Abstract

This research is based on the problem that the implementation of village government policies regarding the formation and management of village-owned enterprises in Batukaras Village, Cijulang District, Pangandaran Regency is still not optimal, this happens because there is no good communication between the village government and the community so that the level of participation of the village community Batukaras in participating in developing the BUMDes business of Batukaras Village Partners is still low, Lack of socialization carried out by the village government and Lack of human resources for BUMDes managers. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative by conducting observations and interviews with 4 (four) informants, namely 1 (one) Head of Batukaras Village, Staff Head of Service, Head of BUMDes Mitra Batukaras Village, and Treasurer of BUMDes. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of village government policies regarding the establishment and management of village-owned enterprises in Batukaras Village, Cijulang District, Pangandaran Regency as a whole from various activities carried out has been going well but still not optimal. This can be seen from the lack of socialization that was carried out and also the BUMDes managers or Human Resources who did not understand the functions, and the communication that was carried out did not go well, the direction and policies provided did not motivate BUMDes implementers.

Abstract

The era of technology makes it easier to do an activity and change a job to be easier. This is inseparable from the implementation of village governance in Masawah Village, Cimerak District, Pangandaran Regency. This is by Law Number 6 of 2014 Article 86 paragraph 4 which mandates that the Village Information System contains information covering village data, village development, rural areas, as well as other information related to village development and rural area development. Likewise, what happened in Masawah Village, Cimerak District, Pangandaran Regency which became a new autonomous region that made the Village Information System a means of administering village government by utilizing the Village Information System. However, in practice, the Masawah Village Government has not been able to optimize the existing Village Information System as an effort to provide public information disclosure and public services easily and quickly. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The results showed that the optimization of the Village Information System in Public Information Disclosure in Masawah Village, Cimerak District, Pangandaran Regency was still not running optimally, this was because there were still many obstacles experienced by the Masawah Village government, Cimerak District, Pangandaran Regency in optimizing the Village Information System, such as Source Human Resources, Infrastructure, and Technology Readiness in Masawah Village, Cimerak District, Pangandaran Regency.

Abstract

This research is based on the problem that the management of village information system based on website by village government partners in Pangandaran village pangandaran subdistrict is still not optimal, this happens because of the lack of initial leveling, lack of availability of monitoring tools, lack of socialization by Village Government Partners, and lack of Human Resources who carry out tasks on the management of Village Information Systems. Therefore, this study aims to find out how the Management of Village Information System based on website by Village Government Partners in Pangandaran Village Pangandaran District Pangandaran Regency. The research method used in this research is qualitative descriptive by conducting observations and interviews to 9 (Nine) informants, namely 2 (two) Village Assistants as operators and field technicians, Village Heads, Village Secretaries, Service Kasi Staff, Planning Kaur, Village Consultative Agency, 2 (two) Community Leaders, namely the Village Head. The results of this study showed that the management of village information system based on the website by the Village Government Partners in Pangandaran Village Pangandaran District Pangandaran Regency as a whole from various activities carried out has been running well but still not optimal. It can be known from the information transformation in terms of data collection and information is still lacking, from information communication in terms of socialization implementation, briefing, implementation instructions are also lacking, as well as from control in terms of coaching is still lacking. But for the rest has been implemented well, especially in the formulation and identification of activities that have been carried out through the form of cooperation supported by the provision and use of adequate infrastructure.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the effectiveness of management information systems in public services in Wonoharjo Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency is still not optimal. Based on the above background, the purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of management information systems in public services in Wonoharjo Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method. The duration of the research that the authors did was approximately 9 months. In this study, there were 5 informants. The data collection tools are library research, field studies (observations and interviews). The results showed that: The effectiveness of management information systems in public services in Wonoharjo Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency has not been implemented properly in accordance with Makmur's opinion in Sawir (2020:126) regarding effectiveness in an organization. This is evidenced by the lack of understanding of the village government regarding management information systems related to the implementation of management information systems, the lack of human resources for village officials who understand management information systems to support improving the quality of public services and the impact of change for the community has not been fully implemented properly. There are obstacles to the effectiveness of management information systems in public services in Wonoharjo Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency This is due to the lack of ability and understanding of the village government towards management information systems, lack of budget in the implementation of public services so that there is no visible improvement in public services, lack of awareness of the village government on the ability and understanding of management information systems to improve public services. The existence of efforts to overcome obstacles to the effectiveness of management information systems in public services in Wonoharjo Village, Pangandaran District, Pangandaran Regency, this is done by increasing the understanding of village officials in the implementation of management information systems by participating in training so that the implementation of services carried out can run optimally and can that are perceived by the public as visible. In addition, by increasing the participation of the village government in the implementation of management information systems by providing direction and guidance so that implementation looks optimal

Abstract

Research on the Strategy of the Tasikmalaya City Environmental Office in Handling Household Waste in Cipedes Subdistrict is motivated by the availability of waste transportation facilities and infrastructure that is still inadequate, lack of socialization on restrictions on the use of disposable packaging to the community, lack of human resources in waste transportation services. The research method used is a descriptive research method of analysis, with a qualitative approach. The data source in this study is 4 informants. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Research data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification withdrawal. Based on the results of the study that the Strategy of the Tasikmalaya City Environment Office in handling household waste in Cipedes Subdistrict has not been implemented optimally. The obstacles faced are in Human Resources (HR) and the lack of budget for the provision of waste facilities and infrastructure. Similarly, the budget becomes an obstacle in the socialization program on restrictions on the use of disposable packaging and development programs or training on the utilization of used goods. Efforts are made to coordinate with the village, and sub-district to empower the community in managing waste, as well as coordinating with producers to reduce plastic waste that is difficult to recycle.
