Abstract

Abstract. At present tourism is one of the pillars in economic development, based on world GDP in 2016 by 10.6% (based on World Travel & Tourism council) of world GDP. Due to the economic development due to tourism makes the entrepreneurs and investors start to invest in the world, but tingkast investment in tourism has not been evenly distributed, especially in Indonesia. From IDX shows that the stock price in the field of tourism hotels in Indonesia is still not good. In this journal mentioned what factors can be known by regression analysis. From this method found which factors that greatly affect the stock price of hospitality in Indonesia. This thesis elaborates the factor in the perspective Indonesia hotel industry stock market price. Using regression analysis consist which factor has affected the stock market price, the author tried to find the factor which has impact in stock market pricing. Abstract. Make-up artist is one of the business that nowadays have a high demand in the market. Nowadays there are so many new make-up artist comes up in the market. Bygitahrs is one of the new makeup artist in Bandung. Because there are so many competitors, Bygitahrs wishes to gain more sales and make their market share bigger by taking competitive advantage. Before the business can go further and create a business plan, it must do some analysis. This analysis is to identify the problems which they are currently facing or will face in the future. The purpose of this study is to prepare and create a business plan that can be simply applied by Bygitahrs. The preparation step of the business plan is started by doing company analysis, market analysis, and competitors analysis which are based on primary research and secondary research, but mostly build upon the primary research, The data from the analysis will be used to process a new strategy for the business. The strategy used is growth hacking strategy because it is found to make the business more effective and be able to grow significantly in a short period. The list of programs, which planned specifically already are photoshoot, upgrading skills, regular post, endorsement, giveaway, cashback, collaboration, tutorial make up, and insta-story sharing This business plan will use Rp24.500.000. from Bygitahrs’s profit in 2017. After sort of calculation, Bygitahrs will have Rp315.000.000 of Gross Profit and Rp138.400.000 as the Total Expense. Abstract

Abstract. A concept of corporate entrepreneurship corresponds to the increase in growth of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This concept promotes the ability of employees in creating values within the organization and encourages them to pursue innovative activities. However, managers are still unaware of the role of corporate entrepreneurship and the importance of measuring it. The measurement of corporate entrepreneurship enables management objectively to assess the culture and readiness of the organization to participate in corporate entrepreneurial activities. The author selected Double Deer Music as the research object, a medium enterprise that offers innovation and technology as its main value proposition. Throughout its business model development, the internal organization is stated as the main problem. To overcome the issue, the research methodology used is multi-method, qualitative research and quantitative research using Corporate Entrepreneurship Assessment Instrument (CEAI) by Kuratko, Hornsby and Covin (2014). The result will reveal the current level of corporate entrepreneurship within Double Deer Music. Divisional perception of corporate entrepreneurship within Double Deer Music is also examined. Abstract

Abstract. The phenomenon of family business shows a significant influence on the business development of a country including Indonesia.  In addition to the results of a survey conducted by KPMG through the European Family Business Trends, almost 80% - 98% of companies in the world are controlled by family companies, 70% of its companies are located in Asia - Pacific where 85% of these companies are family businesses.  According to Kompasiana (2002) report, 90% of entrepreneurs in Indonesia are executives running a family business. Despite these facts, APIndonesia (2009) states that in fact most of the family businesses do not have longevity caused by transitions between generations that are not working properly where about 70% of family companies fail in the second generation. Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze the impact of internal family conflicts on the development of the family business itself and find solutions to the problem. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by focusing on coding data obtained from interview and observation. Therefore, the researcher recommends deliberation and compromise to solve the problems incurred in the family while for business interests by implementing a clear business management system and making short and long term plans.

Abstract

Abstract. This research will examine the logistic process that usually applied by the upstream oil and gas company by looking inside the Husky CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) and how the problem of huge amount of excess material and dead material may happen when the company planned the material that will be needed. By using the theoretical framework of BPMN  to know why the problem of excess material and dead stock may happen when planned the material, it need to be check by looking into the logistic process, because of that this research will be focus on the logistic process, which to looking the logistic process it need to look into the system of logistic in the company and understanding  the integration of the system and its process, because the logistic process are the modeling of the system that applied by company. Based on that this research will be take look in the area of order processing and inventory control, to know how the logistic process of the material planning are applied by company. Husky CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) is one of the production sharing contractor in the upstream oil and gas industries which stand in 2011, this company engaged in the upstream oil and gas industry which the company are based on Jakarta and conduct the production on the Madura strait block. Like most of other companies or contractors which engaged in the upstream industries, the activities that engaged in company was helped by using the third-party provider. Some of the problem appear in logistic when using the third parties are the lack of management in buying material or planning the material that will needed, and because this lack it usually made the excess material and dead stock that make a loss to company and HCML also already done some improvement to reduce the problem cause but it still not satisfies the company, because of that to more optimize the improvement, now HCML want to redesign its logistic process . Findings on this research was found that the problem of excess material and dead stock may happen when planning the material because the company applied an anomaly for their system and the integration which in their system they applied the pull system and for their integration it applied the MRP which the origin of MRP are the push system. Because of that it made the logistic process become distracted and not completed. Based on this research if the company want to applied the system and the integration like that it need to explain in the logistic process, to avoid the problem of excess material and dead stock happened. Abstract. One of the products that Indonesians typically use to reward certain moments is a flowered board. The flower giving of the board itself, is actually has a meaning as a symbol of appreciation of an achievement (Twsflorist, 2016). Berkah Jaya is one of the flower board company located in Bandung that was established in August 2017. According to Berkah Jaya owner, Mochamad Ramdhani (2017), Berkah Jaya implements several strategies in dealing with the tight flower market competition. One way is to modify the display of flower board products. Since its establishment, the demand for Berkah Jaya order has continued to increase. High demand orders are a promising business opportunity. But every month, Berkah Jaya on average is only able to do half of the number of incoming orders, because the conditions experienced Berkah. Therefore Berkah Jaya has not gained maximum profit. Based on the results of the Cost Benefit Analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that there are several possible alternatives to be applied by the company to achieve company objectives. Abstract. Instagram has become the third most used social media, it now have an amount of 700M user on April 2017. Nowadays, there are countless fashion brands that is using Instagram as one of their platform to gain sells, gain awareness, gaining engagement, etc. There are now 500 million members of the Instagram community and Instagrammers interested in fashion (Instagram data, 2016). In Indonesia, there are many cases with local fashion brand that maintain an aesthetic feeds for their main Instagram account, so many of them come up to a solution by creating a 2nd account, many of them creates 2nd account as their digital catalogue or digital look book of their product. The problem is that there are no basic guideline on creating the 2nd account content that based on the consumer preferences when browsing to look the information they needed. By making an efficient and effective content based on the consumer needs of information to keep the user engagement similar with the brands main account. This research is expected to measure what are the content combination information that the consumer needs with the conjoint analysis. This analysis will use two method which is the qualitative analysis by interview the targeted respondent and the quantitative analysis by using the conjoint analysis method with online and offline questionnaire but will be more focused on the both result of the online and offline.Keywords: Marketing Research, Instagram, Instagram Second Account, Conjoint Analysis, Social Media.

Abstract

Abstract. The need to understanding and possessing negotiation is very important since it is every day process involving future of the orgsanization. Meanwhile, it is become more important to startup, as an enterprise unit who have characteristic of small team of professionals that hold autnomy authority. In this study, it asked what strategy between those they stated, which consist soft & hard, and integrative. However, a good negotiator should able to implement the strategy to deliver a desirable outcome. Therefore, an issue to measure consistency of stated and in-practice strategy is raised. Two questions is developed: is there a difference between stated & in-practice negotiation strategy and if difference is exist what is the direction. A model of measurement is developed consist of 24 pairs consist of each strategy in negotiation dimension. The research indicate 11 out of 24 pairs have evidence of difference and 7 out of 8 integrative pairs indicate the strategy less likely than what expected. Meanwhile, 4 rest soft & hard pairs with difference shows positive direction. The result of this research indicate an overconfident and innability to perform integrative strategy existing in the sample and many respondent of the sample doesn’t recognize what integrative negotiation is. Keywords:  Distributive, Integrative, Negotiation Strategy, Paired Difference Test, Startup Business,

PT X is being intense in product Y market launch and it requires preparation of employee in maintaining, improving and implementing knowledge through a good organizational knowledge system, thus within Organization Department. Current condition of Organization Department has no systematic system that can integrating all the human resources plan. Therefore Organization Department needs a Knowledge Management (KM) to integrate human resources partial system into human resources complex system. Knowledge management implementation strategy (pull system) model adopted for this qualitative study. The finding of this study, there will be some improving system or even a new system in human resources by finds the critical knowledge to produce developing integrated knowledge management system. Thus, Organization department must have Knowledge management (KM) strategy and initiative to reforming people, process and Information and Technology (IT), this process occurs with a revitalization that starts from the leader's commitment until completed the establishment of a knowledge center.
