Abstract

Research conducted concerning the implementation of Empowerment of Farmer Groups by the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) in kalapasawit village, Lakbok subdistrict, Ciamis regency started from a problem, lack of communication in providing direction for the improvement of farmer groups in empowerment activities, lack of agricultural extension in providing awareness of the importance of agriculture to farmer groups by giving appropriate recommendations in utilizing yard land to improve farming, and agricultural extensionists are less able to strengthen community participation for the development of farming that has not been optimal because of limited capital from the community. In this study the authors used qualitative research methods. The data collection techniques used by the authors in this study are observation techniques and interview techniques. As for the informant in this study as many as 7 (seven) people. Based on the results of the study can be known that empowerment by the Agricultural Extension Agency (BPP) in kalapsawit village Lakbok District Ciamis district as a whole has been running but still not optimal, seen there are still indicators that are not appropriate in its implementation such as lack of cooperation, lack of meetings to glue friendship, still lack of extension workers that cause a lack of focus in providing guidance and training, still a lack of awareness in terms of keeping farmer groups from falling into increasingly weak positions, lack of communication, lack of community participation in addressing the problems faced and lack of public awareness in utilizing the yard. The efforts in overcoming these obstacles are by improving human resources optimally, as well as developing information media and socialization or trainings provided directly by agricultural extensionists.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of effectiveness of the work of the village government Karangampel Baregbeg District Ciamis which stems from problems in the service of Population Administration, uncertainty about the timing of completion of services, lack of disciplinary level of apparatus in carrying out population administration services, lack of level of accuracy of apparatus in population administration services The purpose of this study is to know the effect work of the Village Government in Population Administration Services in Karangampel Village, Baregbeg District, Ciamis Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques that are conducting literature studies, field studies (observations and interviews). While the informants in this study as many as 10 people. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the effectiveness of the work of the village government in the population administration service in Karangampel Village has not been optimal. It can be seen from the existence of some dimensions used as measuring instruments in this study has not been running optimally. The obstacles are the constraints of power outage disruption in the population administration service, the disruption of the network or central server in online data transmission, the number of incoming jobs that make it less focused and thorough so that the work sometimes becomes late, the lack of discipline of village officials sometimes there are still in and out of the office is not in accordance with the schedule.

Abstract

Citeureup Village is one of the villages in the Kawali sub-district, Ciamis Regency which carries out village asset management. Problem encounteredthere is still a lack of undirected planning and strategies related to the management of village assets by the Citeureup Village Government so that they do not know what to do and what kind of village asset management is carried out in order to achieve optimal results, village land and village treasury land have not been legally certified, there is still a lack of proper understanding. owned by the village asset manager, and there is still a lack of potential exploration of the village assets owned. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of village assets by the Citeureup Village Government, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. This research is not optimal management of village assets by the Citeureup Village Government, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency.The theory used is the theory of Hanif Nurcholis which shows that the management of village wealth is carried out based on functional principles, legal certainty, openness, efficiency, accountability, and value certainty. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method. According to Sugiyono, research using descriptive methods can be given to a single variable, namely without making comparisons or connecting with other variables. In this study the authors used a qualitative approach. The author chooses to use a qualitative approach, because in this study the author places more emphasis on investigation to understand social problems. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation.in terms of benefits for increasing the village's original income, it is often still not optimal and often jams. The implementation of village asset management still does not pay attention to the applicable village regulations. In addition, the legal proof of ownership of village assets such as land certificates has not been fulfilled and has not been carried out. Regarding the website, it still does not provide complete and up-to-date information for the community because updates from the village government are old. Pamsimas management has not carried out written reports. Calculation of the amount, value and condition of assets is often hampered because there is still a lack of quantity of managing human resources.

Abstract

Research in the background i there are complaints of donor dissatisfaction with the quality of service so that it has an impact on the uncertainty of the number of donors and the stock of blood transfusions every month. The purpose of the study was to determine the level of service quality, donor satisfaction, to determine the effect of service quality on blood donor satisfaction at U TDRS dr Soekardjo Tasikmalaya City. Quantitative method with a sample of 86 respondents. Collecting data by observation, interviews and questionnaires. T eknik data analysis by statistical test research instruments, the level of service quality and donor satisfaction, the correlation of the two variables, hypotheses, to calculate the magnitude of the effect of service quality on donor satisfaction. The results of the study on service quality in good categories based on core service dimensions with an average of 239, human element of service with an average of 341.5, Systematization of service delivery with an average of 383, tangibles of service with an average of 359.5 and social responsibility with an average of 407. Donor satisfaction is in good category based on the dimensions of core service with an average of 2324, human element of service with an average of 350.5, systematization of service delivery with an average of 382.5, tangibles of service with an average of 360 and social responsibility with an average of 408.5. The result of product moment correlation is 0.98, the effect of service quality on donor satisfaction with the coefficient of determination is 96%. U ji hypothesis with a confidence level of 95% at α = 0.05 and N = 86, obtained t table = 1.98793 and t = 44.884, then the hypothesis Ho is rejected and Ha accepted .

Abstract

This research was motivated by the fact that the Health Department's performance was not yet optimal in handling health which led to a continuous increase in Covid-19 cases in Ciamis Regency. The low responsiveness of the Health Service in carrying out Covid-19 surveillance in the community, the function of the support system for positive Covid-19 patients in recovery has not yet been implemented and the monitoring, control and regulation of Covid-19 handling activities in the Ciamis district has not been effective. The formulation of the research problem is: 1) How is the performance of the Health Office in handling Covid-19 in Ciamis Regency?. 2). What are the obstacles faced in handling Covid-19 in Ciamis Regency?, 3) How are the efforts made to improve the performance of the Ciamis District Health Office in handling Covid-19 in Ciamis District?. The method used in this research is by using qualitative research methods. The number of informants in this study were 7 people. The data collection techniques there are two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data including interviews, observations and documentation. Data processing/analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing and verification. Abstract

Research on the Strategy of the Tasikmalaya City Environmental Office in Handling Household Waste in Cipedes Subdistrict is motivated by the availability of waste transportation facilities and infrastructure that is still inadequate, lack of socialization on restrictions on the use of disposable packaging to the community, lack of human resources in waste transportation services. The research method used is a descriptive research method of analysis, with a qualitative approach. The data source in this study is 4 informants. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Research data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification withdrawal. Based on the results of the study that the Strategy of the Tasikmalaya City Environment Office in handling household waste in Cipedes Subdistrict has not been implemented optimally. The obstacles faced are in Human Resources (HR) and the lack of budget for the provision of waste facilities and infrastructure. Similarly, the budget becomes an obstacle in the socialization program on restrictions on the use of disposable packaging and development programs or training on the utilization of used goods. Efforts are made to coordinate with the village, and sub-district to empower the community in managing waste, as well as coordinating with producers to reduce plastic waste that is difficult to recycle.

Abstract

The level of community participation in village development activities is still quite low, especially in Sukanagara Village, Lakbok District, Ciamis Regency. This is evidenced by the lack of community participation in several development programs that are prioritized by the Sukanagara Village Government. The method used is a qualitative method, with data analysis techniques with triangulation of interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The results showed that the level of community participation was quite good, which was indicated by the existence of obstacles in development activities in the village. These obstacles include: (1) the lack of community willingness to spend their time to assist the implementation of development, starting to reduce the sense of cooperation in the community; (2) not yet optimal donation of funds for the procurement of materials; and (3) lack of public awareness and concern to participate in maintaining development.

Abstract

Political parties have a role in carrying out the functions of political parties by Law Number 2 of 2008 concerning political parties, one of which is to collect aspirations and provide political education for the community. This research is motivated by cooperation between political party administrators that have not been established, the ability to carry out political education that has not been active, and the absence of attitudes that can be used as role models from party administrators so that researchers are interested in researching the role of political parties in providing political education for the community. Sukahurip Village, Cisaga District, Ciamis Regency. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive research that aims to describe the role of political parties in political education in society. Data collection was done by observation, literature study, and interviews, so the data used were primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique was carried out in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study indicate that political party administrators are more active before the general election, and political education for party administrators is very limited so the ability of party administrators is limited. The functions carried out by political parties are only based on instructions and the lack of political party activities outside the general election.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the implementation of policies regarding fees at fish auction sites by the Department of Marine Fisheries and Food Security, Pangandaran Regency which is still not optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of policies regarding fees at fish auction sites by the Department of Marine Fisheries and Food Security, Pangandaran Regency. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This data was obtained using library research and field studies (observations, interviews, and documentation). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Fish Auction Place Retribution Policy by the Department of Marine Fisheries and Food Security in Pangandaran Regency is still not running optimally. It can be seen from the results of the research that the government can do this by conducting door-to-door guidance to fishermen and fish auction places, then conducting socialization with fishermen and business actors. The obstacle faced is the division of tasks and cooperation that is not what has been determined by the Department of Marine Fisheries and Food Security of Pangandaran Regency. Efforts made by the Department of Marine Affairs, Fisheries and Food Security of Pangandaran Regency to build synergy by cooperating with several cooperatives and civil service police units or Satpol PP in the process of collecting fish auction retribution so that it runs more effectively and efficiently.
