The application of the Business Judgment Rule (BJR) in the United States has also been increasingly tightened by the necessity of carrying out the duties and authority of directors based on the principle of prudence and efforts to fulfill proper information (transparency and fully disclosure) before the directors take action or decision. In a number of countries, the Business Judgment Rule (BJR) doctrine has been used quite extensively in their legal systems. One of them is in the United States. Basically there are two concepts applying the provisions applied by the American Law Institute (ALI). Second, the provisions that took place in the Delaware court. These provisions have been adopted by several courts. Overall, the Business Judgment Rule and fairness standard are separate research standards used by the court, and one does not feel confused with one another. The Business Judgment Rule analysis does not include a fair analysis, because the duty of care does not require unauthorized transactions to be the object of court examination concerned with fairness standards, only the director acts in good faith, with caution with an information base for that interest , and it does not violate wisdom.

The political journey of Aceh's traditional dayah ulema before, did not succeed in gaining public support in the two election periods, namely the 2009-2014 period and the 2014-2019 period. Supposedly, the politics of the Dayah ulema had the full support of the people of Aceh which incidentally were a majority Muslim. This phenomenon is influenced by various factors, including political communication. Regarding scholars as political communicators, ethics is the most important thing in determining political success. Therefore, it will be examined regarding the ethics of political communication of traditional Acehnese dayah scholars. This study uses a qualitative approach with reference to ethnographic principles. The purpose of this study is to reveal the ethics of political communication in Aceh's traditional dayah ulema in Bireuen District. The results showed that the ethics of political communication of Aceh's traditional dayah ulema in the district of Bireuen generally referred to efforts to preserve their religious status as heirs of the Prophet in the morality of al-karimah. The spirit of the cleric who made them a public figure and public opinion to attract public empathy, is considered to have used religion for political purposes. The assumption of using da'wah pulpit as a campaign media indicates that there is justification for the absence of ethical communication politics.

A world agreement on Iran's Nuclear was reached in Vienna, Austria, in July 2015. Negotiations between Iran and the six world powers namely the United States, Britain, France, China, Russia plus Germany began in 2006 and reached an agreement with Iran at the Vienna Meeting in July 2015 in an effort to reduce Iran's nuclear activities in exchange for lifting sanctions or embargoes. international economy that has lasted three decades. United States President Barack Obama (2015) said that with the agreement that opened the new page, all Iranian nuclear weapons had been cut off for Iran so that the Middle East nuclear power was held militarily by Israel. In this regard, international sanctions against Iran are lifted, and Iran has a stronger chance to improve its posture in the international arena. The Vienna Agreement has caused ideological anxiety among Wahabis with the implication that Wahabis are unhappy and they do not like the strengthening of Iran politically and culturally in a globalized world. Wahhabi ideological interests will be eroded to some extent by treaties that will seriously divide the Islamic world by Sunni-Shiite competition. However, the rise of Turkey which is competing with Iran and Saudi Arabia in the Middle East political arena, will open the eyes of Wahabis in Indonesia that it is very likely Turkey is their hope for the future.

The aims of this study to find out the theological Thinking Abû al-Ḥasan ‘Alî al-Hasani al-Nadwî. The result in this study shows that Al-Nadwî is a great Ulama with a very complex socio-cultural background, born during the colonial era and struggling in a period of development transition and national change that makes al-Nadwî rich in various experiences of obstacles, be they social, cultural, or religious obstacles. Therefore it is not surprising that al-Nadwî grew up as a Fundamentalist Ulama. He is a Ulama figure who is active in defending religion both in literature and in terms of the concept of civilization. Therefore also, he is well aware of the potential of Muslims and also the various problems that surround him from time to time.. Al-Nadwî, if seen in him as a figure of a fundamentalist cleric, then in line with this is the thought and movement that he should be seen real. Among al-Nadwi's awareness as a modern-day ulema of modern reform is his maturity in analyzing the present condition of the Muslims with a comparative study of Western existence. According to al-Nadwi, the decline of Islam is based on two things, first; because Muslims have abandoned their religion; Second, because Muslims do not master science. According to al-Nadwî, these two things are sources of strength that are not separated from each other.

The visual arts still suffer low reception and patronage in contemporary Nigeria as a result of an ongoing oriental stereotypical representation in Nollywood, the media and churches. This paper interrogates this problematic to address the subtle subversion of the arts that continues to grossly impede its development. Adopting the analytical tools of Content Analysis, this paper traces the origin of anti-art propagandism to missionary and colonial activities in Nigeria and establish its continues adverse propagation in Nollywood and modern churches. Findings from this paper conclude that the portrayal of visual arts in Nigerian movies as the instrument of dark practices and the further condemnation of the arts in churches as symbols of heathenism is responsible for the disdain towards the arts in contemporary Nigeria and responsible for its poor reception and patronage. The research contends, therefore, that both the media, Nollywood and churches must rethink their oriental fantasies about the arts because until that happens the anti-art culture inscribed in the consciousness of many Nigerians will continue to impede artistic progress and visual/aesthetic illiteracy.

Post-press freedom in Indonesia (the passing of Law No. 40/1999) gave rise to a variety of new problems, ranging from widespread violations of the Journalistic Code of Ethics (KEJ) to violence against journalists. In fact, the Press Law No. 40/1999 was actually born to provide fresh air for press freedom in the country and to provide the widest possible space for press operations that were previously locked in the shackles of power. The results of the discussion found that violations of the journalistic code of ethics tended to be committed by young journalists who were still raw with the articles of the code of ethics and the Press Law No. 40/1999. Forms of violation are sometimes reluctant to confirm sources, using fictitious anonymous sources, do not keep the identity of victims of immoral crimes secret, use bar language, and tend to attack individual privacy, and harass SARA - things that were previously very sacred. The results of the study prove that between press freedom and violations of journalistic code of ethics and violence against journalists have a significant relationship, while violations of journalistic codes of ethics with violence against journalists also have a significant relationship, but between press freedom and violence against journalists have a relative relationship during the conflict. Aceh does not have a causal relationship, but after the peace of GAM Aceh - RI there is a very significant relationship, in fact it was carried out by former fighting elements in Aceh GAM and the TNI / Polri. To avoid continuing victims, journalists in Indonesia, especially Aceh is expected to be able to apply the Proportional and Professional Concept (2P); Professional as a basic competency in journalistic and proportional operations is a provision to face various threats and dangers in fieldo perations.
