Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh pendekatan pembelajaran diferensiasi terhadap pengembangan keterampilan motorik pada permainan bola basket di kalangan siswa sekolah dasar. Dengan menggunakan metode studi literatur, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa pembelajaran diferensiasi tidak hanya meningkatkan partisipasi dan motivasi siswa, tetapi juga memberikan dampak signifikan pada pengembangan keterampilan motorik halus dan kasar, serta rasa percaya diri. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan siswa dengan tingkat kemampuan yang beragam untuk belajar dan berkembang dalam lingkungan yang inklusif. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan guru sebagai elemen kunci dalam keberhasilan implementasi strategi diferensiasi, termasuk perancangan aktivitas yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan individual siswa. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga membahas tantangan dalam penerapan pembelajaran diferensiasi, seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan waktu. Temuan-temuan ini memberikan wawasan yang relevan bagi pembuat kebijakan untuk mengembangkan kebijakan pendidikan jasmani yang lebih adaptif dan efektif, terutama dalam konteks pengembangan keterampilan motorik. Dengan demikian, pendekatan diferensiasi berpotensi menjadi solusi inovatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran jasmani di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

In martial arts sports, the elements that are often measured in sports performance are punches and kicks. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of resistance band training on the reaction time of straight punches as well as to identify the accuracy of the newly developed speed measuring instrument, namely the hitsensor kick shield pad, the shape of the measuring instrument attached to the pecing pad resembles a target so that the movement can be adjusted to the attack movement, during the match. This research uses an Experimental Approach to the Problem, using a test and retest design research design. The sample consisted of 8 people (range: age, 19-23 years; height, 165-180 cm; mass, 45-90 kg). The instrument in this research was a straight punch test using the Hitsensor Kick Shield Pad technology tool. The data analysis technique uses the paired t-test. This test is used to find out whether there is a difference in the average of two paired samples. The result is that there is an effect of training using resistance bands on increasing the reaction of straight punches of pencak silat athletes using a Hitsensor technology measuring instrument that resembles a real target.

Abstract

Basketball is a team sport that requires good technical components. Meanwhile, research that reveals technical components based on playing positions is still minimal. Therefore, through this research, researchers want to identify technical components based on point guard, shooting guard, small forward, power forward, and center playing positions. The research method is quantitative descriptive research with a retrospective causal comparative design or ex-post factor design. The research subjects were 20 male basketball athletes and 20 female basketball athletes, consisting of 8 point guards, 8 shooting guards, 8 small forwards, 8 power forwards, and 8 centers. The instruments used are the Passing Skills Test, the Under Ring Skills Test, the Shooting Skills Test, the Lay Up Shoot Skills Test, and the Dribbling Skills Test. After the data was collected, data analysis was one-way ANOVA using SPSS for calculations. The results of the research show that there are differences in the techniques for each playing position in basketball athletes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing ball mastery on improving soccer dribbling skills aged 11-12 years at SSB Putra Debes Bali. The research design used is experimental research. The sample for this research was 30 SSB Putra Debes Bali students. This research sample was divided into two groups, namely the experimental group with ball mastery training, totaling 15 students, and the control group with ladder drill training, totaling 15 students. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Wilcoxon test, which is used to analyze the differences between pretest and posttest scores in the experimental group and control group. Suggestions that can be given to coaches and students of SSB Putra Debes Bali, it is best to use ball mastery training as a form of training. To improve the results of dribbling training, according to the results of research that has been carried out, it turns out that ball mastery training has a better influence on the results of students' dribbling training at SSB Putra Debes Bali.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model latihan gerak dasar manipulatif berbasis permainan untuk peserta didik kelas rendah. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari uji ahli isi/materi pembelajaran memperoleh persentase skor 96,3% (sangat layak), uji ahli media pembelajaran memperoleh persentase skor 94,6% (sangat layak), uji ahli bahasa memperoleh persentase skor 90% (sangat layak), uji coba perorangan memperoleh skor 94% (sangat layak), uji coba kelompok kecil memperoleh persentase 94,8% (sangat layak), uji coba kelompok besar memperoleh persentase 96% (sangat layak), dan uji kepraktisan mendapatkan persentase sebesar 96,9% (sangat praktis). Diperoleh simpulan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan dan dikemas dalam bentuk buku layak digunakan ditinjau dari hasil uji coba ahli dan uji coba lapangan, sehingga produk yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan sebagai media penunjang pembelajaran PJOK materi gerak dasar manipulatif di kelas rendah.
