Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) to Return On Equity (ROE) at PT.Metrodata Electronics, Tbk Year 2011-2018 both partially and simultaneously. Data analysis using multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination. The data used in this research is secondary data. Data analysis method in this research is descriptive quantitative and descriptive qualitative. The result of analysis shows the regression equation ROE = 0,435 0,263DAR 0,092DER. There is a significant influence Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) to Return On Equity (ROE) at PT Metrodata Electronics, Tbk Year 2011-2018 simultaneously this is proved by Fhitung> Ftabel or 12,902> 4,0661. There is partially significant influence Debt To Asset Ratio (DAR) to Return On Equity (ROE) At PT Metrodata Electronics, Tbk Year 2009-2016 is proved by t count> t table 8,291> 2,3060. There is partially significant influence Debt To Asset Ratio (DER) to Return On Equity (ROE) At PT Metrodata Electronics, Tbk Year 2011-2018 is proved by t count> t table 7,662> 2,3060.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the teaching and learning process in the classroom. The researcher would work together with collaborator in order to see the activities that were done during the research. The data used in this research were listening test, fieldnotes and observation form. For the test, it was done at the end of each cycle. Field notes and observation, those were done by the collaborator who helped the research to collect the data. It was taken during the teaching in the class. The participant was the students at second semester of STIE-SAK academic year 2021/2022. There were some classes in the second semester, the sample was taken randomly. Based on the research finding in two cycles, the researcher came to the conclusion because this research was done in two cycles. First, there was a good improvement from students’ test in cycle one and cycle two. Students’ mean score in cycle one was 56, 37 % and increased to 69, 19%. It meant that students’ listening skill was improved after implementing song in teaching English especially in teaching listening at second semester of STIE-SAK especially in the class 2M3 academic year 2021/2022. The students showed positive attitudes towards listening lesson. There are some factors improve student’s listening skill namely song as media improves the students’ interest and motivation, song as teaching media can be implemented with various techniques in teaching learning process, song develops students’ background knowledge, and teaching activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on consumer purchase decision of Nur Cofee. The sample from this study was 100 respondents. Data were collected with questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis techniques used are analysis, descriptive, multiple regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing using the t test and the f test. The results showed that there was a significant influence between price on consumer purchase decision of citra alam inn. There is a significant influence between the product quality on consumer purchase decision of Nur Cofee. There is a significant influence between facilities, quality of service and experience on consumer purchase decision of citra alam lodging 2 simultaneously or together.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Facilities, Service Quality and Experience on Consumer Satisfaction of Citra Alam Inn 2 Full River City. The sample from this study was 80 people. Data were collected with questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis techniques used are analysis, descriptive, multiple regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing using the t test and the F test. The results showed that there was a significant influence between facilities on consumer satisfaction of Citra Alam Inn 2, this was evidenced by t count > t table (3.101 > 1.99167), and with significance value = 0.041 < 0.05, and the magnitude of influence was 22.8%. There is a significant influence between the Quality of Service on Consumer Satisfaction of Citra Alam Inn 2, this is evidenced by t count > t table (2.066 > 1.99167), and with significance value = 0.000 < 0.05, and the magnitude of influence is 14.4%. There is a significant influence between Experience and Consumer Satisfaction of Citra Alam Inn 2, this is evidenced by t count > t table (2.498 > 1.99167), and with significance value = 0.000 < 0.05, and the magnitude of influence is 15.5%. There is a significant influence between Facilities, Quality of Service and Experience on Consumer Satisfaction of Citra Alam Lodging 2 simultaneously or together, this is evidenced by F count > F table (28,222 > 2.72) or sig < α (0.000 < 0.05), and the magnitude of the influence is 52.7%, while the rest (100% - 52.7%), i.e. 47.3% is explained by other causal factors not studied in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of work discipline, organizational culture and nonphysical working environment against work productivity in food crops, holticulture and plantation department at sungai penuh city partially and simultaneous. Respondents to this study is The Food Crops, Holticulture and Plantation Department at Sungai Penuh City 43 people. Instrument in this study have passed the stage of test validity and reliability, by performing multiple linear regressaion test, statistical test, determination of koefesien F (simultaneous) and the test statistic t (partial). The result of the research there is influence between work discipline towards work productivity as evidenced by t hitung > t tabel (2,173 > 2,022) as well as the significance value = 0,036 < 0,05. There is the influence of organizational culture toward work productivity as evidenced by t hitung > t tabel (2,499 > 2,022) as well as the significance value = 0,017 < 0,05. There is the influence of nonphysical working environment against workproductivity as evidenced by t hitung > t tabel (4,910 > 2,022) as well as the significance value = 0,000 < 0,05. Simultaneously, work discipline, organizational culture and nonphysical working environment towards work productivity as evidenced by F hitung > F tabel (29,827 > 2,85) as well as the significance value = 0,000 < 0,05. Data analysis results showed big influence work discipline towards work productivity in persial of 15,67%, large influence organizational culture towards work productivity in persial amounted to 17,47% and great nonphysical working environment towards work productivity in persial of 36,42%. Data analysis results showed big influence work discipline, organizational culture and nonphysical working environment toward work productivity simultaneously of 69.7%.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are (1) to describe in what extend the cartoon picture strategy improve vocabulary mastery at first semester of STIE-SAK academic year 2023/2024, (2) to describe the class situation when cartoon picture is used in vocabulary mastery. Related to the purposes of the study, the resign design used in this study is classroom action research. The participants of the research are all the students at first semester of STIE-SAK academic year 2023/2024 especially students on the accounting major (class 1A1). There are 27 students as the participants. The research will be conducted in two cycles of action. In collecting the data, the researcher will use qualitative and quantitative technique. The qualitative data are got from observation, and fieldnote analysis. The qualitative data are supported by quantitative data that the mean score of students’ pre-test and evaluation on vocabulary mastery. In this action research, the researcher is as the teacher in teaching learning process. Meanwhile, the observer is the English lecturer in STIE-SAK. It is hoped that teaching vocabulary by using cartoon picture can effectively improve students’ vocabulary mastery. From the vocabulary mastery test, the students’ pre-test mean score was 48,80 improve to 64,80 in the first evaluation and improve to 81,40 in the final evaluation. Therefore, it can be concluded that the teaching vocabulary by using cartoon picturecan improve the students’ English vocabulary mastery at first semester of STIE-SAK academic year 2023/2024.

Abstract

Objectives : This study explores the impact of transformational leadership on organizational performance in the digital government era using a qualitative research approach. The rapid advancement of digital government has reshaped organizational structures, decision-making processes, and leadership dynamics.Methodology : Through in-depth interviews with government officials, policy analysts, and digital transformation experts, this research examines how transformational leadership traits such as vision, motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration enhance performance, innovation, and adaptability in public institutions. This study using a qualitative research approach.Finding : Findings indicate that transformational leaders play a crucial role in fostering a culture of digital innovation, encouraging employee engagement, and driving effective change management. Leaders who exhibit proactive strategies and inspire a shared vision significantly contribute to improved public service delivery, cross-sector collaboration, and institutional resilience in navigating digital transformation challenges. Additionally, this study highlights the barriers to leadership effectiveness, including bureaucratic inertia, resistance to change, and skill gaps in digital competencies. The analysis underscores the importance of continuous leadership development programs and a supportive digital infrastructure to maximize the benefits of transformational leadership in the public sector.Conclusion : This study contributes to the discourse on public administration modernization by providing insights into leadership strategies that enhance government efficiency, agility, and citizen-centric service delivery. Future research should explore quantitative models to measure the correlation between transformational leadership and key performance indicators in digital governance.

Abstract

This research was a descriptive research which used to analyzed students’ ability and difficulties at second semester of accounting major at STIE-SAK academic year 2024/2025. The population of this research was students all the students at second semester of accounting major. The instrument used in this research was writing test. The research findings showed that the students’ ability were low in understanding report text because from the students’ score, there was 1 student got 80, 1 students got 70, 1 student got 60, and most of the students or there were 10 students got under 60. Then, after counting the students’ percentage score, it showed that only a students got A, 1 student got B, C, and D. There were 9 students got E. It could be concluded that the students at second semester of accounting major at STIE-SAK academic year 2024/2025 failed in writing report text. Moreover, in writing report text, the students faced some difficulties. The difficulties were: the understanding of paragraph, the understanding of generic structure, and the understanding of language features.

Abstract

This study is based on the important of speaking skill. Speaking was important to be learnt because speaking is the way to communicate with other people in order to deliver opinion and express idea, but in fact the students’ ability in speaking English is low. It is caused by several factors such as there are some elements of speaking such as vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar and fluency that must be mastered by students in order to be good English speaker. In this research, the researcher used debate technique to improve students’ speaking ability. The main objective of this study is to describe the implementation of debate technique in teaching speaking and to identify how much students’ speaking ability improvement after being taught by using debate technique. This study is classroom action research that was done in two cycles. The data collection was done using observation and test. The data from the observation that had been taken from every cycle analyzed descriptively while the data from test were analyzed quantitatively. The implementation of debate technique in teaching speaking at second semester students of Development Economics at STIE-SAK academic year 2024/2025 was conducted in two cycles including cycle one and cycle two. The result of this study shows that using debate technique can improve students’ speaking ability. This is proven by students’ test score that improved in each cycles. The result of this study is helpful information for English lecturer in teaching speaking.

Abstract

This research was descriptive research, the aim of the research was to analyze students’ skill in comprehending genre at second semester of economic development major at STIE-SAK academic year 2025/2026. The population of this research was students at second semester of economic development major at STIE-SAK. There was a class which consisted of  number of population was 21 students. Then, the sample of the research was taken by using total sampling technique. In this case, all of the students in the class would become the sample. The data of this study were students’ skill in comprehending genre of descriptive text. It was focused in generic structure and specific information. The data was collected by using reading test. Before the writer gave reading test to the sample, the test was tried out. To know the validity and reliability of the test, the writer used Pearson Product Moment and Spearman-Brown formula. It was found that the reliability of the test was high correlation (0.61). The result of the data showed that the students’ reading skill in comprehending the descriptive text was low. It could be seen from the data, the majority of the students who got high score was 4.76 %, and the total of low score was 33.33 %. Connected to the result, the writer suggests the students to practice their reading skill specially in genre of descriptive text. If they practice more, they will have good reading ability. To the English leturer, the writer suggests to give more explanation and exercises for students related with genre of descriptive text. Then for the other researcher, the writer suggests to study the students’ difficulties in genre of descriptive text.
