Abstract

E-commerce is a sales system that developed after the invention of the internet. This kind of marketing or sales system can reach the whole world simultaneously without having to set up branch offices in all countries. In addition, it can also be done 24 hours without stopping. With only a computer unit connected to the internet, the company can market its products. Marketing with promotional strategies through the internet, especially with social media (social networks), can increase sales widely and does not require expensive marketing costs. Consumers will also find it easier to find information about the products they want to buy because they do not need to meet face to face directly. Word of mouth marketing often has a competitive advantage in conveying business information. This is because word-of-mouth marketing arises naturally from the opinion of the social environment, which is considered more honest, and there are no specific motives in conveying information to other consumers.

Abstract

This case report presents a Malay Muslim man with a severe cluster headache. The patient responded only to morphine treatment, but his condition continued to worsen. He uses the complementary therapy of ruqyah, which is based on a verse from the Qur'an, after seeking advice from a local ulama (Islamic cleric). His condition improved significantly, and he underwent preventive ruqyah therapy on television. Since switching to ruqyah, he is no longer on morphine treatment, and the level and duration of her pain is significantly reduced. Ruqyah therapy is famous for treating jinn possession but has also been found to have a therapeutic effect on organic health problems. The case illustrates that supplementing modern medicine with ruqyah can bring many benefits, especially in the Muslim community.

Abstract

This literature review was aims to describe corrosion rate stainless steel 304 in sulfuric acid. Immerse process do in 700C temperature for 6 hours and than in 29oC temperature for 18 hours every day. This condition aim to get closer to the actual use in the manufacture of tubes of reactor SAMOP (sub critical assembly for Mo99Prad action). Specimen after TIG welding and electric arc welding cleaned from crust and than measured, drawing, balanced, and record the first weight. The survey findings show heavy shrinkage sample, it is well visible on the corrosion pH 0.5 in electric arc welding of 0.105 gram/dm2/month for corrosion 0.026 gram/dm2/month without welding and pH 0.2, arc welding of 0.045 gram/dm2/month, pH 0.2 no Las 0.02 gram/dm2/month. Specimen that has been welded have significant differences in corrosion rate compare to specimen that have not weld.

The subject of the research is 70 students of the Islamic school and 70 students of public school in Kota Jambi. Lower back flexibility is measured by the Sit and Reach Test. The Mann-Whitney Test analyzed data. There is a significant difference between lower back flexibility of Islamic school that do stretching exercise and lower back flexibility of public school that does not include stretching exercise (p = 0,000). Stretching exercise in the form of Islamic prayer increases lower back flexibility.

Abstract

Low back pain is defined as located pain and discomfort below the costal margin and above the superior gluteal line, with related pain in the lower limb, and repeated incorrect posture of work activities that demand effort with excess of flexion, rotation, vibration on the chest and carrying weight, being chronic if its persists for three months or more. This research aimed to find out the efficacy of accupressure on Dachangshu, Shenshu, and Yaoyangquan points using pretest-posttest group design by comparing the mean decrease in pain threshold, RMDQ and Test Straight Leg between control using Dingchuan and Waihuaijian points and therapy group using Shenshu, Dachangshu, and Yaoyangquan acupoints twice a day with paired T test formula. The mean decreased in pain threshold VAS, RMDQ and Test Straight Leg obtained form therapy group toward 16 elderly above 45 years for 4 weeks showed that there is a significant result (p=0,000). In conclusion, accupressure therapy using Dachangshu, Shenshu and Yaoyangquan can be used to treat low back pain.
