Juremi: Jurnal Riset Ekonomi is a research base journal published by Bajang Institute. The journal published six times per year. The scope and focus is related to research in economics, accounting, management and also economic education studies such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, development studies, behavioral economics, human resource management, finance, leadership management, marketing, accounting and research on education in economical. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari price, location, responsiveness dan atmosphere terhadap revisit intention dimediasi dengan customer satisfaction. Hal ini dilakukan dengan harapan agar dapat membantu UMKM Warkop Agem Medan untuk meningkatkan kualitas yang diberikan dan diperlihatkan oleh UMKM tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Purposive sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah variabel price, location, responsiveness dan atmosphere yang dimediasi dengan customer satisfaction dapat mempengaruhi keinginan pelanggan untuk mendatangi kembali suatu tempat, Harga berpengaruh penting kepada kepuasan pelanggan karna pelanggan akan merasa puas apabila mereka mendapatkan makanan dengan harga yang terjangkau. Lokasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan karena semakin mudah tempat makan itu untuk dijangkau, maka pelanggan akan lebih tertarik untuk mengunjungi tempat tersebut. Responsiveness berpengaruh kepada kepuasan pelanggan karena apabila karyawan tanggap dan ramah dalam melayani kebutuhan pelanggan, maka mereka akan merasa puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Pengaruh dari atmosphere juga tidak kalah penting, dimana apabila pelanggan merasa nyaman dengan suasana lingkungan tempat makan tersebut, seperti kebersihan yang terjaga dan tingkat suara yang rendah, maka mereka akan memiliki keinginan untuk mendatangi tempat tersebut. Semua variabel diatas akan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan yang akan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap keputusan pelanggan tersebut untuk mengunjungi kembali tempat tersebut. Saran yang dapat diberikan oleh penulis terhadap Warkop Agem Medan adalah dengan lebih memperhatikan kebersihan dari Warkop Agem Medan, serta menambahka jumlah karyawan agar dapat memberikan kualitas servis yang tinggi dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan responsiveness dari karyawan Warkop Agem Medan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Facilities, Service Quality and Experience on Consumer Satisfaction of Citra Alam Inn 2 Full River City. The sample from this study was 80 people. Data were collected with questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis techniques used are analysis, descriptive, multiple regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing using the t test and the F test. The results showed that there was a significant influence between facilities on consumer satisfaction of Citra Alam Inn 2, this was evidenced by t count > t table (3.101 > 1.99167), and with significance value = 0.041 < 0.05, and the magnitude of influence was 22.8%. There is a significant influence between the Quality of Service on Consumer Satisfaction of Citra Alam Inn 2, this is evidenced by t count > t table (2.066 > 1.99167), and with significance value = 0.000 < 0.05, and the magnitude of influence is 14.4%. There is a significant influence between Experience and Consumer Satisfaction of Citra Alam Inn 2, this is evidenced by t count > t table (2.498 > 1.99167), and with significance value = 0.000 < 0.05, and the magnitude of influence is 15.5%. There is a significant influence between Facilities, Quality of Service and Experience on Consumer Satisfaction of Citra Alam Lodging 2 simultaneously or together, this is evidenced by F count > F table (28,222 > 2.72) or sig < α (0.000 < 0.05), and the magnitude of the influence is 52.7%, while the rest (100% - 52.7%), i.e. 47.3% is explained by other causal factors not studied in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the determination of NJOP on Land and Building Tax at the BPPRD Tanjungpinang and to find out the level of accuracy of the determination on market value using the sales ratio assessment method. This study uses a type of qualitative descriptive research, namely research that seeks to describe the current problem solving based on data presenting data, analyzing and interpreting. In order to provide a clear, logical and accurate picture of the results of data collection, the data obtained were collected in the form of data obtained through interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study which were then analyzed more deeply. The results showed that the determination of the NJOP of land and buildings for conditions on January 1 of the tax year was carried out through a land and or building appraisal process. Based on the ASR calculation, it is known that for the Tanjungpinang Timur District, the determination of NJOP based on the Assessment Sales Ratio when referring to the regulations of the Directorate General of Taxes and IAAO is not in accordance with market value. Simultaneously, re-appraisal of sub- districts with low ASR levels is needed, increasing synergy with related agencies, and improving land appraisal performance

Abstract

The purpose of study is to determine the role of financial literacy in student financial management, namely at the stage of determining the source of funds, using funds, risk management and future planning. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research, the object of this research is STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang, In this study using Primary data and Secondary data. The informants in this study are those who are in accordance with the identification of the problem, namely students of STIE Pembangunan Tanjungpinang semester 4, 6 and 8 who were selected by purposive sampling or deliberately in accordance with the criteria determined by the author.The result of study is the role of financial literacy at the stage of determining the source of funds, namely students are able to determine the source of funds based on the income obtained, the needs they have and the evaluation of expenses. The role of financial literation at the stage of using funds is that students are able to distinguish which needs and which are desires and never experience financial problems such as lack of funds. The role of financial literation at the risk management stage is to be able to make students have reserve funds for unexpected events or needs by saving. The role of financial literation at the future planning stage is that students are able to plan their future by following gold savings and have an idea of how to plan finances and businesses that want to be opened in the future.

Abstract

Village fund allocations in Batu Belah Village, East Siantan District, Anambas Islands Regency, especially in 2021 including planning, implementation, reporting and accountability indicators. In this study, the authors used qualitative research. The results of this study showed that the village government has implemented transparency and accountability, this can be seen from the three indicators of planning, implementation, reporting and accountability of Village Fund management. It's just that, there are several obstacles related to implementation in the field of development, one of the obstacles encountered is uncertain weather, delays in raw materials sent from outside the village and constraints on administering village officials, butnot fatally interfering with the performance of the Batu Belah village government, Siantan District East Anambas Islands Regency

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengendalian persediaan yang diterapkan di toko batik Lancar Jaya Abadi serta untuk mengetahui klasifikasi jenis persediaan penjualan berdasarkan kategori penjulan A, B, dan C dengan menggunakan metode analysis based costing (ABC). Data persediaan penjualan diolah menggunakan metode ABC untuk memberi gambaran kepada pemilik Toko Batik Lancar Jaya Abadi kategori produk apa yang memiliki kontribusi penjualan yang tinggi dan kategori produk apa yang memberi kontribusi penjualan yang rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitis untuk melihat permasalahan yang dihadapi dan aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh bagian penjualan. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan dan sekunder. Teknik pengolahan data dengan menggunakan metode analysis based costing (ABC). Dari hasil analisis ABC penjualan yang diperoleh bahwa dari enam kategori penjualan barang, kategori A terdiri dari 3 produk yaitu kain 2m, kain 2,4m dan baju cewek, yang memiliki nilai penjualan sebesar 83%. Kategori B terdiri dari 2 produk yaitu hem panjang dan hem pendek yang memiliki nilai penjualan sebesar 14% sedangkan untuk kategori C terdiri dari produk aksesoris yang memiliki nilai penjualan sebesar 3%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate KSP Karya Mandiri's financial performance from 2020 to 2022, specifically focusing on profitability ratios, and activity ratios, and comparing its performance with industry benchmarks. The research method used is qualitative, utilizing the KSP Karya Mandiri financial statements as the main analysis. Secondary data is used, and data collection techniques include interviews and literature. The results show that KSP Karya Mandiri has performed very well in terms of gross profit margin, outperforming the industry average by an average of 64%. In addition, net profit margins are also impressive, exceeding the industry average by 35%. Return on investment is considered satisfactory, meeting industry standards of an average of 27%. However, when looking at the activity ratio, KSP Karya Mandiri does not manage its assets effectively. Average accounts receivable turnover was significantly lower than the industry standard at only 5 times, and inventory turnover fell below industry expectations at 1 time. On the other hand, total asset turnover is considered adequate, in line with the industry standard average of 1 time. In conclusion, profitability ratios and activity ratios provide valuable insights into a company's financial performance, resource utilization, cost control measures, and sales effectiveness and efficiency.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of Financial Literacy, self-control, lifestyle and materialism on personal financial management. The research approach uses a quantitative research approach by distributing questionnaires at several private campuses in the City and District of Pasuruan with a total sample of 119 students. Sampling using purposive sample technique. Data analysis techniques using SPSS. The research results show that Financial Literacy has a significant effect on Personal Financial Management. Self-Control has a significant effect on Personal Financial Management. Lifestyle has no significant effect on Personal Financial Management. Materialistic has no significant effect on Personal Financial Management.

Abstract

Abstrak Al-saman Al-adl (harga yang adil) merupakan sesuatu kesepakatan mengenai transaksi jual beli barang atau jasa dimana kesepakatan tersebut diridhoi oleh kedua belah pihak dalam akad, baik sedikit, lebih besar, atau sama dengan nilai barang atau jasa yang ditawarkan oleh pihak penjual kepada pihak pembeli.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan dalam mengumpulkan data menggunakan kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode komputasi dan statistik yang berfokus pada analisis statistik, matematik atau numerik dari kumpulan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan al-saman al-adl memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian berdasarkan pengujian regresi linear berganda yang dilakukan pada uji parsial didapatkan al-saman al-adl berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 33,2% dan 17.2% dan uji simultan sebesar 50,5% Kata Kunci: al-saman, al-adl, Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

This study aims to find empirical evidence of the influence of foreign ownership, institutional ownership and independent commissioners on dividend policy. The population in this study is all banking sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. Sample selection using purposive sampling method and obtained 103 observational data from 41 banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during five years of observation. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that foreign ownership has a negative and significant effect on dividend policy, institutional ownership has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, independent commissioners have no effect and are not significant on dividend policy.
