotesis peneliti “Ada Hubungan Signifikan Antara Pengetahuan Tentang Pendidikan Seks Dengan Perilaku Seksual Remaja Siswa Kelas XI Tata Busana SMK Negeri 1 Pringapus Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019”,  jadi dapat dikatakan hipotesis diterima.Kata kunci: Pengetahun Tentang Pendidikan Seks, Perilaku Seksual

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK N 1 Pringapus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas X TSM SMK N 1 Pringapus Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Spearman Rho. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel total seluruh siswa kelas X TSM SMK Negeri 1 Pringapus yang berjumlah 135 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua jenis skala, yaitu skala, dukungan sosial orang tua dan kepercayaan diri yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti berdasarkan teori dari House (Smet, 1994), dan penulis mengadopsi dari Hapsari (2007) dan teori dari  Lauster ( Gufron, 2011) diadopsi dari Aprianti (2013). Pengolahan datanya menggunakan progam SPSS for Windows 17.0 version. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan dukungan sosial orang tua dengan kepercayaan diri siswa kelas X TSM SMK Negeri 1 Pringapus tahun pelajaran 2018/2019, dengan nilai r = 0,860 dan koefesien signifikansi 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Maka hubungan kedua variabel tersebut positif dan signifikan. Dengan demikian, hipotesis peneliti “Ada Hubungan Signifikan Antara Dukungan Sosial Orang Tua dengan Kepercayaan Diri Siswa Kelas X TSM SMK Negeri 1 Pringapus Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019”. Jadi dapat dikatakan hipotesis diterima.Kata kunci: Dukungan Sosial Orang Tua, Kepercayaan Diri

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMA N 1 Tengaran dengan subyek kelas XI IPS. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh yang signifikan Pengaruh perhatian orang tua terhadap kebiasaan belajar siswa kelas XI IPS SMA N 1 Tengaran tahun ajaran 2018/2019. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Sederhana. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh atau seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS SMA N 1 Tengaran yang berjumlah 120 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua jenis skala, yaitu skala perhatian orang tua dan skala kebiasaan belajar, yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti berdasarkan teori Sayekti Pujo Sarwono (1994) yang disusun oleh Binta Mutabaroh (2008)  dan skala kebiasaan belajar mengacu pada teori Nana Sudjana (2005). Untuk pengolahan data menggunakan progam SPSS for Windows 21.0 version. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan perhatian orang tua terhadap kebiasaan belajar siswa kelas XI IPS SMA N 1 Tengaran tahun ajaran 2018/2019 dengan hasil t hitung sebesar (2.999) > t tabel (1.980), R = 0,418, koefisien determinasi R Square = 0,185 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0.05, sehingga hipotesis diterima. Sumbangan koefisien derminasi (R Square) adalah 0,185 yang artinya perhatian orang tua memiliki kontribusi sebesar 18,5% terhadap kebiasaan belajar sedangkan 81,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dengan demikian tujuan penelitian dapat dicapai.Kata kunci : Perhatian Orang Tua, Kebiasaan Belajar

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah Hubungan Antara Motivasi Belajar dengan Disiplin Belajar Siswa Kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Bringin Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Kendall’s Tau. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel total seluruh siswa kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Bringin yang berjumlah 136 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dua jenis skala, yaitu skala, motivasi belajar dan disiplin belajar yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti berdasarkan teori dari Sudjana (2005) dan dikembangkan oleh Dimyati dan Mudjiono (2013), dan teori dari  Hurlock (1989). Pengolahan datanya menggunakan progam SPSS for Windows 17.0 version. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan motivasi belajar dengan disiplin belajar siswa kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Bringin tahun pelajaran 2018/2019, dengan nilai r = 0,459 dan koefesien signifikansi 0,000 ≤ 0,05. Maka hubungan kedua variabel tersebut positif dan signifikan. Dengan demikian, hipotesis peneliti “Ada Hubungan Signifikan Antara Motivasi Belajar dengan Disiplin Belajar Siswa Kelas XI MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Bringin Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019”.Kata Kunci : Motivasi Belajar, Disiplin Belajar
