Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh sosialisasi perpajakan, tingkat pendidikan, dan pemahaman wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak pada UKM Kota Bekasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan total sampel seluruh UKM yang terdaftar di Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Bekasi berjumlah 86 UKM. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Teknik analisis statistik menggunakan program SPSS 25 dengan rumus statistikregresi linear berganda (linear multiple regression), uji signifikansi simultan (Uji F), uji signifikansi parsial (Uji T) dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil uji statistik penelitian menunjukan nilai sig < α (0,010 < 0,05) dan F hitung > F tabel atau 4,111 > 2,74 pada tingkat signifikasi 5% dan R Square adalah 0,150 yang artinya secara simultan sosialisasi perpajakan, tingkat pendidikan dan pemahaman wajib pajak berpengaruh terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak badan pada UKM di Kota Bekasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of Supply Chain Management (SCM) on Operational Performance at manufacturing companies in the Delta Silicon Cikarang Industrial Area (2) the effect of Quality Management on Operational Performance at manufacturing companies in the Delta Silicon Cikarang Industrial Area ( 3) the influence of innovation strategies on operational performance in manufacturing companies in the Delta Silicon Cikarang Industrial Area (4) the influence of supply chain management (SCM), quality management and innovation strategies on operational performance in manufacturing companies in the Delta Silicon Cikarang area. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to create a systematic, factual, and comprehensive picture of the facts and characteristics of a population or area. The population in this study were companies in the Delta Silicon Cikarang area. Sampling in this study using nonprobability sampling technique, namely saturated sampling method. Saturated sampling is sampling that is done using everything in the population. 74 questionnaires have been submitted to all companies aimed at company production managers in the Delta Silicon Cikarang area, with a return rate of 65 questionnaires. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using the SPSS V 26.0 t test device and simultaneously it shows that SCM has a significant positive effect on operational performance in manufacturing companies in the Delta Silicon Cikarang Industrial Area.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of the low compliance of taxpayers and tax revenues that have not reached the target. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of tax socialization and tax sanctions on corporate taxpayer compliance in the MM2100 Region. The population in this study is corporate taxpayers in the MM2100 region totaling 190 companies. Calculation of the number of samples using a saturated sample that is all populations used as samples. The sample used in this study was 190 questionnaires distributed directly in the MM2100 area but only 92 questionnaires were returned. This research is a survey research with qualitative research type which is changed to quantitative. Data is processed with the IBM SPSS 25 program. The results showed that the taxation socialization variable and taxation sanction variables had a positive effect on corporate taxpayer compliance in the MM2100 region and taxation socialization and tax sanctions affected taxpayer compliance by 58.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Material Handling and Layout on Production Effectiveness in manufacturing companies in the Jababeka Cikarang Industrial Estate. This type of research uses explanatory research, a research method that intends to explain the position of the variables studied and their influence between one variable and another. The sampling method in this study uses a saturated sampling technique. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents to manufacturing companies in the Jababeka Cikarang Industrial Estate. The data obtained in this study were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the effect of Material Handling and Layout on Production Effectiveness. The data is then tested for data quality by using the validity test, reliability test, after testing the quality of the data then tested using the classical assumption test and multiple regression. The classical assumption test used consists of normality test, multicoinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Then the data were analyzed using the coefficient of determination test, t test, and f test. The results of this study indicate that the effect of Material Handling and Layout has a positive effect on Production Effectiveness

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of planning and production control on product quality of PT. Indonesian Kojin. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 44 respondents at PT. Indonesian Kojin. The sampling technique uses the probability sampling method, which is based on respondents who are in the production and quality department at PT. Indonesian Kojin. Hypothesis testing conducted using t test shows that the second variable is production planning (X1), production control (X2), which has been proven to significantly affect the variable, namely product quality (X2). Then through the f test, it can be seen that the production planning and production control variables are indeed feasible to test the dependent variable, namely product quality. Adjusted R Square shows that the remaining 94.60% of 5.40% is the contribution of other variables outside of these variables

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi hedonic dan emosi positif terhadap pembelian impulsif konsumen MINISO di Bekasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah ex post facto dan survey dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalahaccidental sampling dengan total sampel 130 responden. Teknik analisis statistik menggunakan program SPSS 25 dengan rumus statistikregresi linear berganda (linear multiple regression), uji signifikansi simultan (Uji F), uji signifikansi parsial (Uji T) dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai signifikansi < α (0,010 < 0,05)dan F hitung > F tabel atau 43.412 > 3,07pada tingkat signifikansi 5% dan R Square adalah0,406 yang artinya konsumsi hedonic dan emosi positif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pembelian impulsif pada konsumen MINISO di Bekasi.

Abstract

The high intensity of competition in the ice cream product industry requires businesses to have a competitive advantage that differentiates them from their competitors. Competitive advantage can be obtained through brand image building, product innovation and advertising. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product innovation and advertising, (partially or simultaneously) on the competitive advantage of Walls ice cream products. The research sample amounted to 160 people who were determined based on the formula "n indicators x 10" from an infinite population. The research subjects are consumers who buy Walls ice cream at Alfamart in 9 (nine) kelurahan, Tamsel Kab.Bekasi. Sampling using accidental technique, using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument that was tested  with validity and reliability testing techniques. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis, t-value test, and Anova F-value test. Based on the test results show, either partially or simultaneously, brand image, product innovation and advertising have a positive and significant impact on the competitive advantage of Walls ice cream products. Based on the coefficient of determination test, an "adjusted R-square" value of 0.515 was obtained which indicates that 51.5 percent of the competitive advantage variables can be explained by independent variables, the remaining 48.5 percent is explained by other variables outside the regression equation model of this study

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh perencanaan bahan baku dan pemeliharaan mesin terhadap efektivitas proses produksi pada perusahaan manufaktur di Kawasan Industri Jababeka Cikarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan total sampel 30 perusahaan. Teknik analisis statistik menggunakan program SPSS 25 dengan rumus statistik regresi linear berganda (linear multiple regression), uji signifikansi simultan (Uji F), uji signifikansi parsial (Uji T) dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil uji statistic penelitian menunjukan nilai sig < α (0,010 < 0,05)dan F hitung> F tabel atau17,841 >3,35 pada tingkat signifikansi 5% dan R Square adalah0,569 yang artinya secara simultan perencanaan bahan baku dan pemeliharaan mesin berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas proses produksi

Abstract

The business environment and operational strategy have an important role for a company, namely as the influence of all activities or activities in achieving the goals of a company. Therefore, companies are required to be able to optimize their operational performance. This study aims to determine whether the business environment and operational strategies partially and simultaneously affect operational performance.The research method used is by distributing questionnaires given to 35 managers and assistant managers in each outlet as respondents to obtain information and to collect data by asking each respondent to answer each statement listed on the questionnaire given.Based on the results of this study partially variable X1 and X2 plays an important role for the variable Y. however it has no positive effect on Y, because x1 has a Sig. obtained is 0.500 > 0.05 and the t value is - 0.682 < 1.3433, and X2 has a Sig. obtained 0.356 > 0.05 and the t value is -0.937 < 1.3433. So it can be concluded that H1 and H2 are rejected. Based on the results of this study simultaneously the variables of the business environment and operational strategy with the Sig. 0.539 > 0.05, which means that it is greater than α = 0.05 and the analysis of the F test results is 0.631. So it is concluded that the business environment and operational strategy do not have a significant effect on operational performance simultaneously. This result implies that the business environment (X1) and operational strategy (X2) in explaining or influencing operational performance (Y) at fast food outlets in Bekasi District are 3,8% while 96,2% is explained by other factors outside the business environment and operational strategy, such as work environment, employee morale, innovation strategy, motivation, work discipline, HR management strategies, and supply chain.
